Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Outside of what has been already mentioned, the responsiveness of their staff is surely a help in the decision making process. One thing to closely look into is the budget needed and try to benefit from their flexibility in adapting your business and the budget required by this platform.

While we've had great success with Maxymiser we are always looking for best in class A/B & MVT testing tools, we continue to use Maxymiser because they're best in class and we haven't found a better tool to use.

MA is very sticky. Eloqua also has all the features we need and the other solutions don't offer a complete answer to our business problems.

In general if you want to use third party data you will always run into BK in one form or another. They are essential to third party data. With that being said data in general is sometimes more expensive than what it's worth and thus less media gives you worse performance.

Some of the usability issues with E10 are of concern, but the biggest concern by far is the acquisition of Eloqua by Oracle. As a dedicated Salesforce company, we will most likely find ourselves being forced to move, either because Eloqua is going to show a clear preference for Oracle CRMs, or because Salesforce in some way becomes hostile to Oracle/Eloqua, or develops/acquires a competitive Marketing Automation Platform. I don't envision this happening before 2014, however.

We've just recently renewed with Eloqua and in doing so, committed to a longer term contract, doubled the size of our contact database and tripled our Profiler licenses (Eloqua for Sales tool). The way I see it, we've made an investment in the measurable success of Eloqua to our business.

The more experience with the product, the better we get at it, and I can't imagine we wouldn't renew given the investment in time in learning it, and our positive experience thus far. Also, we expect that some of our concerns are going to be addressed in product updates over the next couple of years.

The integration across the more business units, upgrade of the new platform and more engagement with the new product offerings, plugin and features makes our commitment easy and it speaks volumes to Eloqua commitment to product development and customer satisifaction. With others in the business utiltizing the tool and find it meaingful, it would be sensiless not to renew.

I likely have little say in whether our company renews, but if it were my decision, I would 100% support renewal. This tool is engrained in our business and very effective for driving revenue and measuring efforts.

Right now, we have no reason to not renew our arrangement with Eloqua. The partnering process has been very smooth, and all individuals with Eloqua have been great to work with. The technology looks promising.

There's a huge learning curve, which I talked about under the "hard to use" elements; however, even with at my novice level of capability, it's a powerful tool for me and our whole department. As I and others in the department become power users, I think we'll appreciate even more some of the more sophisticated functionality available to us in Eloqua, and be even less likely to want to defect to some other solution.

We have built and trained a large team of IT and marketing experts to support our Eloqua automation platform and its integrations to other parts of the business. We have significantly customized the tool, which would make it difficult to transfer to another product. We are satisfied enough with our customer support and the quality of the system that it would take some major changes from Eloqua to force us elsewhere. That said, with the recent acquisition by Oracle, we are watching the business closely to make sure those expectations don't change.

Eloqua keeps adding amazing add-ons that allow you to connect to webinar services like ReadyTalk and even link to display advertising through Bizo during an email campaign. It keeps growing and improving so there is no reason to walk away.

Eloqua is deeply embedded in our marketing processes and it would be very difficult to change to another vendor at this point. I've looked at other vendors and their solutions do not off the breadth or depth of services, support or sophistication that Eloqua brings to our team. They are the best in the industry.

Eloqua has radically transformed the way we proactively interact with customers and prospects and enables us to add real value to the sales cycle. Our colleagues in sales are appreciative of both the increased quantity and quality of leads we are supplying on a constant basis and our customers benefit from a greater depth of customization and personalization.
