I would rate Conductor a 10/10 because its pros far outweigh its cons. The Insight Stream is great to keep the whole team constantly aware and thinking about SEO. However, the workspaces are by far my favorite part of the tool-- once they're set up they make weekly reporting autonomous and very useful.

The platform is intuitive to a point. We definitely needed the training from the Conductor team, and wish that the on-boarding process hadn't felt so rushed. While the sales process was attentive to our needs, the after-sales team wanted to get our calls on the schedule and completed as quickly as possible. As we were in the midst of hiring new team members and other changes, that didn't work for us, but we weren't given or offered any other recourse. As a result, we're now on-boarding new team members on our own, which makes the ease of use a little less obvious.

Conductor has great usability overall as it makes clear on what changes you should be making to your site's content. Insightstream isn't used as much as we thought it would be but it does point out some interesting trends that may be harder to unearth yourself. Workspaces makes it extremely easy to report upwards as well as capture all the important information needed to explain a need for a business change.

Our strategy can be different for many aspects of our company, and the workspaces help us to organize the different strategies and highlights for each. InsightStream takes large amounts of information and puts it into digestible snippets, which are especially useful for when interacting with clients. The cards on the InsightStream also allow for further exploration if need be. Workspaces make reporting easy work. With automatic pre-built templates that allow for greater expansion, it is easy to get started with reporting.

Workspaces are great to create a great focus for a certain group, such as terms around specific animals (I work for a pet store). Furthermore it enables a great way to share insights with my team as it has a great PDF exporting feature.

I love Conductor's overall usability, though, I certainly believe training is critical for navigating within the platform. Fortunately, the Conductor team does a great job with trainings. InsightStream is one of my favorite components within Conductor, as it has brief updates on the performance of our websites, which make for easy shareable updates that I can report on. Additionally, Workspaces allows me to create and manage custom reports easily, while establishing a flexible cadence of updates.

I haven't been using it long enough to say overall. My use has been limited to the search topics to find keywords that benefit my copy. In the future I may use these other functions, but it is currently outside the scope of my responsibility. I'm sure they work fantastically well.

CSL's usability is off-the-charts wicked good. The navigation to tools, the ease of aggregating a workspace for insights that are important to me or to teams, and the slickness to watch an executive easily find insights to drive decisions are all epic.
