Happy With Basecamp
- I am unable to answer this
- It has allowed us to be more efficient and communicative in our product development processes.
- It helps our main story tracking tool to be cleaner, and contain more final versions of features and the user stories needed to build them.
- It is the main way we communicate with our offshore development vendor, and it facilitates those conversations very well which makes our teams closer and more productive.
- Basecamp streamlined workflow and made it easier to track project and progress.

A project management tool that streamlines our process
- More efficient. Since we're able to rely on Basecamp for all of our comps and client feedback, its allowed us to streamline our process and focus more on our actual work.
- Time management. With the use of milestones, our department can easily see what tasks we need to complete and when, so that the project is completed on time.
- Better communication. There are a lot of tools within Basecamp to encourage communication with our projects. We've been fully remote since March 2020 and basecamp has been our main source of communication on projects, with nothing falling through the cracks.
- Formalized templates and to-do lists.
- Team collaboration.
- Greater visibility to teammates meeting and missing deadlines.

Great basic project management tool. No frills.
- There's no direct ROI from Basecamp, but certainly using Basecamp or any other project management software will result in less time being wasted and tasks not falling through the cracks which, could result in unnecessary expenses or in lost revenue from tasks not being completed.
- Being able to manage our projects keeps us focused and on task, helping move projects to completion so we can deliver for--and keep--clients
- Basecamp likely takes the place of multiple tools if we were to buy them separately, so it saves money there too
- Basecamp is a great tool for hiring/training as well, as we can be very organized as we level up our employees

Basecamp - a great tool for first time project management software users, small groups, and those needing flexibility
- Basecamp has allowed our specific departments to centrally manage many projects instead of using a variety of different systems.
- The software has given us the ability to move a large amount of documentation to the cloud instead of emailing or printing.
- Communication/discussion is well documented so there is no misunderstanding.
- Project stakeholders are in the loop as well.
- All project-related communications and files are in one single place.
- Breaking out projects into tasks, and assigning them to the right person, has helped eliminate tasks falling through the cracks and finding out too late that something was not completed.
- Time is money and time management is money management -- being able to save time with good project management software helps save money and improves ROI.

To accomplish your mission, you need a good Basecamp.
- Tasks and deadlines can get lost when you have a lot of concurrent projects. Basecamp helps prevent these things from getting lost.
- I'm not sure you can tie a dollar amount to what BC did, but it did help us move through our client service processes in routine fashion, meaning we could always tell what we've done and what still needed to do at a mere glance.
- I do wonder if BC could have been better integrated with some of our other processes including work email, timesheets, accounting software, etc. BC was more of a standalone dashboard for client related tasks and perhaps it could have been more.
