I use RingEX on a daily basis. So easy and pleasant to use. Whenever some sort of question comes I reach out to RingEX and right away get helped with what I need. Once they have already helped me they then ask if I need anymore help with enthusiasm. Great experience. Truly Recommend.

We use RingEX as our main phone system for calls, recordings, text message, faxes and more. We have no problems with RingEX. We find it to be a great program for our company and I would recommend this to others who are starting out or using different programs.

We started using RingEX when our business expanded enough to require multiple phone lines. We previously used business cell phones with each employee having their own number, but we wanted our employees to be able to call out from our main company line and have that phone number show up on the receivers caller ID. The option to have "soft phones" where users just download the RingEX app to their phones and utilize our business services that way has been great. We also really like the customization of call flow and ability to set business hours with dedicated greetings and call handling for different times of the day or holidays.

We use RingEX for our Reps in order to keep their personal phone numbers private. I am an admin within RingEX and often use the product to troubleshoot for our reps. The overall problem would be the look and feel of RingEX admin center. It is cluttered and I personally believe it could be simplified to be cleaner and easier to navigate. I do enjoy their customer service they are fast to respond and quick to fix.

We use RingEX entral to streamline all of our calls and texts and easily connect our team without having to share personal cell numbers with each other or our clients. When I started my business, all calls and texts were going through my personal cell number. It's a relief to have business and personal separate now and everything streamlined for our team through the RingEX app. It's also nice to have after-hours messaging as well as a way for our clients to get through to us after hours if there is an emergency.

RingEX is great for connecting teams and streamlining all communication through an app rather than having to issue company phones and using separate apps like GroupMe for team communication. It's also very easy to activate, disable, and reactivate users if you have a lot of contractors or seasonal workers.

We use RingEX as our main source of phone calls, faxes, and interoffice communication. While the texting feature was useful for a time, after the jump in solicitation, texts crossed with the owner's personal messages, and the added cost implemented by federal/state, we decided to cease the use of this feature.

  • The option to use the new features or continue with the previous version has been helpful to get used to the new features or looks.
  • The email notifications, with transcripts have been so helpful as well.
  • Admin capabilities within the desktop app, instead of being directed to the website.
RingEX has been so helpful when I moved remotely part-time. I was able to answer calls from my existing extension through my laptop, and it made the transition seamless, especially for those still in the office to dial my extension as usual. What doesn't work well is when others within the company aren't interested in using the system to its full capabilities. Trying to figure out how to get everyone on board has been a feat and one we've failed at.

We were using Mitel on-prem and our users faced many challenges with using the desk phone remotely. That system didn't have a great way to forward all calls to you your cellular phone. We started looking at RingEX and were amazed at the features that it had. Users were able to easily control where their phone would ring and where. The management of RingEX is so much easier than what we dealt with Mitel.

The product allows employees to utilize their laptops while making calls, which increases their workflow by eliminating the need to switch between a cell phone and a laptop. This tool is utilized by all employees within our organization.

Summit Therapeutic Services (Summit) uses RingEX every hour, of every day. We talk on the phone from anywhere we want, create text messages, and even send out faxes to clients that still have that in their offices. The best part of all this? We can do it all from our mobile phone, at the lift of a finger. The service provided really spoils you and when you don't have it accessible, it makes you say, "I wish I could use my RingEX because it just works so well." This is not a joke because when running a business, no matter the service provided, communication management is very important because ideas, directives, and messages still need to be sent and received. These basic services we use every day, they aren't so basic, and RingEX manages them all seamlessly. Summit will continue using RingEX and the services they provide are invaluable to the organization.

  • The video meeting / integration with Teams is confusing because the Teams app will take over the RC app and launch the meeting. Some are on RC, some are on Teams. it's strange.
  • When transferring calls, the receiving telephone does not display who the caller is, except for only showing you who is transferring the call.
  • Latency between the telephone and the desktop application could be faster.
Simply because it integrates so well with your mobile device, RingEX is suitable for video meetings, even encrypted ones, faxes, text messages, phone calls. On the plane flying somewhere and the client needs a document faxed over? You can do it quickly. Need to send over a picture from your device and you don't have your phone? You can do it from the computer. Need to take a break and focus on your family and other activities? You can log out and let the voicemail take care of it, even sending you an email that you can check, since I know many people still check their emails when on vacation! LOL

It's a great program to use. I'm really happy with it, and I would recommend it to others to use RingEX as well. The recordings are also a great tool that we use for SMS. We hope others will enjoy it too.

In general, the service is so perfect and I have never had any issues with RingEX. What I do say one thing that needs improvement, is that when the renewal of 1 or 2 years comes, the RC team is there to support you, and they reply to emails fast but after you have signed that contract, sorry, but it's 2-3 days for a simple reply back. Return labels to send back my old desk phone, wow, 30 days and not a single return label to send back the item but still get charge on my bill.

I use RingEX to incorporate a landline and cell line into one call software. I use it for training as we can record the conversations. We no longer have to juggle multiple phones as they all come through our RingEX. It is good for keeping up with your callers and call tracking.

RingEX affects our entire institution. We use the IVR and call queues at most administrative departments. We use the soft-phone features to allow people to work off-campus. The messaging feature is used by the administration to keep contact with students, staff, and faculty. We use the video features for online classes.

RingEX is used in coordination with NICE. We use RingEX across our entire organization, including our Call Center. We require an effective telephony solution/provider in order for us to effectively support our patient population and our providers. We also require a solution that works and is reliable. We have yet to find that solution within RingEX.

We implemented RingEX a few months ago to replace our on-premises Cisco phone system which had reached end of life. It's being used in our statewide headquarters which houses approx. 20 employees. We needed a cloud-based VOIP system that offered better call handling (ability to answer calls from different devices), and RingEX is a leader in this.

  • As with many VOIP providers, they've grown so much that their training, online knowledgebase and customer service hasn't quite kept up with demand. Having said this, I haven't needed to reach customer service because their product is so solid.
We needed a cloud-based VOIP system that offered better call handling (ability to answer calls from different devices), and RingEX is a leader in this. Their app is outstanding. Users love the ability to answer work calls on their personal devices. Many other providers can attach voicemail messages to an email, but RingEX will also transcribe the voicemail in the message, and it gets the words correct nearly 100% of the time. This is a great timesaver for staff.

Our organization has 6 locations, all using RingEX. Many of our staff work a Hybrid schedule or out in the field. The ability to use RingEX from a desk phone, workstation or mobile device allows them to stay connected and productive no matter where they are. We are still new to RingEX and exploring all the features and benefits. I appreciate the ease of being able to manage the system as the 'Super Admin' I'm able to make changes and updates as needed on my own. I also appreciated the Analytics available.

  • As the Super Admin all the missed calls to our main number show on my desktop call history.
  • During our Migration to RingEX I felt our Project Manager was handling too many cases at once. We were meant to have weekly meetings and didn't. I feel it affected his response time also.
  • The Support Chat feature has been overloaded, it was actually quicker for me to call support and connect with an agent.
  • Getting a detailed description of our features has been difficult.
I feel RingEX has a wide variety of options available. Our experience would have benefitted from more interaction with the Customer Service team to give us a better understanding of the services we were getting and how they compared to what we had with Mitel.

When building my new office I purchased RingEX to finish setting up my office/studio. The program is very user friendly and yet comprehensive in it's functions. Not being the most tech savvy person I reached out for technical support and my calls were answered with a friendly demeanor and answered my questions quickly and were informative. For all RingEX offers the cost was quite reasonable. I strongly recommend them.

We use RingEX as our phone service. We use it on the computer (Cloud), on our cellphones and on our desktops. We use it for phone calls, texts and voicemails. Besides e-mails, RingEX is the Heart of our Job. It is very easy to install, and support is always a call away. The APP is clear, and user friendly.

  • We had issues with RingCentral Plug to MS 365 when on the cloud. The plug had to be uninstalled.

RingEX filled all our phone/text needs. The price was OK, the desk phones prices were good, the support is very good, and they always answer or call back soon enough. The connectivity is good, besides the plug for MS 365 on the cloud, that caused outlook to crash. Other than that, the versatility of using RingEX on the PC, or the cellphone, or the car, is great. I will recommend RingEX to any business.

We use RingEX mostly for voice calls in the office. We also receive multi-factor authentication codes from various websites.

My business uses RingEX to receive calls, receive faxes, send faxes. Basically it is our way of communication with our patients and Doctors. I called RingEX because our faxes were not working correctly. The staff at RingEX was very efficient to resolve our issue in a timely manner.

We are a pretty busy, smaller company. I believe we have been using RingEX for well about 10 years. Naturally, our company has grown and transformed into something entirely new than what we started with. But RingEX has been a part of our growth and has transitioned with us. It's been very reliable. I think that only thing that would inhibit our production would be loss of power or internet. RingEX helps us be available even when we can't be. We have access to voicemail, text, and fax all to our computers. We also are able to host several different lines so that our customers can be put through to the appropriate departments.

RingEX is our primary phone system. We use desktop phones. We needed a less expensive solution for our phone system that is reliable. RingEX provides that.

RingEX s the vendor we use to prescreen individuals for our research study in our central prescreening initiative. It allows for multiple different phone lines to keep different studies clear and concise. The company wanted to make sure it was easy for individuals to orescreen and encourage them to call and orescreen into the study. RingEX makes this very easy. We started with three studies and now we are on our fifth study using RingEX. In other words, the ease of use encourages us to continue with them.

Great program for anyone that needs a call center. It helps to filter the calls and super easy to use. One person could manage multiple phone lines in a single call center. It has multiple features like voicemail and text and app as well. Will work great for a company that handles lots of phone calls throughout the day. It also has a setting where you can schedule the calls to go to voicemail if it is after hours. Almost like a phone version of your email.
