Sage Intacct is a cloud-based financial accounting software system with functionalities for small to mid-sized businesses. Sage Intacct delivers an array of core accounting applications such as a general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and order management to any accounting department or finance team. It also supports functionality for built-in dashboards, real time reporting, time and expense management, project accounting, revenue management, and global consolidations for multiple entities.

With an open API structure, Sage Intacct’s accounting solution also provides integration with any CRM, payroll, POS, or ERP system such as Salesforce, and ADP.

Yes, we have multiple clients where they have multiple entities. Sage intaccts gives us the flexibility to create different entities with different currency and revenue recognition method. We have been able to create multiple contracts which have different terms. Its been a great experience till now and surely will keep exploring it.

We have used the intercompany payable/receivable function, as we operate a business with four different entities. The fact that Sage Intacct completes the entries related to these intercompany transactions is literally a lifesaver. Countless hours are no longer wasted at the end of the month to reconcile these accounts. I can't begin to describe how much I can appreciate these advanced modules.

We have used the project module and the feature of Time and Materials and Milestone invoicing was very helpful as the client had requirements for both modules. We have used Multientity and Global consolidation and the capability to adopt both was very helpful. We have also used the contract module in which the billing schedule and Revenue schedule were very helpful.

We have multiple clients who has multiple entity and sub entities and also we have all module working system project, contract, O2C with the help of the Sage Intacct and also we have 3rd software where data is syncing to Sage Intacct for invoicing and all other activities this is very helpful for us with automation technology

It helps us in multiple entities like if we are dealing with different different currency then we are able to consolidate with other entities in an easy manner say for example: if we are dealing with USD, INR, EURO etc. so at the time of consolidation manner it helps in any easy manner.
It helps us to maintain time and expense management in a smooth manner able to create, modify, activate and deactivate as an when required. All the expense related to company can be easily maintainable by time and expense module.

Time and Expense management availability has impacted our client by integrating with Expensify. Since the client was using Expensify to have access to all the employees to submit their claims they wanted to have it separately and not allow access to their books of accounts. Now, it is being integrated, and Sage Intacct is able to populate the data with relevant fields and easy to transfer the data that is recorded and approved.

I have used Sage Intacct for multi-entity and multiple currencies as well which do maintains the financials and there recording properly and there are no clashes between these entities.Also used them for time and expense management for our organization staff and employee these have the proper data for them and helps us to get them reimbursements on time and reduces the chances for the frauds as well.The reports which we need to generated with the multiple entity are just a click to go and makes the decisions from the financials easy and clear for the higher authority for the same

In my current organization we use the multi-entity module which has a very impactful result for the accounting services. The Clients get very happy when they see, even though the entries are being posted at entity level still they can get their financial Published in a consolidated way to showcase their performance to the investors and this will be really playing a pivotal role.

In my current company, we use multi-entity and global consolidations, which has proven to be highly effective for accounting services.
