I have used Engagio (earlier version of Demandbase) before we began using the updated version. We have an internal tool that we've used to help with the intent to buy data. The tool lets us know who is searching for similar products to ours and scores how likely they are to purchase a similar product. It's not as user friendly as Demandbase

Demandbase has its own intent data, and we can also integrate other party intent data like Bombora, but that is optional. We like their office hours so that we do not need to spend an extra dollar to get expert help. The price point is also very justified for everything we get from it.

Demandbase provides easy-to-understand analytics and real-time insights (24 hours) that are friendly to the marketing team. My team is able to leverage the data provided from Demandbase to see how our target accounts engaged with our web properties down to the number of times each page has been viewed by a particular company - which has always been a challenge for us.

We are actually in the process of migrating all Engagio capabilities to Triblio. While Engagio is part of DemandBase which can do ABM ad serving, that's still a different module and additional cost is required to activate the ABM side of the functionality. Triblio has tied all these functions into one solution, so it is easy for users to just have one system to manage.

ZoomInfo has begun to offer similar tools but also provided data purchasing. Demandbase is much more focused on intent-based marketing and advertising than ZoomInfo. I do not believe that the two products fit the same niche entirely, but it appears that intent-based information is becoming more popular. I'm not sure how this will be impacted by new online privacy standards, so that is something to look out for.

Demandbase was one of the first ABM partners in the space that I am aware of currently. While Terminus is cheaper, it does not have the same audience identity graphs and segmentation capabilities of Demandbase. This was the major differentiating factor in selection.

Engagio is best in giving you the "HOT LEAD" to understand the impact of marketing on our Target account. The visualization and reporting of Engagio is best than other ABM tool. There are many Product is market but the development and Changes in the Software Engagio is making make it's ease to use and demanding.

We still use LinkedIn for accounts that Demandbase does not have enough contacts to target. Overall the tracking on engagement is much better on Demandbase.

ZoomInfo has an Intent feature, but it is a significant addition and we haven't used it yet. From the video shown to us customers, it looks to be very similar, however ZoomInfo falls behind Demandbase in a number of categories and I'm unaware of them offering targeted advertising through their platform at this time.

It's more account focussed and the UI is just easier to look at when taking in all the information in front of you. Salesforce I find to be too cluttered and a pain when it comes to creating accounts and contact views. Engagio is simple and highly recommended on my end!

Engagio allows us to gain valuable insight at the account-level when other software only allowed us to get a snapshot on a contact/lead level. While Engagio doesn't always play perfectly nice with Marketo, we haven't found it to be a big issue, and we're able to use it in many valuable ways.

We have reviewed over half a dozen ABM Platform companies but Demandbase stood out the most because their platform is intuitive and many of our business partners recommended them. After seeing a few demos from Demandbase, we were confident that we were making the right choice. We also like the fact they have this ABM conference every year where they do a great job hosting it. I was impressed with the knowledge of people that worked for Demandbase where they knew a lot of challenges we faced because we had too many companies we are trying to market to.

Demandbase is a little more targeted at B2B companies. You can see this in the marketing customizations that they provide by allowing companies to advertise specifically based on the target-company type, size, and market. Additionally, Demandbase has very good consultants that provide very valuable insight to increase the sales in a company to their full potential, regardless of the stage of marketing research and sales in a company.

They are the only ABM application focused on both metrics and tactical execution across all tactics. Reporting is the most important thing to do first and get right and work well with SFDC, and they meet all those criteria best. If anyone has pole position on being the go-to ABM platform of record, Engagio is it.
