We love the product and for anyone with a smaller product line I would strongly recommend the product. If you have a complex pricing model or a large catalog you would need to look at some of the more complete Big Machine editions but Express is a great fit and price for a company with simpler needs

At Brocade, BigMachines was an essential piece of the sales process. We integrated the quoting tool into Salesforce.com and setup single sign on to allow a seamless integration of the two platforms. The sales reps that I trained and supported found BigMachines to be really valuable and easy to use.

BigMachines has been a great platform for our Sales Organization. It enables us to be more efficient and effective in closing our deals. The proposals are easy to understand, and our customers are happy with the format and the turnaround time.

QuoteWerks is used by our team to create quotations and manage our purchasing. It is used to present clear, professional quotations to clients enabling them to choose options and e-sign the quote. We also have the advantage of knowing when clients review their quotes which is a great insight for us.

We started out using it just for quotes but since the info was already input we made new forms for customer orders, purchase orders, invoices, and bills of lading etc.

We use Quosal to send quotes out to our customers and to see if they have opened the quote. This helps us know when to make a contact and elicit feedback from our customers. In addition, it helps us close deals. The Connectwise integration is nice because you can easily convert quotes to sales...

Quosal is an integral portion of our daily operations. The amount of benefit we have gained and continue to gain from using Quosal continues to outweigh any of the minor issues we experience. The time we've invested in Quosal, while significant, has been wholly worthwhile.
