They all are data management programs but ZoomInfo OperationsOS has all of the features integrated into one simple user friendly interface. Compared to most this one is the best ease to use program and data management. Great product and i cannot wait until i use this product again. Best of all of the selected.

This was the other tool we reviewed, but the OS applications were more detailed and had better results. Although still a good tool it just did not fit our scope for our sales group. Have yet to find any of the ZoomInfo tools to not be but quality and informational applications. So highly recommend them.

We assumed the top 2 had the same quality of data and functionality, so it became a price war and ZoomInfo offered the best deal. Other competitors seem to have sloppy data. While ZI does as well, given its age and maturity, it was a safe bet for us to make for a vendor.

I think EverString is more smooth and easy to juggle with. I think I used Apollo and EverString for a year and for me EverString is my practical choice. Although Apollo is a good software tool but I think EverString is more convenient and advanced. Nonetheless, they share similarities but differs the way you need it.

We also use MediaRadar, which has much more updated contacts and provides much easier navigation. However, neither product integrates directly with Salesforce, which is a deficiency. We use Seamless.AI for that task, which is a much easier platform to navigate with much more robust and accurate contacts available in it.

EverString is far superior to InsideView, which contains a significant amount of outdated or inaccurate information such as companies that are no longer in business or are extremely small and being presented as much larger. The accuracy of EverString compared to InsideView is much better.

At the time we were evaluating EverString I was still a senior SDR, so I was responsible for testing the products in a late phase. While we already had Clearbit at that point, we found it inconsistent in several areas, including the phone numbers it found, contact information not being up to date, and sometimes not even being able to find the company we were looking for. Hence we also chose EverString to support us. During the evaluation I carried out, it was impressive to see that the majority of companies EverString identified were either already our customers, or companies that matched our segment preference.

I do not research a bunch of other options as we felt that EverString was the best fitting software tool for us at the time. We did not have much time to continue meeting with other companies. We do not regret our decision, and we look forward to continuing our use of EverString.

We ZoomInfo for our list building needs, because when compared to Everstring's 30-40% email quality, we found that ZoomInfo is around 60% verified emails. We have found that their data filtering is much better in terms of contacts but it is hard to determine before exporting if the contact at the cost of 1 credit is in our CRM.

We still use Zoom in situations in which the contact information is not up to date in EverString, but they do not offer the same insights that EverString does so I wouldn't necessarily say they're comparable. The information that EverString provides us is much more in-depth, up to date and correct. We trialed a few different products alongside EverString and it was the clear winner.

Everstring has better filters when it comes to creating target account lists; being able to filter accounts by job title, industry, department, software being used, etc, allows us to be very specific in who we want to target. The biggest thing Everstring does for us is create contact lists for the US. Other ABM tools only provide information at an account level, so being able to find contacts at target companies with Everstring is a huge plus for us.

We selected EverString because of its ease of use. Other companies have similar products, but we felt the tools weren't as intuitive as EverString. Also, the integration with Salesforce was key. All of EverString's data is in Salesforce, so we don't have to work across multiple platforms. Having all of our information in one spot saves us hours each week.
