- I feel that SharpSpring may initially be overwhelming at first to first time users of Marketing Automation Software. There is so much that comes with the platform that the first time using it may be intimidating to beginners. That quickly fades away because of their support system.
- The email template creator could use some improvement in terms of positioning elements and content exactly how you want it. It looks and works great but at the same time can be quite rigid.

I was able to create emails and landing pages quickly and easily, which then provided analytics and leads to potential clients. Because SharpSpring integrates the marketing, sales, analytics and design aspect into one, the software also has also provided the staff members an opportunity to better understand and actually SEE what we all do to make our company run. - I have had some issues with attempting to manage our agency account and also manage our agency as a client. There are user permissions that can get messed up.
- Visitor Email Notification responses can be confusing at times if you have multiple clients that you are managing in the platform. This is more of a user error on my part.
Though it is packed full of resources, I would recommend other solutions for large enterprise level companies that are looking for other enterprise features in addition to what SharpSpring is offering.
