Community Works uses Rippling for a myriad of things from Human resource Documents to payroll. It is a one-stop shop for the employee to get information on anything in regard to work related experience. Community WOrks has been able to streamline a lot of processes and procedures, all thanks to the rippling database.

I use rippling for managing payroll, benefits, time -off, expenses, HR compliance and performance management.
The product is very easy and intuitive to use. The UI is clean, clear and laid out in an easy to navigate way.
I most recently used it to elect benefits and was very pleased that the whole process took less than 15 minutes, in large part because my information was stored and ready to go.
I didn't have to spend a long time entering tedious details.
I have used many different people management portal in the capacity of employee during my career and can say that this is a great product.
The thoughtful user-centric considerations and features make a real difference for a user such as me.
  • Clean UI - there is no ambiguity about what function each button will perform.
  • Very easy to navigate. It is not difficult to find what is being looked for.
  • Single location for multiple functions. This is great for me as there is one central hub for all professional admin matters. Saving me valuable time that I can better spend on more pressing work matters.
  • The corporate color scheme is somewhat dated feeling.
  • The 2FA a uthentication would be improved by being able to use faceID or fingerprint instead of entering numerical code each login.
  • It would be nice to set up alerts for myself in rippling
HAving used competitor products like the ancient PeopleSoft and some other legacy tools like Workday, Rippling outshines them significantly.
The product feels as though it was developed for users and not just for company HR teams. Because it is easy to use I find that I use it frequently. I am on top of my to-do duties and have more time, space and energy to focus on the actual work of my job.

Our company migrated from another platform to Rippling and its been a welcoming change. The best part is the intuitive User Interface that Rippling provides. Along with that, it combines all the aspects of employee engagement in one platform. As an employee that is an absolute relief. Not needing to hop on different platforms is a blessing. The time off aspect is there along with the benefits enrollment aspect - which are the two major uses of this platform for me.

I have been using Rippling for about 2 years and its so easy to ask for time off, check your payroll, change, update insurance, take needed courses, and also protect your computer. The UI has a great design and everything is so easy to find. If you need more help, customer service is always helpful and always get back to you super quick. I really do not see any scenario where Rippling may not be appropriate, i would honestly say it is a bit clunky on the computer protection side taking a while to install and at times freezing, besides that does a great job for HR management

Rippling takes a very fundamental role in our organization, as you would expect an HR tool to do. We use it for SSO, payroll, time off, org chart, benefits, and many other things. I believe we ended up switching to Rippling because it was better equipped with the HR tools for a scaling business than our previous choice.

Rippling was incredibly helpful when I was making my benefit selection this year. It walked me through a very simple display and presented the data well. I was very impressed. The SSO functionality is very simple too, and I enjoy having SSO and HR services all wrapped in one application.

I'm a user of Rippling. Have found it easy to use it as a contractor and now a W-2 employee. Contracts, hour tracking, and insurance, all pretty easy to manage. Also like how I can come here to see the list of company apps. It makes managing the administrative work fairly easy.

I use Rippling for my benefits management as an employee. It addresses the problems of collecting multiple providers and benefits and seamlessly putting it into a simple, customer-friendly, system. The scope of my use case is setting up my insurance policies and medical coverage policies for myself and my family members.

We use Rippling for Payroll, HR, time off, HSA, Insurance. The problems Rippling addresses is instead of having 5 places for all this information, it offers one location to view everything you would need as an employee.

I use Rippling to view my pay stubs on a bi-weekly basis to ensure that I am being paid the correct amount as well as on time. I import and manage my time off requests on Rippling in order to take time off or go on vacation. I also use rippling to enroll for health insurance with my company and choose between different types of coverage.

I use ripping as a platform to look at all the documents, payroll, and PTO offers. I have not encountered any issues thus far. I periodically sign in to look at my pay stubs, request time off, and make any adjustments to my direct deposit. I love how I can do all of that by myself without speaking to someone in HR.

  • Brighten up the website so it doesn't look so gloomy.

My company uses Rippling for payroll, attendance and insurance benefits. We have care teams of multiple people who need to be able to access mine and my colleagues HR aspects of this nature, and there is no confusion over where things are processing and even if there are 2+ people on a team who need to touch base in each of the different sections with me, it is easily accessible from both of our ends to be able to fix problems and walkthrough solutions. <br><br>Honestly the ease of use for the layman to this type of program who does not work with structured HR programs (I do field work as a behavior technician) I love how easily I can access my paychecks, the dates are clearly marked, I get e-mail updates when I need to accomplish tasks for the company, the insurance enrollment process was the easiest I've ever been through and it's all around a great program. It makes that aspect of work way easier to work with. <br><br>
  • Navigation of the website is clear and easily accessable.
  • Each section (payroll, time off etc.) is easy to see together to pick through, and there is no confusing or not necessary information to be able to find things quickly.
  • There have never been any technical errors I've encountered with any section of the site in the year and few months I've used it.
  • It would be a nice visual feature to be able to see on a monthly calendar when paydays occur, insurance renewal needs to be done and when time off has been taken, all color coded and accessible from the main menu.
  • It would be nice to be able to see under tasks what tasks have been completed from beginning of use with Rippling and what dates those things occured.
  • I never understood the editable medical id under coverage. It could have an information button to explain what it is and how to use.
Everything that I need is easy to access through the site's navigation.
Information is clear and easy to read.
Step by step process for insurance enrollment is very straight forward and quick.
I think more information could be added in details of dates when time off days were used the way other dates are listed in other areas of the site.
Anniversaries section is really helpful for keeping me connected with my company, particularly when I work with a small team and in homes as a behavioral tech 1:1 with a client, and not get to spend too much time with what's going on with everyone else, I can offer support and praises to colleagues with this reminder and information.

Rippling is great for managing benefits and for time off/PTO requests. Very easy to use and navigate. The dashboard is straightforward and to the point. Also when it comes to tax time the paystub/W2 documentation is all right there and very easy to access making a stressful experience a little less stressful.

We use Rippling for many general HR tasks including Payroll, Time off, and Benefits. I have found Rippling extremely easy to use. My favorite feature is the Time-off Module, it makes requesting time off easy and hassle-free. Also, the benefits module has been easy and I was able to select my plans seamlessly. I have not had any issues with Rippling and would recommend it to a friend.

When I first started with my new company, I was given a link to begin my profile. After creating my profile, I can see all my paystubs, and rippling does a great job of breaking down hours worked, pay, taxes, etc. One of the great things about rippling is I am able to look at my PTO and see how much (in each category) is left. We also just went through open enrollment for our benefits for health insurance, vision, and dental. Rippling laid all of this out in a simple, easy-to-use format. There were links that took me to the summary of benefits so I could choose the best plan for me.

Easily the easiest onboarding for benefits I have ever had the pleasure of using in 20+ years in the industry. Everything was easily communicated, made sense, and allowed me to feel as though I was in control of my Benefits. Could not be happier with this implementation and will evangelize this to my team to encourage their quick sign-up.

We use it for enrolling in benefits, from smaller enrolls like HSA/ FSA to heath insurance. We are also about to keep track of all the passwords and apps we use on a daily basis to make sure our logins are organized. My team also uses it to track our hours and breaks. Rippling is also useful when finding PTO days as well as different benefits, our handbook, important paperwork we signed upon joining our team.
  • When keeping track of my hours, I can view it as a timeline with bullet points or I can see it blocked out in a calendar
  • When requesting PTO, I can see a list in one area that keeps track of my PTO as well as what Paid days off we are given
  • When we need to enroll in benefits, the links attached to the tasks are really helpful and easy to navigate to the next steps
  • When navigating benefits, sometimes the next step button is hidden, having it above and below the text/ task would be helpful
  • When tracking time/ PTO, not making a new link for the PTO days and including a different color in the same timeline day
  • When adding tasks, they get a little confusing on how to follow the steps, a simple help or direction button would be nice in case people were confused
Rippling is great for time management- tracking Paid time off as well as day-to-day clock in's and clock out's. Rippling is also great for keeping track of paperwork e-signed when joining a new company or team. Ripplings password protector and saver are also nice to have all saved logins in one safe area. It helps with ease of use and having everything in one area.

I enjoy how easy [Rippling] is to navigate and use the apps for managing my personal information and attendance. I also like the personal touches your companies can give your dashboards or forms, like what snacks do you like at work, which makes me feel appreciated in my job. The interface for submitting time off is very smooth, easy to fill out, and quick.

  • Timecard edits are easy to find.
  • Health benefits are divided into separate tabs that make for easy searching.
  • The org chart with photos makes for ease of use when trying to locate departments.

The usability of Rippling is beneficial by having most items available in one place. The overall UX design appears dated however.
