I believe that NICE CXone (formerly inContact) is very usable because it fulfills many different necessities which are essential in the work environment. It is very versatile in the offerings and functionalities it provides to all users who get to work using NICE CXone. Also, NICE CXone is very easy to use, requiring little training to use effectively.

Do not hesitate on spending a dollar on this tool. The price is right and it is really worth it. It gives back the money you spend. Helps a lot to do business. Instead of buying a hard phone like Avaya. Do the NICE CXone instead. Convenient and easy to use. You can manually override employees if needed, unlike Avaya. NICE CXone is an integrated softphone.

We help customer[s] with different issues. For example, we help them with [a] technical issue, billing, and contact information question. Nice inContact is used all over the world I think especially if [it's] with our company I believe. Lately, I've been having issue[s] transferring customer[s] due to [the] error message I've been seeing. Now I believe it's a great and easy way for us to make others satisfied with the service. NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact) doesn't give us any problems I feel like its helps a lot. I like how the app is built and easy to navigate. [The] customer never [complains] about any sounds or [signal] issue[s] also NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact) has great ring tones. Disney plus made a great [choice] I believe in using NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact). Every [company] that answer[s] calls should use this app every day.

There are a few options that are really hard to find if you do not know the jargon or what exactly you are looking for. The first week using [NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact)] I had to look for some options in every single menu in order to find what I was looking for, but after a few days I was able to familiarize with it.

For me it is 10. Aside from [being] easy and convenient to use it has a lot of features like the restriction access from employees and managers. It also allows managers to monitor the moves of every employee every second of their day. Really cool. And the colors are so lively you can easily identify the difference [in tickets] because of the color.

It is fairly easy to use and very helpful when working in the customer service industry! It is user-friendly and allows for big organizations and companies to have many employees use the service at the same time, and transfer calls and see which other employees are available or on breaks or performing a certain task.
