They are very prompt in their replies. I've emailed support and received phone support. Each time, they helped efficiently and they easily troubleshot the few issues that I have had. If I have any questions or concerns about anything in the near future, I know I won't need to dread the phone call to support.

I am not impressed with the response to tickets we input. I never feel like they take the time to fully understand our issue. For instance, we could not record a new VM and save it. We tried everything. No one suggested deleting old messages (which we did after the call and it seemed to help), no one gave alternate solutions, and no one really seemed to understand the urgency of the matter. I would much rather have a point person or team I turn to for problems rather than just calling in and getting someone that does not understand our business, how we use the product, etc.

Support for 8x8 is the single most terrible aspect of the 8x8 product. When you call, you can't even reach support, unless you explicitly choose Sales, and then ask them to transfer me to Support.

8x8 Customer service is worse than ATT and Xfinity combined. There has been several times where we have had to wait longer than a day for an issue that should be solved within minutes. There has been times where we have almost waited a week. The customer service disregards any time that we put in for them to call back. And when we select the option to have them email back, they will call us back instead. We have had to let go of a few employees because we were waiting for a reply for our tickets. I absolutely loathe having to deal with 8x8 customer support. It seems like they just want to clear out the ticket with no real solution. A serious, serious problem. Our rep Melissa is wonderful. If she could work with us every single time that would be amazing.

We have talked to a couple of people not just from 8x8 but also from VOIP Advice. They all were extremely helpful, patient, and thorough. We felt that they really valued us as a customer and they never let anything fall through the cracks. They also check with us to make sure that we are continuously happy with the service.

I had very good interactions with the general support staff, whether it was over the phone or using the support portal. They are very responsive and do their very best to answer my questions to my satisfaction. My experience with follow-up by our sales representative has been below expectations, especially when it came to modifying our account.

The support team has not been very knowledgeable in my opinion. I have called for support assistance in a couple of instances and the rep didn't know what was wrong or they did and did not relay or provide good resources or knowledge on how to utilize the system correctly.

The support is great once you hear from a technician. However, you might wait a day or two to hear from somebody. Once a tech makes contact the communication and follow-up is excellent. The techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know they answer they consult with their coworkers, or escalate to a higher tier.

I very rarely rate 10 as I believe there is always room for improvement. With that having been said, 8x8 customer support has been outstanding each and every time I have had to use it. They are quick in taking action, and quick in finding a solution to my problem.

It's not too difficult to get someone on the phone. I'm usually not on hold for too long. I usually get straight answers. I like that we have an account manager and I'm able to email him if I have a question about the account. The chat feature for tech support is helpful too. I called tech support first, but the automated system told me my 8x8 number was wrong. Then the system hung up on me. I tried again and it said it would transfer me to a tech person, but then the automated system told me to use chat and hung up. I wonder if there wasn't really a tech support phone option available.

The few times that I've needed support from 8x8, the service has been outstanding. The reps were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Additionally, and more importantly, they were swift in implementing a solution for me. I didn't have to wait on hold forever and they solved my problems almost immediately.

Very easy to use. In this day of age, finding a company with a great product, competitive pricing and top of
the line customer service is hard to do. We found it with 8x8 and look forward to using it for many years to come.

I rate this a "4" because the support is there and available, but sometimes they are not knowledgeable. This can be very frustrating when you have a very specific issue. However, friendliness and availability I believe are two strong points here. I've personally spent upwards of over an hour working on something with support then after getting off the phone with them and not resolving it, I figured out how to do it on my own.

Any troubleshooting issues I had were resolved quickly and courteously by 8x8 support staff. The level of customer service is first class. It is good to know that no matter how simple an issue I may have, I can call or chat online and my problem will be resolved.
