Excellent at sorting your data and email sequencing for automatic emails to reach out to prospects

I use HubSpot on a daily basis to contact prospects and potential clients. I frequently use sequencing emails and have great success with that feature. I also use the calling feature where I call out directly from HubSpot which is convenient and very quick and has no problems with that.
  • Email sequence
  • Calling directly from the CRM
Cons
  • Maybe work on eliminating a few of the clicks that need to be done to save a little bit of time. For example when making a phone call maybe just have a one-call button the Diles immediately as opposed to opening a window and then pressing the call button. That could save a little bit more time and a few more contacts could be made.
For keeping track of leads and prospects it is great. But I think adding a quick call feature button would make it perfect.

Great tool for email automation.

We use Hubspot as our main CRM, giving the company transparency as to where we are at with our deals, who they are with, how many, etc. We heavily rely on Sequences for prospecting purposes and email marketing to qualify new contacts, which we add directly to Hubspot. The Reports features allow us to track our activity, conversion ratio, productivity, etc. We can also make calls from our computers without leaving Hubspot using the built-in calling feature.
  • Contact management.
  • Email marketing automation.
  • Multiple modes of communication available in-the-box.
  • User interface.
Cons
  • More UI customization.
  • Depth and breadth of support topics.
  • Auto-association for metadata on deals - doesn't always work, and we have to fix it manually.
Sending out email campaigns has automated my emails to the point where even if I am sick and take a day off, there will be a minimum threshold of email activity produced. The system's efficiency multiplies even more when paired with the daily prospecting calls that we make.

I use HubSpot to keep my sales database current and to send marketing emails. It's so much easier than reaching out individually to accounts when I can mass email them.
  • Ease of use
  • Instantly can see if an email has been opened
  • Tracks how many "clicks" or times it was opened
Cons
  • It very quickly reaches the notifications limit
  • I'd like a spot for multiple emails that can be used for "primary" instead of having to create two separate contacts
It's great for keeping all the contacts in one spot. I love being able to email and reach out to multiple groups at once. I can find out instantly if someone has opened it. We have several users so we can all view each other's notes.

I use the template feature to automate emails and send them quickly. This saves a lot of time and quickens the process of replying to emails.
  • Email templates
  • Tracking email opens
  • Tracking email link clicks
Cons
  • Email templates
  • Tracking who opened the email when multiple people are marked in it.
Email templates
Email tracking - opens and link clicks

I use HubSpot to schedule manual and auto emails (sequences), save templates, call prospects, save notes on calls, schedule meetings, track and manage other sales people calls/email output, and organize everything I need to be successful.
  • Great support - quick feedback - very helpful.
  • Records information accurately.
  • The calendar tool works well.
Cons
  • You should allow threading to not be all or none - there should be the ability to thread some emails in a sequence and not others.
  • You should have the ability to mass change the date that tasks are due on the task plane.
  • You should have a parallel dialer built into mass cold calls.
Well suited for sales not sure if it's appropriate for marketing or operations as much. The inability to thread certain emails has been upvoted for 3 years, and you still don't let us do it.
