We are in talks with G2 Crowd, as an "in addition to" TrustRadius. It's important to maintain a well rounded presence across all of the big names in this space. TrustRadius was a great starting point - price points, wonderful customer service, impactful results from our first few campaigns.

There are a number of other sites out there and we're also partnering with Gartner Peer Insights, IT Central Station and G2 Crowd. What I like most about TrustRadius is the detail that is gathered in each review which is a higher level than any other site I've seen (including Gartner). The TrustRadius site is by far the easiest to use and find what you're looking for very quickly. Some of the other sites, it's like you're on a treasure hunt without a map!

I also like the relationship that I have with the TrustRadius team who is always eager and willing to hear feedback and new ideas from my team.

G2 Crowd is a very similiar offering. We're on that as well. They're basically the same thing.

Spiceworks and IT Central Station are also relevant review sites on the hardware site, but with smaller audience followings.

G2 Crowd, Capterra, Software Advice. We still use multiple sites, but most of the others are essentially using reviews to generate traffic (which you as a vendor pay for). They serve a purpose, but TrustRadius has a unique approach: it helps us solve multiple problems (lead gen, new references, more customer content). It has a better ROI than the other product review services.

TrustRadius' vendor offerings are much different than what we have used before (Capterra, software advice, etc.). The analytics of the TrustRadius vendor system is far superior to what we have used previously. Also, I think that the case studies are much less biased than other review sites.

We have engaged with some other online review sites. What we particularly like about TrustRadius, is how in depth their reviews go. This provides for a lot of great content that can be leveraged for different marketing campaigns; given the different and diverse review sections.

We use other customer product review offerings. This is because of the value we see from these reviews. However, amongst all of the vendors we use, our relationship with TrustRadius is by far the most collaborative. The team at TrustRadius is interested in what our goals are, relative to the way we are using the reviews, and they are constantly offering up new ideas and suggestions about how we can get more value from them.

G2Crowd is the only other major player in our space, which we use alongside TrustRadius. It's important to have a complete profile on both platforms I believe, though I like the Salesforce integration that TrustRadius has. G2Crowd doesn't have anything similar last time I checked.
