We are a start-up midstream gas company. We needed a phone solution that was cost-effective, easy to manage, fast to deploy and flexible to adjust to our future growth. Currently, we use RingEX in our HQ office for phone calls, conference calls, hosted online meetings and faxing. Many of my users use the conference bridge on a Polycom Soundstation 7000 and the call quality is great.
  • Each user has their own conference bridge number included with their profile and with unlimited minuted. Other competitors wanted to charge $.03/minute and would charge additionally per month per conference bridge. This feature brings savings and flexibility.
  • They have vast options of compatible IP phones (Polycom, Cisco, YeaLink). They will help you deploy a third party phone if you decide to purchase one outside of their website (only the deployment, no continuing support).
  • Their customer service is fantastic. From getting started with your new phone system to continuing support, they really excel in this area.
  • Support for more toll free calling/conference bridge number for other countries. We needed UAE toll free calling and had to go to another vendor for the service.
  • Contacts feature on the desktop app and mobile app tend to show duplicates contact entries.
If you are looking for an easy phone system to deploy and manage, this is it. A big selling point is the conference line included with each user profile. I found other VOIP providers charge extra per line and per minute usage which adds up. I haven't tested RingEX in a low bandwidth environment so I would be cautions. We currently have a 100mb/sec Fiber circuit and have great call quality. I've heard from other users who have had issues with call quality due to their bandwidth constraints.

RingEX is used by me and our sales representative. The primary purpose of RingEX is to give us a phone system that can be used anywhere in the world. If either of us travels or works from home, RingEX goes with us. This allows our customers to have one phone number to call to receive sales or technical support.
  • The softphone app performs well and is easy to use.
  • The softphone app can be installed on multiple computers allowing you to have, for example, one copy installed on your desktop and one copy installed on your laptop.
  • The softphone integrates with Outlook, so I don't have to duplicate all my contacts into another piece of software.
  • Missed calls are not registered on the soft phone in a timely manner. If I have a missed call, the soft phone may not show it for a few minutes or for a few hours.
  • Their is no app for Windows 10 mobile and no app for Windows 10 (besides the standard Windows OS application). Having a native UWP would be a great option for RingEX
  • Soft phone installs are limited to two devices, so I can't install the soft phone on my work PC, work laptop, and home PC. Limiting the amount of soft phones that can connect to the service could be bumped up to 3 or 4.
  • The soft phone application is easy to use, but I think a revamp of the styling would make it even easier. I often click on different tabs because the icons are not always clear. One icon could mean two different things to two different people.
RingEX is well suited for small companies who need to have a phone system that is flexible and reasonably cost effective. It integrates well with Outlook, so companies using Exchange would benefit greatly. As the number of users grows, so does the monthly cost. In my opinion, the cost for more than 3-4 users is simply too much. Although there is flexibility with the software and what it can do for you, it's hard to compare it to Skype which will give you a fixed phone number for $20 a year. Skype doesn't have the features, but it gets you a phone number that you can use on as many devices as you want for a much lower cost.

RingEX is used in a very small capacity. We use it for sending outbound faxes since we don't have any fax machines. Our phone system receives incoming faxes but doesn't allow outgoing faxes. However, I can say that in this capacity, RingEX is great! We never have issues. We recently began needing to send faxes for doctor's offices, etc., - unfortunately, there are still many places that won't accept e-mails -- so the product solves our issue.
  • We use RingEX to send faxes. It's easy to use.
  • We don't have any complaints about the system. It works great for our need!
RingEX is great for sending faxes. If we needed to, I'm sure we'd use it for other things - for our current need, however, it's easy to use and our staff doesn't have any complaints.

TEXTING! My prospects are mostly young creative types that work at churches and non-profits, and they love that we can text for quick questions that don't really require a phone call. I also really like that I can access everything from the desktop and mobile apps so I always have the ability to call or text a prospect even if I'm out of the office. The other members of our sales team enjoy being able to use their work line from anywhere.
  • Texting feature works extremely well, and is greatly appreciated by my prospects.
  • Access to my work phone and contacts from anywhere has been very helpful.
  • My favorite feature is "switch to carrier" so I can switch over to use my Sprint service when I'm in an area where using phone data isn't strong enough.
  • The user interface is "so-so" and could use a fresh makeover.
  • Occasionally the iPhone app will tell me that I have a notification, but when I open the app there is nothing new.
  • The desktop icon is broken as of the latest update and shows as a blank white box rather than the RingEX logo.
RingEX is especially useful for an outside sales team or a company with many remote employees. I have seen many types of organizations utilize it, even organizations like churches where many pastors and directors work from home multiple days a week. Having easy access to company contacts and extensions is useful when I'm on the road and need to reach team members.

RingEX has been our recommended cloud-based office communication platform for 2 years now. Customers love the price and the performance!
  • Easy to deploy and provision users
  • Fantastic customer/technical support when needed
  • Superior features
  • Hardware selection options could be broader
  • Could shift some features into the lower tiers
Any office or business that wants to have enormous amounts of flexibility and capability can benefit from their suite of products. I just makes sense to go with a Gartner leader when making this decision.

I have been using RingEX for the past 6 years and love it. We have offices in Canada and the USA and RingEX allows us to unify our communications by allowing us to have a local phone number in both countries. Also, when we travel between countries, our team can still send and receive calls with either phone number using the RingEX mobile app. So it does not matter if we are in the office or on the go, our communications are always streamlined with our clients and our team.
  • The mobile app is fantastic, allows you to stay connected while on the road.
  • The call rules features allows me to change what happens to incoming calls during office hours but change them after hours. Very flexible.
  • RingEX is very reliable. Been using them for 6 years and almost never have a technical or quality issue.
  • While the call features are great, the online meeting and video options still need work compared to competitors.
  • Better communications. Sometimes I learn about new features months after they are introduced.
  • Pricing is per user so can get expensive for larger teams.
If you are a business that needs streamlined communications while out of the office or needs to manage phone numbers in different countries and jurisdictions then RingEX is a great choice. RingEX will allow you to unify and streamline your communications. I love the mobile app and use it more than the office line and you can manage call rules for your business right from your phone.

RingEX is currently used as the central communication hub for the entire business. All inbound customer calls enter the RingEX system and handling depending on the time of day. Additionally, we were able to eliminate 99.99% of robocall spam through the implementation of the AutoAttendant system, requiring the user to press zero to speak to the operator.
  • Multi-Platform Communication which works wherever you are - Every detail from how an inbound call is handled to how voice/text messages are relayed to users is completely customize-able based on the user's individual needs, even if that user refuses to learn how to use the application itself!
  • Voice/Video conferencing capabilities sufficient enough for most small business users - I rarely need to host a conference call or meeting, although RingEX does make it extremely easy to invite guests even outside the platform via telephone call-in or the conference app.
  • Overly complicated for new users - An inexperienced novice user may find the administration side of things a bit overly complicated and confusing. I'd like to see a "simple" and "advanced" set of configuration options, or maybe even a wizard function to walk new users through how to handle incoming calls (ring all devices concurrently, or sequentially, utilize external phone number or keep call within RingEX system, etc).
  • More competitive pricing - There are plenty of options on the market. I'd love to see a lower cost business plan for new users with low usage patterns have access to the system for testing purposes before committing to the system for full office use.
I am a big fan of the RingEX system. I previously researched and integrated RingEX at a former company before starting my own business. The system is extremely flexible and versatile. It's easy to expand the system as the company grows. Perfect for a small business expecting to grow in the future. I think it's the perfect communication tool for any small to medium size business looking for a business phone system.

RingEX is used as our phone system throughout the company, so callers can get to the right employee when calling our main toll free number. We also use RingEX for online meetings so that participants can call into the same line and view the leader's screen during the session. We also use RingEX Meetings for customer support so that we can troubleshoot on the client's computers.
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to install
  • Ease of use for meeting participants
  • Slows down computer when running meeting
RingEX is a cost-effective call system for small to medium businesses. It might not be suited for large companies. The meetings add-in allows users to start online meetings on the fly quickly. It is particularly helpful that you can switch hosts so that you can see different users' screens during meetings, which is something we did not see in competition at the same price level.

We use RingEX for multiple projects wherein we are required to call leads and clients. It's rarely used for internal communication. Before switching to RingEX, we used lots of vendors such as Fenero, Skype, and local VOIP providers; however, we faced the following issues with others: Bad lines (voice choppiness) Ugly UI Poor support
  • Amazing voice call: I remembered the day when I had a call with a client, we were having troubles with the ISP (poor connection). We went on the call with the client, and the voice was cutting in and out; however, once we got off the call, and I checked the voice recording, it was perfect.
  • Affordable: Between the other Pay as you go and Fixed price offer from RingEX, RingEX was way inexpensive.
  • Reports too late: It takes them 24 hours to generate reports. Well you can get a realtime report if you are using the call center plan otherwise it will show reports which are a day old
  • Inaccurate report: The call reports (# of outbound calls, # of inbound calls, ACHT, etc. are highly inaccurate.
If you are low on budget and make all the calls manual, I will highly recommend using them. If you have more than one team member, you should use them. There are a lot of call monitoring capabilities (as well as call takeover if your team member/s are new to the team.

RingEX was implemented in my organization a few months before COVID shut us down and it proved to be a lifesaver. As an HR professional staying professional and connected to my staff is very important. RingEX offers us many modern features or at least they were an upgrade for my organization: single number for both calls and fax and they didn't interfere with each other. Now I only have to remember one number! And the faxes were all digital so need for paper or a fax machine. It made it easy to drop these important documents in employee electronic personnel files. it introduced us to the ability to send text messages from our business line. Applicants really like that function. It allowed us to be able to conduct business calls from our personal phones through our business lines from anywhere. Allowing a complete separation of business and personal. I never have to miss a business call unless I want to. Digital and transcribed voice messages sent right to my email We were able to use the videoconferencing feature before ZOOM became everyone's go-to; this us allowed us to maintain some face-to-face interaction with our staff There's so much I still haven't tried yet, but the beauty of all these features is that the APP allows me to do any of this on the go.
  • Text messages from business phone
  • single number phone and fax
  • customization of call forwarding feature
  • add more personalize APP themes
  • I don't have any recommendations at this time.

For anyone trying to ease into a more modern setup, (RingEX) RC is easy to use and learn.

I mainly use the RingEX app on my iPhone to make and receive calls. I also have the app on my work laptop but since my earbuds are not connected to that device, I prefer to handle all of my calls on my phone. It emails v-messages, which is convenient when I am unable to take those calls. Voice-to-text is not perfect but I get the gist and no need to listen to each v-mail when I don't have the time. I also like how I can set my out-of-office message easily and swap out my recorded greetings in a snap. The audio quality is always very clear and the calls never drop. RingEX is reliable and helps me do my job efficiently.
  • Voice-to-test sent via email
  • Easy to update the status (i.e. out of office)
  • Easy to change the recorded greetings
  • Reliable and clear calls
  • User friendly app
  • Voice-to-text is not perfect. They can't never get my name right
  • Desktop app always defaults to 'my room' but I prefer to see the list of calls
  • Forwarding a call feature always asks if I also want to change my greeting - not always
I have used RingEX for both in-office (traditional phone) and from home (iPhone) scenarios and the call quality are excellent in both situations. It is important for that to be seamless as I don't want any issues while on a call with my clients when working remotely. I think RingEX is a welcome addition to any business and can't think of a scenarios that it is not appropriate.

RingEX is used across our entire organization. We had a Cisco phone system and wanted a robust, agile system that was simple to maintain and troubleshoot ourselves, and was less expensive. RingEX allowed us to get rid of WebEx, Faxcom, Hipchat, our Cisco hardware, licensing and support costs. We use RingEX through Polycom desk phones, on our computers (using the softphone) and via the mobile app. We have remote users who used to have to give out their personal cell phone number but no longer need to. We also are using RingEX meetings as a desktop support tool in a handful of instances. Not only has our ability to respond to changes and setup users and groups become easier and faster, we're also saving a lot of money each month by using the full suite of tools available from RingEX.
  • Simple user and group management. Setting up users, call queues, phone menus, etc., is so easy and simple. I have done in seconds on one menu what used to take 30+ minutes in my old Cisco system.
  • Users can be reached anywhere using one number. We have a lot of remote users and you don't realize that they're not in the office because the mobile app that they can use outside the office provides a seamless experience.
  • Faxing is a breeze! Unfortunately, we deal with a lot of entities who still use fax to transmit documents. Having each user's phone number being able to send and receive faxes has improved their efficiency and saved us money. We no longer have to pay for a third party fax service and the user interface is so intuitive, even our most technologically illiterate users are excelling at it!
  • Support documentation is rarely up-to-date. I wouldn't have to harass support so much if their documentation was accurate.
  • Can't copy and paste users and groups. Although they do have a templates option for streamlining user creation, I wish that they had the ability to copy and paste users and groups. Even their support staff have to manually open two browser windows and manually check all the user settings. Even with support staff's help, we've had users and groups created where settings were missed and we didn't discover it until months later.
  • Desk Phones aren't always connected with the phone servers and need to be manually rebooted. This has gotten better over the last few months.
  • Their analog fail-over options are minimal. Ideally, our phone system should be able to fail-over to a fully functional analog environment in the case of our network going down. They do have a few options, but not what we'd like.
If you don't need a robust, over complicated Cisco phone architecture, RingEX is a great choice. It's great if you have remote users or have a lot of collaboration tools that you're using (e.g. WebEx, chat clients, fax, etc.) and would like to consolidate your bills and tools into one system. It's not ideal if you don't have a reliable ISP as RingEX has poor fail-over options.

RingEX is our organization's one-stop Voip software and phone provider across all of our offices. This software provides us a very user-friendly and convenient platform upon which to host web-meetings, record outbound calls (mostly for training purposes) and utilize features such as number localization to adapt a local area code when prospecting within a certain region (proven to help boost contact ratios). These features along with the ease of which you can set up or join webmeetings and conference calls sold our organization.
  • Very modern - great user interface / sleek appearance in the website portal, and application.
  • User-Friendly : Even some of the more advanced features require little expertise in order to implement for users.
  • Their *9 feature to record a call is a little obnoxious, it would be nice to see there be a function to record the call without having to hit these keys (it can be annoying to hear the pound tones first when trying to record a call).
RingEX makes joining or hosting a webmeeting / conference call extremely easy. To host, simply login to your specific line and click host, and to join, users can click one button from an iphone or simply click a link and you're there. RingEX is also very handy to use and mange from the standpoint of users, as you can log in to individual lines and customize features on your phone instead of having to change an entire organization's settings to suit the needs or wants of one resource.

RingEX is a great tool for companies to utilize when you have more than one line attached to an 800#. Highly recommended for small businesses. Our company has used it across the whole organization for several years and it has worked great. We no longer have to give out our cell phone numbers, you can direct the incoming calls to go to the number of your choice.
  • Forwarding Incoming Calls
  • Call Logs
  • Voicemail - can be used to visually see the incoming voice mail
  • Fax - Easy upload and send/receive
  • Would like to see an update on the website, hasn't changed much in a few years, but still a great tool for any small business.
With Sales, we have sales personnel that come and go, it is easy to change numbers, forward calls and set up new personnel. The fax is easy to use for uploading documents and sending. Easy to see incoming call logs.

RingEX is the phone system for my business. I am only one user, but I have a VOIP desk phone and can use the mobile app as well. The system allows me to use my main business number to make/receive calls, send text messages and set up conference calls.
  • The online interface is easy to set up for managing call forwarding based on time of day or manual settings.
  • Mobile app enables calling from the business number from my cell phone. This provides consistency for which number folks use to call back.
  • Another great feature is call blocking. If there are too many junk calls, once you get one you just block that number.
  • Customer support is great.
  • Many features including conferencing, fax, and webinars.
  • Poor communication - the app did not work for a week after an IOS update and the company never communicated about the issue.
  • You are at the mercy of your internet connection. The quality of the connection can be affected by bandwidth. Not RingEX 's fault, but a limitation for some.
Small businesses with a few users are likely going to be able to take advantage of the online collaboration capabilities for internal communication. RingEX gives a small company a full featured phone system with out all of the investment. It seems like a great fit for companies with 1 to 10 users. I am not sure how well it scales beyond a small user group.

We use RingEX as our mainline system for customers, enquiries and support calls. Additionally we use the system internally for calls and conference meetings. The flexibility of using a combination of hardware phones and soft phones on both Macs and PCs was initially why we chose RingEX. When out of the office or away from computers we can all keep in contact with each other using the apps for iOS and Android phones. We can also divert external calls to staff out in the field. Lastly due to the nature of our products and services we arrange online demos and training using the RingEX system by sharing our computer screens with customers and prospects and we can even record the session and send it to the customer afterwards.
  • Seamless integration between Macs, PCs, iOS and Android Smartphones
  • Online screen sharing within conference calls
  • Call Log Reporting
  • Unable to block number using the Mac Desktop version
  • Unable to synchronise contacts with iCloud contacts
  • Unable to synchronise contacts with Insightly CRM
  • Unable to synchronise call logs within Insightly CRM
RingEX is great for software companies who need to train or demonstrate their software and don't need to be tied to a desk to make or receive calls.

RingEX is used as our primary method of communication for Phone, Video Conferencing, Screen Sharing, and messaging. We rolled it out across all of our divisions and all our locations in North America. RingEX allowed us to eliminate our single point of failure on-prem PBX and gives our employees access to all their communications on their computer or mobile - from work or from home.
  • Quality Voice and Video communication
  • Customer Support and Installation Services
  • Easy to learn user interface
  • Comprehensive messenging services
  • Consistency in their apps across Desktop/Mobile/Chrome Extension platforms
  • They need to include the probably Taxes and fees on their quotes to not surprise new customers.
RingEX proved to be a LIFE SAVER when we were forced to implement a Work from Home strategy in just a week - had we been on our previous solution of an on-prem PBX we would have had to scramble for both Phone and Conferencing solutions. Not only were we able to get up and running, we didn't even need any training on RingEX for our users because they already knew how to interact with RingEX from ANY location!

After a merger, we were on a Cisco on-premise system as well as a proprietary phone system. We needed to put both companies onto the same unified system. We knew we didn't want another Cisco system as they are extremely difficult to work with (both as a product and a company). I pitched RingEX to our company as a solution that would 100% work, guaranteed. I had implemented it at a previous company and knew it would work. The other staff wanted to try out Teams Calling and Skype for Business. I let them fail at that first, sometimes you just have to let people fail until they admit you were right all along. After the failures to implement Teams/Skype, I was given the go-ahead to try out RingEX on a test basis. I knew it would work, and of course it did. Once you're on a 100% cloud system, you'll never go back to on-premise. I implemented RingEX and any hiccups I ran into due to call routing or desk phone (99% of our users don't have a desk phone, but a few wanted one) setup, support was very helpful if I couldn't figure it out from the online support. We have been using it solidly for 8 months now without issues. The cell phone and desktop app are easy enough to figure out that you don't need to train your users. And if you can help people see the light that they don't need a desk phone anymore, that will greatly simplify the implementation. A large graphical UI is the easiest thing to figure out as compared to a small screen with a bunch of physical buttons, so users can learn on their own. I'll never have to worry about upgrading some on premise piece of junk again. I'll just give RingEX my credit card each month and know my phone system is going to work 24/7 without any maintenance on my part. I am the finance guy implementing the phone system. I'm not the tech guy here. If I can do it, it must be so simple anyone can do it.
  • 100% cloud - no maintenance ever.
  • UI Is nice and easy to use.
  • Anyone can implement it.
  • 3-way calling could be simpler.
  • Don't get rid of the RC phone app - not all of us want to use gimp.
  • Invoices could be simpler to decipher.
If internet issues plague your business, then RingEX won't work well unless users can utilize their cell phone app with cellular data. However, if your internet is fine, then a 100% cloud phone system is a no brainer. I can't imagine why anyone would go on-premise. Nor can I imagine why someone would go with a phone system that requires a separate company to implement it because it's so complicated to figure out.

We made the switch from PSTN to RingEX three years ago and I've never looked back. Since this is a cloud-based communications solution, I can complete all the configuration for my system, users, and individual devices on-line. No more having to place work orders with CenturyLink to have a line installed, a feature added, etc., and then waiting days for it to be completed. I can make changes instantly! We are using RingEX across our entire organization, from office phones to conference rooms. We now pay one cost and get an auto-receptionist included, where we had to pay separately for this service before. The lines are portable, too, since users can install the RingEX app on their smartphones and answer their calls from anywhere while publishing a single number.
  • The range of configuration and options included with our small business plan seems infinite. I have yet to encounter a usage scenario for which RingEX has not already developed a solution, from call queues to sequential forwarding to auto-receptionist to virtual meetings, RingEX has it covered.
  • All the configuration is completed on their website, meaning everything you might want to accomplish can be handled in a few clicks.
  • Documentation is robust. This is a premium service that is extremely well executed.
  • We have never had an issue making calls that can be attributed to RingEX. The system is rock solid.
  • They have apps that allow you to enjoy their services across all devices, including Windows, Android, and iOS. This includes making calls, checking voicemail, sending and receiving text messages on your RingEX number, and conducting meetings.
  • The integration with Outlook and Office 365 is superb! You can schedule RingEX meetings without leaving Outlook, including instant meetings.
  • Prices have increased steadily over the life of the service. They've also started charging for services that were originally no cost, such as options that forward to non-RingEX lines in our auto-receptionist options.
  • I haven't found a way to disable services we don't use, such as Glip, so users don't see them.
This is the cream of the crop when it comes to cloud-based communications. I bought the service after doing considerable research, as telephony is enterprise-critical. It's also the top-rated solution by Gartner, which really speaks for itself. It can easily satisfy a small office, with the automation features making a small business appear quite sophisticated. Or it can scale to hundreds of users, as it provides for SSO with Microsoft AD and has a number of other connectivity options catering to large businesses.

We use RingEX across the organization. We are a relatively small company and RingEX was very easy to set up. We use the RingEX softphone in most instances however we also have purchased Polycom phones at some desks. RingEX Meetings integrates with the RingEX phone system and I can easily set up and join meetings from the interface.
  • Integrates phone system and meeting platform
  • Provides visibility to coworkers availability through HUD
  • Excellent VOIP call quality
  • It can take a couple minutes for calls to show up in the call log.
  • I have experienced reports of incorrect caller id on outbound calls
  • Setup of a new extension can be cumbersome.
It's great for mobile users. You can install the phone app and provide a Bluetooth headset and users can make calls from the company wherever they may be.

Our entire company uses RingEX. We even use it with our independent contractors, as they can be invited into specific teams. We've been using it since it was Glip (former company). It helps us to separate teams for each of our clients (we're a marketing agency) and set up internal team chats and of course, a company-wide team chat. It's great because you can share files, links, notes, tasks and about everything you'd get out of a project management tool, all inside this chat tool. The best part about it though is the quick access to 1-on-1 or team video chat. We use it every day, multiple times, to interface with remote employees. The only thing it doesn't do that a PM tool would is time-tracking, but you wouldn't really want that in this tool anyways.
  • Video Chat. Quick access, great quality. It's perfect when you need to check-in with remote team members and for days when you work from home and still want to feel like you're in the office.
  • Task creation and assignment. We take conversations that we just had and with one click, turn them into tasks and assign them to individuals or teams.
  • Share files/links and get quick access to them. Everyone needs to share files and links, but the best part is being able to have a quick access sidebar and a great search function to recall those files/links at a later date.
  • Could add time tracking on tasks. Not a need to have, but would be a nice to have. Also the "Sections" part of tasks isn't filterable/sortable.
  • Better Google Drive integration would be great, so I didn't have to download all of the files that were shared.
  • I'd like an integration with Teamwork that would send tasks created in glip into Teamwork as well.
It is well suited for any business where messaging needs to be done. RingEX gets the team out of their inboxes and away from text messaging. Keeping this kind of messaging separate allows for it to be better searched at a later date and keeps teams better organized. Video chatting in RingEX also allows for minimizing a team's technology stack, as there's no need for two different platforms for messaging and video chat.

We use the phone system as well as use the messaging feature with our staff. We needed something that works with Admins that live internationally but also that was easy enough to use for our general staff. Being able to invite clients to use it as well for free through the chat feature is helpful and the video virtual calls are excellent.
  • Business phone lines with extensions
  • Provides Ghost numbers for different states.
  • Text with clients
  • chat feature for staff
  • video calling
  • Only 1 person can monitor the chat features for a specific phone line.
I have no issue with it across the board and it covers all of our needs.

We use RingEX daily in our organization across all members of the team. RingEX has been our phone system since 2005, and has continued to satisfy with their high level of service and ever-expanding arsenal of features. RingEX is our single portal for truly unified communications - phone, fax (yes, that is still a thing!), texting, conference call, video, webinar, and collaboration (team) software. It works across all platforms seamlessly; from deskphone to flip phone.
  • Extremely high level of service - both uptime and quality
  • Expansive feature set that is easily managed across all users
  • Cloud-based VoIP service so no onsite hardware to become obsolete
  • Softphone for PC, Mac, and smartphones for portability and features
  • Pre-built "quick-start" templates for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) development
  • Caller ID with Name available across all levels of service
  • Off-hours cutover of ported phone numbers
RingEX excels for us in office environments where everyone has/needs an individual phone (either desk or via their computer). It is also uniquely suited for situations where workers may move between offices, work from home either during the day or after hours, or be on call in the evenings or weekends. The capabilities of the smartphone app means you are always on the office phone system, even showing a Caller ID as your office when calling a prospect, client, etc. This has been a surprising and much-liked feature for attorney's who don't want to expose their cell or home phone numbers in a call. Located in a hurricane-prone state, RingEX is ideal for their resiliency to disaster that can keep local businesses connected and working after a hurricane. Having experienced that multiple times in the last 16 years with RingEX, I can say that they have always worked flawlessly for us.
