Updates are timely and the support we receive from BOMGAR is top notch. The product works perfectly every time, we've never had an issue with it. Simple, easy to use, highly effective, I can't recommend it enough.

We have a large amount of users. Everyone who uses Bomgar has good things to say about it. In the past we have used PCAnywhere and it was very rare that you could get connected to a customer without some kind of problem. Bomgar takes all of this away. This is why would renew with Bomgar.

We rely on this product now and our users would notice a serious drop in our efficiency and response times following the removal of this service. We have also received excellent support and after sales service from Bomgar which you can never guarantee you will get with a different company, so even if an alternative product met all our criteria, there would be no incentive to change. One manager has been heard to say that losing this product would mean we would need to hire more staff just to maintain our current efficiency, and even then we would have no easy way of supporting our mobile users.

We have renewed and will continue to renew. Bomgar continues to add value to the system with frequent updates and the ability to quickly "jump" into the system gives my support staff an edge on quickly fixing issues and getting our clinical staff back to work. I have had zero problems out of the appliance, it has only been a net positive to my company since we started using it.

Bomgar has improved the support we have given as an ICT department and improved the ICT department reputation within the organisation. We have had no issues with Bomgar as a product and it works well. The team at Bomgar are also a pleasure to work with, they follow up with us to see how they can help us use more of the features of the system and really take time to get to know their users and how they use the product.

We've used Bomgar for 9-10 years, and it has consistently been a boon to our organization. They constantly develop the product, so new features and functionality are constantly being pushed out. Plus their support and sales departments are just so friendly. I can't imagine my company going anywhere else. They've certainly earned our business and we will continue to give it to them for the foreseeable future.
