Our prospects typically do 3rd party review research during lower sales funnel stages. Our review solicitation on TrustRadius for Vendors was unmanaged which caused our score to drop way outside the trend on all other review sites. No one in our company owns review generation/requests so we needed a way to solicit reviews to show an unbiased & balanced user reviews. TrustRadius for Vendors was able to take over solicitation of unbiased reviews to show a true user experience score. From these score improvements that matched our other 3rd party sites, our demo show rate & close rate have shown improvement leading to a payback on our investment in under 2 months.

TrustRadius for Vendors offers a framework to incentivize reviews and maintain the integrity of the feedback that is displayed for potential customers.

We utilize the TrustRadius for Vendors platform to drive customer reviews, look at buyer intent data, references data to invite people into our advocate programs, and utilize quotes for marketing and retargeting ads. Having the TrustRadius platform has driven more organization across the reviews landscape and created a more programmatic approach to sourcing, utilizing, and acknowledging reviews.

We can filter by revenue and industry to ensure they're within our ICP, integrate with our ABM platform to build segments to support ABM efforts, use it as a sales tactic when we can see who we're being compared to.

TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us at different levels. First, they helped us build the reputation of the company and increase its visibility with reviews. They helped us source more of them and make them aligned with our positioning, thanks to the custom questions. We used the quotes from these reviews to feed our sales team with words from real users, but we also used them on our website on different pages. TrustRadius for Vendors also helped us have more efficient advertising campaigns thanks to intent data. Compared to our previous campaign, we could see a 50 to 100% ROI increase due to the fact we could target people with an ongoing project.

Gaining credible "word of the client" reviews can be challenging, and TrustRadius for Vendors has given us a seat at the table against major players, while also making it easy to collect client feedback. We use TrustRadius for Vendors as a way to garner third-party credibility from real user reviews. Our clients review our software on the site which provides insights to potential customers about how they use the system. That feedback helps others make buying decisions. We appreciate the ability to leverage the reviews for content as well. Our team uses the information to share across the business with other stakeholders for ongoing feedback. There are a lot of ways TrustRadius for Vendors lets you use the reviews through social cards, reference candidates, TrustQuotes, and more. We just launched with TrustRadius for Vendors in August but we're already formulating goals around ratings/review numbers, etc.
  • TrustQuotes are extremely valuable. We set them up with custom questions so the TrustRadius team helps filter them into messaging that aligns with our internal/external messaging.
  • The Reference Candidates are a great way for people to raise their hands to express interest in helping us as a vendor. It's a way for us to work closely with the clients who provided reviews - positive or negative - from the TrustRadius site.
  • Follow-up requests is another nice area. People can leave their review and then request follow-up. That's a nice option as it lets you engage with those who provide the reviews. We've found value in connecting with these reviewers to get more information or simply thank them for reviewing us.
  • The new vendor portal still has some issues for us where it toggles back to some of the older functionality. That gives the user experience some bumps.
  • Report functions need improvement. I would like to see easier reporting based on reviews and/or ratings. Right now, you can move the data around in the portal, instead, you have to download everything into Excel.
  • The TrustQuotes widget is a tough one for our team. It's a great idea, but we haven't been able to get usage as it's linked into extensions through your browser. Our team hasn't adopted it very well up to this point.
I've been impressed with the TrustRadius for Vendors portal overall. We use it to support our efforts when it comes to third-party credibility. TrustRadius for Vendors gives you a lot of areas to work with within the platform. I like the TrustQuotes, Reference Candidates, Follow-Up requests, and the Review/Ranking areas. TrustRadius for Vendors is well-suited to support the feedback loop you need as a vendor. We have clients who provide reviews on the site, and giving us the opportunity to engage with them, respond to them, or simply thank them is really important. The reporting functions are pretty good but I think they can use some enhancements to make it easier to slice and dice the data so you can see exactly the number of reviews, ratings, industries, company size, etc., versus always having to export the reports. I'd also love to have automated reports set up too.

TrustRadius for Vendors allows our customers to honestly and openly provide feedback and reviews of our offerings. Once reviews are published, we leverage the Trustquotes widget to amplify the voice of the customer internally via our account teams and marketing teams.

We utilize TrustRadius for Vendors to capture customer feedback via reviews. We are able to repurpose the quotes (Trust quotes) and amplify them on social media, in sales decks, etc., to share authentic customer sentiments.

TrustRadius for Vendors has helped me identify customers to bring into our advocacy program based on their reviews left on the TrustRadius platform. I love the “hand raiser” feature and notifications I quickly receive after customers express interest in becoming advocates.

We receive very few negative reviews, but when we do, the feedback allows us to further innovate our products to provide a premiere customer experience.

We use TrustRadius to source customer reviews and generate leads for the sales team. We also incorporate TrustRadius quotes on the footer of our site and our SDR team also leverages the quotes widget for outbound prospecting. TrustRadius is one of a handful of review sites that we partner with but we find the quality and length of reviews lend a lot of credibility to our platform. Prospects trust the reviews on TrustRadius which helps greatly during the sales cycle.

Trust Radius is great when you need a vendor to help you gather more customer feedback. The back office gives you many options for reporting, follow-up, campaigns set up, etc. It is a little less appropriate to generate actual leads or follow up with potential customers. We originally learned of TrustRadius for Vendors through their partnership with 6sense, the ABM platform we use. We had access to one of the intent data features and saw that many of our strategic accounts were using TrustRadius to conduct research, so it felt like a natural fit. We now use all of the TrustRadius intent features to build campaigns in our 6sense platform and through the Matched Audience feature on LinkedIn. It's allowed us to target and/or retarget companies looking at our category, competitors, or even our profile page. Some of our highest-performing campaigns have come from leveraging this data.

So I think for a marketer who is trying to get in front of those larger accounts, this might be the better option.

We are using TrustRadius to further our customer's voices around our product. At IBM, we like our customers to do the talking. With TrustRadius, we are able to give our clients a voice to discuss how IBM Process Mining has helped their operations processes and source net new feedback on how we can improve our product. With this, we can gain a competitive advantage using our own client's voices, while also turning their reviews into successful review stories. Lastly, we are able to source leads from TrustRadius and deliver them to Sales to nurture that relationship. We have been able to source both honest feedback, further our advocacy programs, and ultimately deliver top-of-funnel leads to sales.

We strive for service excellence in what we do. The TrustRadius platform is being used as one of the means to gain insights in customer feedback and experience of our global customers so we can both learn and grow our software and services. Customer reviews are also important to us for our business growth. The platform can provide widgets we use to share customer quotes and experience on our website as external third-party proof.
  • Honest feedback platform! Not just "the good". This provides proper insight for customers who are evaluating options or selection shortlists.

Well suited for: Companies who can benefit from more online social proof and public customer experiences. Third-party proof via customer reviews has a considerable higher "Trust"-rate. This can be way more powerful than internal marketing efforts so it's an easy business case. Customer experience driven organizations with dedicated people. The TrustRadius platform can help you grow your business and also provide insights in customer experiences and comparisons which can be used to improve on.
Less appropriate for companies who do not have focus or dedication for customer feedback and experience. If you are not willing to invest or act on customer reviews and insights this might not be the platform for you.

TrustRadius for Vendors has been instrumental in giving a voice to our customers. Their reviews give us product/service insights and tell us what we should keep doing vs what needs to be adjusted. We also leverage the badges, like "Top-Rated", for marketing. We are also diving into using intent data through our integration with TrustRadius and Salesforce.

TrustRadius for Vendors is very good with communication from their team members. Our Customer Success Manager and Account Manager have been very attentive and transparent throughout our relationship. They do a great job of relaying product updates and discussing areas where we can improve our overall profile on TrustRadius. We would happily recommend TrustRadius for Vendors to any of our colleagues, who are looking for a customer reviews tool.
