TrustRadius for Vendors is well suited for any company that depends on a fair display of user feedback from trusted 3rd party resources. Additionally and company that does not have the internal resources to manage review solicitation/management, they are a perfect partner to do the legwork to getting reviews done. Also any company that wants to provide incentivized reviews, it is almost impossible not to fall victim to their own company bias. TrustRadius for Vendors offers a framework to incentivize reviews and maintain the integrity of the feedback that is displayed for potential customers.

TrustRadius for Vendors has greatly increased the number of customer references we have and identified potential customers for deeper customer spotlights and success stories. We also use Intent Data within TR. Some use cases are to review our main product category to see companies looking for DAM. We can filter by revenue and industry to ensure they're within our ICP, integrate with our ABM platform to build segments to support ABM efforts, use it as a sales tactic when we can see who we're being compared to.

Working for a software vendor, we know people are reluctant to submit marketing forms or discuss with sales at an early stage. TrustRadius for Vendors helped us get on the radar of those doing research and preparing purchases. In terms of awareness, it was great. It's well-suited to organisations where TrustRadius is a recognised source for technology evaluation, so it they can bring high levels of traffic to your website. It's more appropriate for enterprise organisations that offer more niche products and clearly understand who their target customer is. That will help identify who from the particular company is displaying intent of purchase.

TrustRadius for Vendors is a perfect fit for companies that are looking to expand awareness, gain credibility through the authenticity of their reviews, and understand clients who could be "in market." I would have to validate, but I don't think they are as strong in European markets.

I've been impressed with the TrustRadius for Vendors portal overall. We use it to support our efforts when it comes to third-party credibility. TrustRadius for Vendors gives you a lot of areas to work with within the platform. I like the TrustQuotes, Reference Candidates, Follow-Up requests, and the Review/Ranking areas. TrustRadius for Vendors is well-suited to support the feedback loop you need as a vendor. We have clients who provide reviews on the site, and giving us the opportunity to engage with them, respond to them, or simply thank them is really important. The reporting functions are pretty good but I think they can use some enhancements to make it easier to slice and dice the data so you can see exactly the number of reviews, ratings, industries, company size, etc., versus always having to export the reports. I'd also love to have automated reports set up too.

Using the widget, we are able to easily display quotes from reviews on our website. And we can have unique quotes based on different verticals and offerings. This also helps SEO.

If you are looking for a platform where your customers can share their experience publicly and with authenticity about your product/solution, TrustRadius for Vendors is well suited. You can also easily identify the advocates of your product and collaborate with them more.

Trust Radius is great when you need a vendor to help you gather more customer feedback. The back office gives you many options for reporting, follow-up, campaigns set up, etc. It is a little less appropriate to generate actual leads or follow up with potential customers. We've been having great success using TrustRadius for Vendors.

When doing our research, we found that among review platforms, TrustRadius skewed better with more of our enterprise prospect accounts, whereas some of the other big names tended to be more SMB and mid-market focused. So I think for a marketer who is trying to get in front of those larger accounts, this might be the better option.

Well suited for: Companies who can benefit from more online social proof and public customer experiences. Third-party proof via customer reviews has a considerable higher "Trust"-rate. This can be way more powerful than internal marketing efforts so it's an easy business case. Customer experience driven organizations with dedicated people. The TrustRadius platform can help you grow your business and also provide insights in customer experiences and comparisons which can be used to improve on.
Less appropriate for companies who do not have focus or dedication for customer feedback and experience. If you are not willing to invest or act on customer reviews and insights this might not be the platform for you.

TrustRadius for Vendors is very good with communication from their team members. Our Customer Success Manager and Account Manager have been very attentive and transparent throughout our relationship. They do a great job of relaying product updates and discussing areas where we can improve our overall profile on TrustRadius. We would happily recommend TrustRadius for Vendors to any of our colleagues, who are looking for a customer reviews tool.
