At this time we only use Learning. We have greatly benefited from only having one platform. It truly could be a stand-alone program and you receive the exact same support as others even though we only have the one. I do think we will pursue others in the future. The options are completely endless.

CSOD has enabled us to get a unified look at training across the organization. One place to track, report, and engage on all things learning. We've gained efficiency and created consistency across several areas of the company. Content services has also made it possible to offer so much more content at an affordable price. There is truly something for everyone.

We are able to have all of our training and development and performance processes on one platform, which has been great! There is no more need to switch in between platforms to compare data, it's all in one place. Reporting is so easy with Cornerstone because we have all of our data in one place to analyze.

We do have 1 integration with HRIS. Both outbound form CSOD and Inbound from HRIS. I cannot image what it would be like to have to manage 6 or more of the data feeds. In addition, the ability to have the LMS recommend LOs by referring to individual goals and interests is worth its weight in gold.

100%, the ability to integrate across multiple products is very helpful. Reporting on learning as it relates to training, performance, and succession really enables us to have a complete picture of our business and how it operates. With the innovations forthcoming with the skills/capabilities, we are extremely excited to see how the product really continues to integrate across modules.

We only leverage "Core" and "Learning" but they work together seamlessly to get the right training to the right people. We also leverage Certifications which are part of Learning but allow so better visibility for expiration dates on important things that do expire and they stay front and center on the transcript for anyone that needs to see it, no additional toggles needed.

That's the best point of Cornerstone OnDemand. Now I can't think of different software for different HR processes. The future is to use one centralized SW and the main advantage is that all modules communicate with each other.

It is good to have a "one-stop-shop" for training and performance evaluation and goal/Mba completion. Our employees already have multiple accounts for our HR and other systems to keep up with, so any way to condense this down helps. We will most likely stay with the learning and performance modules.

The recruiting module integrates with the onboarding module. Once employees are onboarded, they are fed into our ERP system, and integrated with the performance management applications. Overall the integration works pretty [seamlessly]. The reporting doesn't have much flexibility and would like to see that include more expanded options over time.

Currently, we have only implemented Learning. However, in the short time it has been live we have received tons of great feedback from Learners and Stakeholders. We are just about to implement Performance which will pair nicely with the Learning system. I am very excited to be aligned with employee development with learning development. I feel this is a very valuable method or ensuring employees continue to develop and grow so our organization can continue to improve and provide our customers with a great product with wonderful support.

Having everything in one place is a huge key point for a management suite and cornerstone. One view on the employee is a killer feature and I wish, cornerstone would be even more consequent in providing this (in terms of core and compensation topics)
