Sage Intacct is a cloud-based financial accounting software system with functionalities for small to mid-sized businesses. Sage Intacct delivers an array of core accounting applications such as a general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and order management to any accounting department or finance team. It also supports functionality for built-in dashboards, real time reporting, time and expense management, project accounting, revenue management, and global consolidations for multiple entities.

With an open API structure, Sage Intacct’s accounting solution also provides integration with any CRM, payroll, POS, or ERP system such as Salesforce, and ADP.

Project management gives the ability to manage the projects along with task and subtask management. It allows the resource management option by allotting them to particular projects and tasks; also gives the visibility as to how many employees are available on specific day f better project management.

The multi entity global consolidations are completely automated which eases the manual consolidation burden.
Contract revenue management is best. The reporting options that are available are lovely with contract revenue management module.

The multi-entity & global consolidations module is being used by my current company, and it produces highly respectable accounting services results. The ability to publish their financial information in a consolidated format to demonstrate to investors how well they are performing makes the clients happy, and this is crucial to maintaining the "Benevolence" of the business position.

We use multi-entity accounting and being able to have everything flow through that has made all the fine details of keeping track of which company owes the other company something obsolete. All of the accounts are set up, everything flows automatically behind the scenes, and we don't have to worry about if everything is being done a certain way by every single person. We can spot check and confirm things as we want to, and it gives us a much more solid footing on that problem.

Sage Intacct provides another core set of products like consolidation which benefits the users of the financial information globally. Financial capabilities offered by Sage Intacct are incredible. Multi Currency reporting and their conversion helps at saves time and errors. It provide same reports in base currency and reporting currency helps to translate reports effectively and efficiently. Consolidation of multiple currency in single reporting currency saves the time and provide all the data at one place in single format so as to help in better interpretation of financial and communication of analysis thereof. Time and expense module provide details of all the expense reports submitted approved and proper accounting for the same is done to proper department and proper GL. This automated feature saves time for all the parties involved in process.

In contract revenue management there are multiple schedules like deferred revenue schedule, Unbilled revenue schedule etc will be generated automatically while we entering a contract and this will help us to track our revenue recognition.
