I have only contacted Asana support once, but they went above and beyond to answer my questions when I did contact them. I had an issue with assigning roles and they actually showed me a brand new way to organize my process and ended up saving me a lot of time in the long run.

Honestly I had to ask them for support only one time, so I can't rate them properly. That one time they gave me adequate support and the response came in an adequate time too. Being a tool as easy to use as it is - it's not very frequent that we need support from them.

I never had to really use Asana support as the onboarding and learning curve of the solution is really simple and impressive, but all things I had to look for further explanation were really well documented by Asana Team on FAQs, Q&As and guides. Therefore, I need to mention that my experience so far is fantastic.

Personally, I have never had to use customer support. I have had colleagues that have used their support and have absolutely no complaints. They're really good on social media too. Sadly, I wasn't around when the team first introduced Asana and had the training, although it's really easy to pick up on.

Have never needed to get in touch with the support on Asana and I think that's more than most SaaS companies can say. I'm sure they get enquiries from enterprise clients but for a small-to-medium business like us, it's perfect and no additional support has been needed.

Asana also has a brilliant user forum and blogs explaining everything you might have a question on.

I inquired with marketing about the possibility that certain projects I work on do not require other users, but some of the premium capabilities where necessary. They were fast to respond but completely rigid to addressing these needs.

I have yet to have to contact Asana's support, other than to request info about their non-profit pricing structure. Based on how quickly they responded to that, and how well everything works, I would imagine their support is top-notch. However, I can't guarantee that, as we have never used it.

I've never had to contact support. There was only one time that I started to look into contacting support because Asana was not loading, but then I found their status page on their website that showed Asana was down at the moment. Other than that, it's been no problem at all.

I don't really know about its customer support side, since I've never used it. I never had any trouble with Asana, and every issue is solved on-screen with very clear instructions. That's the best support there is, always on their toes with the highest technology and better features for their product.

They don't fix everything, but they have certainly gone the extra mile for us. When we were frustrated with a recent change that altered our default view of every project, changing it from all projects being visible to just incomplete projects being visible, they wrote a custom script to change all of our default views back for us, so we didn't have to manually click 3,000 times (we have over a thousand projects).
