So far I never get into a situation where I really need to reach out to Support team. but the community support is excellent and have all the information you need to be successful.

I have not used the support

Trying to skip this question because I have never reached out to support for this product, but I'm not allowed to move onward with this survey unless I select an option (there's no skip question option). In the future, it may be best to not require a response for questions that are optional since it will skew data. I selected a 5 on this question.

I haven't reliability problems a couple of years ago and had a difficult time straightening it out. I had to abandon Lucidchart for a while. when I came back to it it worked much better

I had a representative reach out to me from the beginning to give pointers and answer questions. Later when I submitted requests for help, I had quick responses, within 24 hours. I have had a great experience with customer support.

The Lucidchart support team is communicates in a timely manner and also knows how to effectively communicate to ensure that issue I am facing is resolved quickly. If the issue is something the support team cannot fix, they help prioritize that bug or feature to their development teams for resolution. I would have to say that Lucidchart team has provided a great overall experience.

I haven’t used lucidchart support yet. However, the time I post a suggestion for a feature on a community channel, within a day or two I received a message teaching me where to go to submit feature request to the product team. Posting the suggestion was easy and submitting my Feature request to the correctness was also easy.

love the diagrams and sharing - I have never had to support support but I leverage my team and colleagues when I can't seem to draw or find an object that I want. I would like to have someone help me at lucid draw a SAP logical diagram with all the SAP colors and schemas for order to cash and procure to pay processes

I have never had to use Lucidchart support, but they have great documentation so for that reason I would give them a very high rating.

I haven't had much of a need to contact support, but when I have, my issue was resolved immediately.

We havent had to use any support yet from Lucidchart.

I would give it a 10, but this question was supposed to be skip-able if you've never contacted support (which I haven't), but it turns out this typing is required in order to move to the next page. This is actually a systemic problem I've noticed within the Lucidchart community site (NOT the web app used for flowcharts), where anything intended to be "optional" is actually required to proceed.
