Multi-entity is one of the strongest features that Intacct has to offer. Multi-entity accounting gives the users the ability to track top-down the financial health of the organization as well as drill down to specific entities. The ability to produce entity specific financial statements gives entity specific users the tools they need to excel as well as executives the knowledge they need to make decisions.

We really haven't stepped into this area so much. Our main focus has been accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger. We would not really have much to say on the topic of these items. But as for the three focuses we have, it has been a tremendous help.

Sage intacct has allowed our agency with our multiple different entities to all be under one umbrella. Before when we had quickbooks each of these would need to be managed in their own quickbooks file on a remote server. now we can do intercompany entries that no longer need use to log out of one system and into another.

I do not have to utilize these modules but from what I have seen from the other modules I do use, I am sure that these are helpful and easy to navigate. Like I mentioned earlier, what little may be confusing in Sage Intacct is quickly explained in Sage University so almost all aspects of the program are easy to learn, use, and navigate.

The availability of multi-entity, multi-currency, global consolidations, project accounts, and contract revenue management is the advanced modules we have used and greatly benefited from. These are required to support more complex and larger organizations. These advanced tools have made the process infinitely better to manage and allow for customizability to each entity or company's specific needs.

Yes, I use the advanced modules. Multi-entity is what's one of the best of this website. Like I said, it's very handy and makes working faster and easier. A lot of my coworkers use contract revenue and expense management and they have never complained. I don't think any of us have ever complained about anything with this website.
