There have been a couple of the staff that I've talked to over the phone that have been SUPER helpful and efficient. The ticketing staff is usually hit or miss, mostly miss. It takes a while to get an answer or a helpful response.

We pay for additional support and Brightpearl is always straight on any queries we have as well as all the literature you have available to answer your questions. We are going to be merging Brightpearl accounts in the future and we have had many conversations with the team about how this could work and they've been very helpful so far.

Could be better, we've been trying too get some help as our business is expanding and is now in multiple locations. There doesn't seem to be a support or consulting package that works for us. Individual team members and some management have been very helpful, and we're still working on resolving the issues, but after the time we've spent with it, I'd hope to be further along.

Brightpearl was ALWAYS great at responding to us. Their customer service was quick and responsive.

Unfortunately, the responses were often that "engineers were working on it" but nothing seemed to ever come of that. I realize that Brightpearl is a large company that a lot of businesses rely on. But when you can't hit "enter" when trying to search in the front-end POS, that type of behavior should be changed very quickly and it never was. Admittedly, small things, but those annoyances tend to ultimately affect the overall experience.

Lots of bugs have been introduced in recent releases and support takes a very long time to rectify. It's clear that they don't understand how the database design of the product works.
There is no phone support with the standard package and if you need something fixed urgently you have a long wait and get passed through multiple members of support staff.

Brightpearl customer support is excellent, they have always fixed issues for us, (where possible) in a timely and efficient manner. They are rarely down these days so manage to provide quite a stable and reliable system which is obviously important! Whenever I've contacted their customer support team I've always been happy with the end result.

Yes we have used the customer support on many occasions, though less frequently now that we are more familiar with the package. They have always been very good and will usually call back to resolve a problem which is rare nowadays; cannot fault this service whatsoever. They always reply within 20 minutes and will get to the bottom of the issue.

brightpearl has been really supportive on any issues we have or questions our new employees have come up with. We are utilizing brightpearl across all of our departments. We aren't currently using the accounting function but we may make this change very soon so we can use one system for everything.

Support gets back to us in a timely manner, which is nice. For simple questions, they do very well. For anything more complex or technical, I often have to wait for them to find someone more qualified to answer. We also still haven't gotten any answers to our questions about why the financial statements keep changing.

If there is a time where we would need direct support from Brightpearl, I am confident that it would be friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Seems like a top notch company that cares about its customers/users.

The support or Brightpearl (with paid support plan) is phenomenal. Most of our tickets are answered within 4 hours or so from the time of submission. Occasionally, tickets will need to be escalated to the next level but the incoming staff is already knowledgeable about the issue and doesn't have to have the same conversation with you that basic support had.
