My workday begins with reviewing Hubspot notifications to monitor our qualified leads. Throughout the day, I rely heavily on Hubspot for various critical tasks. These include reaching out to inbound leads, following up with potential clients, and reviewing the SDRs reports on the Sales Dashboard. Additionally, we use it extensively for reporting month-over-month (MoM) and year-over-year (YoY) statistics, which is vital for tracking our performance and identifying trends. This platform is central to my daily operations, serving as an indispensable tool for managing customer interactions, tracking sales progress, and ensuring a comprehensive overview of our sales activities. Hubspot effectively streamlines our workflow and is the backbone of our sales and customer relationship management strategies.
  • It keeps you organized with its straightforward flow; I don't know if it is just me but with the automation, we set on HubSpot and it makes my job a lot easier to track everything rather that checking all the customer lists (the highly qualified, product qualified, semi-qualified, etc).
  • It's great to have such a detailed user profile - it allows associating every detail with the specific customer, so it is great for our technical teams as well to see the notes (like feature requests, bug reports, etc) under the user profile page.
  • The graphs we created under the dashboards are making my job quite easy. I can find every little filter I need for creating monthly reports. The graphs are transparent, and easy to understand; no need to highlight a particular part.
  • Our Hubspot expert is setting up everything for us; so I don't specifically have a problem with HubSpot CRM; however, I know that sometimes there are some issues with changing the assigned attributes - because it is hard to find where to do it. It's a bit complicated to set some new rules for the attributes or change them.
  • The main use of the Hubspot integration for our use case is ProfitWell. When checking monthly, sometimes the profit well data and the data on Hubspot do not match. Somehow, Hubspot is not counting some new users as "new" and does not represent their MRR on the dashboard.
Although the sales team is the team actively using HubSpot every day; our product and technical teams are checking HubSpot CRM prospect profiles regularly to see the notes and insights about the users. We were able to create such detailed prospect profile pages on Hubspot, we know where the leads come from, what their actions are on UserGuiding accounts, and their journey on our website. Also, before and after calls we take all the notes so all the teams can check the details and act accordingly. Collecting everything under one profile in a clean way is the best part of it. Based on the sayings of our Hubspot expert, sometimes it is hard to set some rules/change the rules of the prospect attributes because HubSpot's comprehensiveness brings complexity. If our expert is OoO, and if we need to change something, then it is not possible to find where he created/changed that attribute, so there is a steep learning curve when it comes to setting things up. But as a sales executive, I'm pretty happy with my HubSpot experience.

I use HubSpot CRM on a daily business. Originally my boss gave me access to a list of people he wanted me to reach out to but now I create contacts regularly that I share with him. This is helpful because as I set up an appointment he can access all the information he needs from my notes.
  • Sharing with others
  • Templates
  • Easy to organize
  • training needs to be updated
  • easier to update contacts
  • easier to navigate through
Honestly overall using HubSpot CRM is kind of tough sometimes. I usually have to spend a long time researching how to use a certain function. I took the training but it went over everything that you would get access to if you bought the whole package which my boss did not so I am just very confused what I do an do not have access to.

The contacts management is suburb. Super easy to find the right person at the right time, and you do have to go super deep into a record to find the important information. It surfaces really fast. We also use for our deals in motion and pipeline management. Easy to see what deals with what activity are in process.
  • Contact Management
  • Deals Review
  • Email Templates and Sequence
  • Auto generate order forms on accounts
  • Not have every function behind a paywall
  • More out of the box reporting
Way more intuitive that the other big CRMs, so I highly recommend it for small businesses who have little familiarity with complex CRMs. Additionally great for organizations without a dedicated admin, where most of the admin work is fairly easy to understand.

We use it to organize or sales flow and operation, along training structure.
  • Automates Sales process
  • Keeps Tasks organized
  • Allows for Easy Tracking of Transactional/Document Flows
  • Its cross functionality with other platforms sometimes gets sticky
  • Ability to keep track of text threads would be nice
  • have had issues with large number of bounced emails recently
Email distribution it is great for, I think areas it struggles is cross functionality with certain programs it can jumble it up

I use HubSpot to call the existing clients and contact them to welcome them onboard and see if they have any questions. I also use HubSpot to send out emails efficiently.

The only problem I have experienced is when sending an email directly from HubSpot, I found that copy&pasting different texts from docs or notes changes the font size and style.
  • Organization. Great way to add notes.
  • The ability to record calls, for professionalism
  • How I can save email drafts for quick use
  • Keeping the font the same when using copy and paste for emails
  • A way to manage incoming calls better. If I’m already in a call and receive an incoming call, it cancels it and do not have the option to hold the current call.
  • Dark mode interface would be nice.
HubSpot CRM is great for sales people to contact customers, and to see who purchases a member for instance. However, it is not ideal for analytics from my experience like seeing where most of the demographic comes from in users. While I would recommend HubSpot CRM to colleagues, I do not find myself in that situation often.

We use HubSpot CRM for current customer relations, and for sales leads relations. We've been able to create several workflows for our success team, Sales team, and marketing team.
  • Workflows
  • List creation
  • Matching audiences on Ad platforms
  • It requires a good amount of self on-boarding
  • In my opinion, sometimes it's hard to figure out, or remember, what contact parameters are under.
Great product, scalable, good support and online how-to's, but requires a good amount of set-up and training to get the most out of the system. You also have to create design templates and have them ready which usually requires a design team. So it is great but can be too big for some of my peers.

  • Ability to log details
  • Support via Email forwarding / tracking
  • Sales follow ups
  • Easy of API integration
  • Ease of Ticket Management
  • Form Design
For the sales team looking to monitor customer relations it is very good. However in my opinion, at managing specific tickets, forms and interaction with other applications it falls short.

We use HubSpot as our CRM to store client information, track sales and monitor deals. The customer database part of the system is very impressive, it pulls in live data from numerous sources and keeps everything in one, easy-to-access part of the CRM. The dashboard also provides a great overview of all sales, deals, customer acquisitions and other key metrics.
  • Sales tracking - The platform is easy to manage and provides various ways to track and analyse sales data
  • Customer database - The system pulls in information from various data points adding incremental knowledge and value to customer records automatically
  • Deal monitoring - The deals section of the system makes it easy to review all stages of deals along with customisable stages
  • Pricing - HubSpot offers a number of great features in the free version however the paid options can be pricey.
  • The free version could do with more options in some of the additional areas such as the marketing platform. Although there are some options included, they are very limited.
If you are looking for a free or paid CRM, HubSpot has everything you could ever need. If you do require the paid plan, it can be quite expensive vs. other options. That being said, you pay for quality and great customer support. It is also highly connectable to a variety of other systems and software.

Unlike other CRMs I have used in the past, Hubspot manages to strike the perfect balance between functionality and simplicity. Its intuitive interface makes it a breeze to navigate, and the learning curve is virtually non-existent. I appreciate how Hubspot's design prioritizes usability, allowing our team to focus on what truly matters - delivering exceptional customer experiences. In conclusion, Hubspot has consistently exceeded my expectations. It has become an integral part of my daily work routine, and I cannot imagine working without it.

For the last 6 months we have been using Hubspot to track deals from pre-bid all the way through the project wrap and even after - it's great that we can link companies and contacts to bids because when we have a repeat customer reach out for help with a project, we can see right in their contact card that we've worked on projects with them before. I love the pipelines feature in deals too, because our company has multiple channels of income managed by separate departments - organizationally it really simplifies things. The last thing I'll mention is tasks, sometimes all you need is a simple reminder to follow up with someone and hubspot makes it really easy, once again!
  • Deal tracking: all info you need is in one place and even integrates with other platforms you may be using, such as QuickBooks, panda docs, monday.com, and Apollo.io. You can view contracts, external documents, associated contacts and companies, and all relevant deal info right in one spot. If you click on any of those associated contacts or companies, you'll be able to see any associated deals in one spot as well.
  • Pipelines, my company, sells post-production finishing services such as color grading and sound effects editing. We also rent office space. We have two different people taking care of each of these streams of revenue, and keeping them in two separate pipelines in HubSpot ensures that these employees only have to look at information relevant to them.
  • The other day, I spoke to our wonderful customer service rep, Lexie, about this. Hubspot, the way we use it, is pretty much perfect and meets all of our needs. The only thing that would be the icing on the cake would be a prospecting tool like Apollo.io uses. It seems like Hubspot and Apollo are super similar. However, we really don't like Apollo. The ease of use and customer support that Hubspot provides is just not there. Hubspot doesn't have the same intensive prospecting tool that Apollo does, though, so alas, we're stuck. If Hubspot kicks off a prospecting tool, I've expressed interest to Lexie in testing something like that.
Hubspot CRM comes in handy for us because we're a company that spits out a lot of bids and doesn't always have the time to develop relationships. The amount of detail we're able to keep track of in the contact cards really helps us remember the important stuff about different contacts and companies we've worked with. One thing I find myself changing a lot is that a contact's first name will be their email instead of their actual first and last name.

I use HubSpot CRM to prospect and identify leads. It helps me to categorize my prospects and existing clients to ensure I am organized when it comes to outreach and account management. It helps me maintain a clean workflow. It also helps me to see when an email has been opened or viewed by a prosepct.
  • Categorize prospects and existing clients through filtering
  • Identify lead statuses
  • Manage delas in the pipeline
  • Tracking people who leave companies
  • Tracking stale contacts
  • Outlook integration
HubSpot CRM is great for employees to track their activity and collaborate with each other when it comes to prospects and client engagement. HubSpot CRM's Sales and Prospecting tab is a fantastic tool for teams in Business Development. It’s designed to be super user-friendly, making it easy for anyone in your team to get the hang of it quickly. Imagine it like a friendly guide that helps you through each step. What's cool about it is that it works well with other programs and tools you might already be using, so you won't have to change everything you're familiar with. Plus, you can tweak and adjust its features to match exactly how your team likes to work. This means you can make it your own, ensuring it fits perfectly with your team's unique style and methods.
  • Lead Scoring and Prioritization: Review the CRM’s capabilities in scoring leads and helping prioritize efforts for higher conversion rates.
  • Lead Identification and Segmentation: Analyze how the CRM helps in identifying and segmenting potential leads for outbound efforts.
  • Outreach Tools and Automation: templates and pre-loaded playbooks are dated from the .com era
  • Return on Investment (ROI) - As a small team that is scaling, there is functionality that could help long term, but too much time in setup and not driving revenue requires a dedicated position just to CRM management
  • Specific use case for healthcare - a bit challenging to get the proper custom fields aligned for our scoring and segmentation
Integrating Smartlead.ai with HubSpot CRM revolutionizes your Business Development strategy. This partnership allows for seamless data transfer, reducing manual entry and freeing up time for your team to engage with potential customers. Smartlead.ai’s AI-enhanced lead scoring feeds into HubSpot, enabling more accurate prioritization and segmentation of leads. This synergy facilitates automated lead nurturing; for instance, tailored emails are triggered based on lead behavior and scores. The combination of Smartlead.ai's insights with HubSpot’s robust reporting tools offers deeper understanding of lead dynamics and campaign effectiveness, aiding in data-driven decision making. This integration not only saves time but also streamlines processes, placing all vital lead information in one accessible location. It’s crucial for teams to be adept in both systems to fully harness their combined potential. By doing so, this integration becomes a pivotal asset in driving business growth and improving sales efficiency

My team uses HubSpot CRM to keep track of contacts, book demos, and follow the progress of deals. We use the dashboards for reporting on both engagement and to keep track of the financial health of the organization. I am the sole member of the business development team, so I use HubSpot CRM for most of my daily tasks. I send sequences and track outreach that needs to be followed up on, make phone calls, tag coworkers into contacts that require their review, and manage deals in discovery.
  • allows follow up tasks to be created for a future date while executing a current outreach
  • makes filtering my tasks super clean and easy
  • tracks communication for contacts across a variety of platforms, and allows those comms to be filtered in or out of the view
  • incredibly customizable contact/deal/company pages & properties
  • sometimes the navigation makes no sense - why, when I delete a deal, doesn't it take me back to the last page, usually the contact I came to the deal from?
  • when I am working in a sequence, say I make a phone call and decide to unenroll the person on the other end. Even if I unenroll them before "save and complete"ing the call, it will still generate the next step even though they're removed. Makes for some confused (and occasionally angry) contacts.
  • I would love to see parent account abilities.
HubSpot CRM seems like a great place to help a business get off the ground. It's simple and user friendly, but also can be made more sophisticated as the needs of the user grows. It seems like once an org gets big enough to have accounts with multiple suborgs. or larger enterprise deals it could fall behind in meeting the needs of the users. That being said, CRMs like Salesforce are so beefy and complicated they usually require at least one full time admin, if not more, so having something that feels like the younger sibling without the additional labor price tag is great.

I use Hubspot CRM for profiling the accounts of all of our drivers. It's a great help in updating the profiles, and an easy way to keep the accounts in detail. It's very communicative and keeps the record in real time. Integration is flexible with the other apps, especially automating information directly making the work faster and more productive. HubSpot CRM has a lot of features to offer that address the business problems of intermittent tickets from the drivers. It is also universal and shared by other employees which is a good collaboration to help each other.

We use HubSpot CRM for maintain the bids and it is very helpful tool considering that we can have all the access in one place. It's an excellent option for every business looking to improve customer relationship management. Earlier, we used to have difficulty in maintaining the data, we used to manage in excel which is tedious to use. But with HubSpot CRM, we save lot of time and also get accurate data and information.
  • Stores all information about potential and existing customers
  • Helps creating templates
  • All in one tool
  • there should be a point wherein we can make the some points as priority means the ones which are used frequently for example rather than mentioning US everytime, it could be set at preference.
  • customer support could be better
  • option of copy so that we don't have to manually enter each thing everytime in case of recurring bids
As mentioned before, it is all in one tool wherein we can store all the information and also use for multiple reasons. We have all the information at one place. There is nothing as much which is considered as less appropriate but option of copying the existing bids is something which can be looked upon.

I am able to email our clients straight from their folio, keeping very precise info on the client right where I need it. Keeps me alerted on past due and most current also allows for specified days in the far future. I don't know honestly what I would do with-out this program, it is the most optimizing program I have ever used.
  • Able to move client to the next order of progress keeping the client up to date in the process.
  • The call log is great to keep an eye on whether the client has been contacted. Keeps our crew on point with not calling enough or calling too much.
  • When clients are moved in the system it can be automated to automatically generate tasks that keep us on point.
  • Allows us to send and receive email in the clients folio - keeping very handy detail on the individuals order.
  • There's this really annoying pop up (Says HubSpot) that occurs to the right side of my screen. It always pops up when I am typing and sometimes I don't notice it right off. It basically stops you from being able to type anything.
  • My workmate and I have had this discussion several times, it would be nice to be able to pin more than one item to the top 2 would be great 3 would extra optimize!
HubSpot CRM is exceptional for small business, we are all able to see what's going on in real time. If I need someone's immediate attention to a specific folio I can tag their name in it, sending them an email alert. When a client calls I am able to load them into the query and specify all of their info Address Email Phone and any further details that may help us to personalize their case to them. If our sales person makes a call he logs his call and I can see time and date stamp and know that this client has already been helped. Having a paid in full or pending situation on HubSpot CRM helps us to know who is paid and who still needs to pay. It is frustrating on the automated side when people are able to submit for services and items that we do not offer or have in our company. It would be nice that upon entry into the system that they would have to select from a list of items and or services we actually offer.

Utilizing Hubspot CRM allows me to analyze, sort, track and prioritize my sales leads. Supports the sales team in closing deals ahead of deadline and helps our marketing team keep new leads engaged.
  • allows me to collaborate with departments in the organization
  • integrated with our zoom so all notes, calls, and sms are tracked
  • filter qualified leads
  • helps sales team target different audiences
  • accurately forecasts sales cycles
  • currently I do not see any room for improvement with HubSpot CRM,
Especially in the sales division, it keeps all my sale cycles updated. Allows me to keep track on follow up with potential prospects. Able to tag other members on the team in notes to keep them aware of any changes in client and prospect accounts. With the filters I can assign and update after verbal communication where the prospect is to closing.
