I can say that there a few TrustRadius reviews that have provided me with a better understanding of our software. Seriously, hearing from our own customer's words how they are using ExakTime or Arcoro in combination with the other construction tech software in their stacks has been eye-opening. "Worth every dime" "Improved job costing" "Cut down on payroll time by 100%"

TrustRadius for Vendors review content strategy is quality over quantity which sets them apart from other review providers. With the review content we generate from TrustRadius for Vendors, we are able to tag those reviews into quick snippets that our sellers and marketers can leverage. This greatly differs from other review providers that are only looking for quantity and don't provide you with the valuable content you and your prospects desire.

TrustRadius for Vendors asks customers so many more questions when it comes to their reviews and gets into the nitty gritty. I feel like most software review sites ask only surface-level questions, but TrustRadius does a good job of getting under the hood and asking the specific questions that prospects are thinking. The rating system on TrustRadius profiles is also a great snapshot of how the software is viewed by customers. It's eye-catching. In general, the TrustRadius platform is just more eye-catching than the competition. I prefer to use it because it's easy to read, looks nice, and provides good information.

The review content is much more detailed than other sites we work with. The long-form reviews mean customers must be more thoughtful and detailed with their responses. We like this because it helps us get a well-rounded picture of how our customers feel about working with our software and also with us as their vendor.

The depth of TrustRadius review content enables us to select from a larger selection of customer quotes, whether we use that content on social, in ebooks, whitepapers, data sheets or in sales conversations. There is often more substance to choose from in TrustRadius quotes as compared to other review sites.

It's true that most review platforms are very similar, but there are some differences that really set TrustRadius ahead of the others. First of all, personalized questions are definitely a great competitive advantage because it allows us to define specific questions that we want to get direct answers from our users. Secondly, the capability to organize and sort reviews are something very appreciate. This way, we can quickly identify reviews with specific content or those we can use for different purposes (prospecting, cross-sell, new opportunities, etc.). Finally, the questions predefined by TrustRadius are complete and well organized enough to provide an environment where the reviewer can express freely in a very comprehensive way, and we can get quite complete and credible information about the experience of our users.

The long-form review content of TrustRadius is one of the best features of the platform. It allows us to gain in-depth insights into the customer experience, as well as to highlight quotes that may resonate well with new prospects. I have mentioned this previously, one of the biggest strengths of TrustRadius is the quality of their reviews. They are very thorough, detailed, and relevant to what someone would want to know about the product prior to purchase. Being able to customize the questionnaire is what attributes to these great responses. They do not approve just any review, they really take their time reviewing and approving each review.

Because we can write and use customer questions, it gives us the ability to gain the exact insight we might be looking for from customers. I don't have a lot of experience with other vendors. We enjoyed being able to take advantage of the reviews through quotes that the sales team could use during calls with prospects, and we could also display them in a targeted fashion on different pages of our website, bringing in customer voices that could not be suspected to be fake.
