A solid platform with an excellent customer support team
We were looking for an SEO tool that could support us across all our 38 markets we operate in. Based on that requirement most tools already dropped off, except for BrightEdge and Searchmetrics. Searchmetrics and Conductor both provided insights for SEO and SEA, so therefore it was mainly a choice between these parties. Conductor has better pricing though.

Conductor Review
I have used a lot of search platforms I just add a quick selection of a few. Although Conductor has replaced most of the tools I have used in the past quite adequately (Conductor is on par with Majestic in most respects), I do occasionally use Ahrefs (mainly for backlink checking). Full disclosure, Conductor was selected before I started working so I was not part of the reasons for switching. However, I have found no issue with it and other than Ahrefs backlink checking, Conductor provides everything I need to do my job.

Using Conductor within a SaaS company
I haven't looked at other similar products in a long time. Conductor does nearly 85+% of the things we need. There are some improvements we'd like to see happen but nothing is glaring enough to make us seek other platforms.

Great tool!!
Conductor is the only one I've used. I have no intensions of switching.
BrightEdge, in a previous role.
We switched from BrightEdge and it was a good move. BrightEdge was not intuitive at all and lacked a lot of the more robust features that Conductor has. Conductor's UI is just superior. BrightEdge felt like I had to build multiple, granular levels of filters on top of each other in order to get the data I needed. It took forever to drill down. Conductor is much easier and offers more features out of the gate.

Conductor Offers Easy Dashboarding and In-Depth SEO Analysis
I had Conductor at a past employer so I haven't had to make a switch yet. I have met with some other related product sales teams, such as Brightedge or OnCrawl. They are very similar in their offerings. At this point I feel like I could get almost the exact same product from Brightedge but I am used to Conductor, so why switch?
I suppose if we ever realized there was cost savings in switching to BrightEdge or another competitor then we would consider switching.

Conductor is a robust SEO platform with an abundance of useful features
- BrightEdge and Moz
We found Conductor to be a more user-friendly tool than BrightEdge with a more comprehensive platform. In comparison to Moz, there are many more robust options. Conductor is more expensive, but I feel like you get what you pay for.

Conductor Tool Drives Organic Success
We previously used Moz. It was a good initial tool (and a much lower price point) - but doesn't automate the same way that Conductor does and requires a lot of manual work to get to similar answers. I do prefer Moz's backlinking tool - as Conductor only provides minor backlinking information through DeepCrawl.

Unmatched Value.
Brightedge and SEMrush and Site Improve.
The presentation of the data and overall value of service that was being provided was the best bang for the buck! The other tools may have had one or two features that really are the only main things their product provides. Conductor has worked to provide a full SEO service offering that is in my opinion, unmatched.

- BrightEdge and SEMRush
I've used BrightEdge, SEMRush, and a plethora of other tools in the 10+ years I've been in the marketing space. Conductor gives us everything we need in one place to have full visibility into our biggest traffic channel (organic). I won't bash the other tools, but there are glaring holes in what they offer individually vs. what you get with Conductor.
We switched because we really found the Conductor Team collaborative, strategic and consultative. We genuinely feel the partnership and care for our overall success. We also love the tool and how easy it is to use and create dashboards. The integration to JIRA make it so much quicker to report technical issues to our development team.

Amazing Marketing Platform!
At my previous job, I used brightedge and since coming to Direct Energy I have been using Conductor. Conductor is without a doubt much better than bright edge and easier to use!

SEO in the Time of Cholera
- Screaming Frog SEO Spider, Search Metrics and Semrush
One of the largest pulls of Conductor seems to be the interface. Many of the other programs listed above (Semrush, Seach Metrics, STAT) have more developer-like, skeletal interfaces that may be difficult for SEOs to get into. For this reason I think Conductor is an ideal product for employees early in their SEO education.

Conductor Truly Sheds Light on SEO!
During our initial evaluation of an SEO platform, we evaluated BrightEdge alongside Conductor. We chose Conductor for a number of reasons.
- Conductor was more user-friendly than BrightEdge.
- Conductor had a better recommendation tool than BrightEdge.
- Conductor provided an actual SEO Strategist with our account and BrightEdge did not.
- Conductor provided monthly deliverables that we could take action on.
