We use TrustRadius for Vendors to generate customer reviews for several reasons, including getting customers' feedback, building customers' testimonials library, identifying prospects for case studies, and promoting our solution as an alternative to our competitors also listed on TrustRadius. We have been using TrustRadius for Vendors for several months and have generated about 13 customer reviews so far. Our product is complex and requires professional implementation. We are still figuring out the proper model for the interview generation campaigns. Unfortunately, our business unit has a startup mentality in a big corporation setup, and we do not have proper support for this product, such as a customer success team that can help us out with this project.

We use TrustRadius for Vendors to drive customer reviews, gather new customer quotes, and identify potential advocates. One of our goals is to have customers not only be a reference but leave Tealium a review and have even used reviews to make improvements to our processes that have been mentioned. TrustRadius for Vendors makes it easy to drive reviews and get detailed information from customers on why they like using our products.

We also use TrustRadius for Vendors review campaigns for customers.

We began partnering with TrustRadius for Vendors last year as part of an ongoing initiative to build customer advocacy and trust. (We were in a situation where we have thousands of customers but had never launched any sort of coordinated review effort.) As part of this initiative, we began working with three of the biggest customer review sites - we purchased premium profile listings and regularly run review campaigns with all three. TrustRadius for Vendors is by far the easiest to work with and the most engaged/invested in our success. Rebecca is our CSM, and we never meet *just* to meet - she always has topics outlined ahead of time and is always looking out for us - bringing ideas and opportunities for us to better present our brand to both our customers and prospects. We also use intent data to fuel our 6sense campaigns and have seen very promising results. If you are looking to get started with customer reviews and aren't certain how I suggest partnering with TrustRadius for Vendors.

One scenario where you may run into challenges would be generating reviews if your customers are very small businesses. A large portion of our customers are SMB and Mid-Market, but for the few VSB business reviews, TrustRadius for Vendors has been wonderful about working with us to verify the identity of our customers without LinkedIn or Business email addresses.

We are using TrustRadius for Vendors for many reasons, but the intent data has been super helpful. We've been creating audiences of people visiting our TrustRadius for Vendors profiles, then targeting them on LinkedIn with ads. This has been a really effective technique. A big focus of ours is higher quality leads, and the viewers that are reviewing our page definitely fit the bill.
  • The review incentive program has been super easy and effective. We've gotten so many more, high-quality leads from it.
  • The intent data has been really interesting and has helped guide some of our campaigns on other platforms.
  • We haven't deployed the quote widget yet but that was a huge reason behind our decision to join TrustRadius for Vendors. We are really excited to add it to our landing pages.
  • The custom questions feature has been AWESOME! Having the power to ask customers about areas we want to highlight or promote has been super useful in marketing materials.
  • I wish the intent audiences had the option to filter the audience more. I feel like it lacks in that field.
  • The vendor portal is between the legacy and new version, so I have trouble navigating and sometimes get logged out for no reason and can't sign back in.
TrustRadius for Vendors is amazing if you want to generate high-quality customer reviews for marketing materials. We have collected some awesome reviews that we get to use now on landing pages and it's added the most value to our premium subscription. I feel like TrustRadius' SEO might be lacking because when searching reviews, more often than not, it shows up behind their competition, like Capterra and G2.

We are using TrustRadius to help source feedback on our product from our end-user customers. We needed a platform where our customers could provide feedback on a non-biased, 3rd party research site. TrustRadius has allowed us to receive this feedback from our customers regularly, and we also enjoy how we can reward our customers with gift cards for their reviews.

TrustRadius is great if you're looking for a non-biased 3rd party site for your customers to share their feedback on your product. I like that TrustRadius offers anonymity to the reviewer as well. TrustRadius is less appropriate if you're looking to source peer reviews from customers whose dominant language isn't English. We're working on piloting multilingual review translation with them, but it isn't standardized quite yet.

We consider TrustRadius among our primary channels on which we display our numerous product listings. The TrustRadius platform enables us to provide granular details about our products and also enables our customers to share their experiences with their peers, all within the same listing. The content of customer reviews, combined with the details of our listing, contributes greatly to our SEO efforts. Achieving Top Rated distinctions that TrustRadius offers has helped us differentiate ourselves from competitors as well.

TrustRadius has had a measurably positive impact on our SEO, and the level of detail found in TrustRadius reviews contributes greatly to the social proof our prospects are looking for prior to buying from us. The review collection services offered by TrustRadius are also very effective and have generated many reviews for us across our product listings. If you are a vendor with many listings, it can be difficult to stay on top of managing them all on TrustRadius. However, that is an inherent obstacle to having many products to offer in the first place. Ultimately, as TrustRadius continues to grow its user base, you can reasonably expect your prospects to have made a stop here before continuing on to your website or your competitors. So, I would highly recommend listing your products here whether you opt for a premium listing or not.

This program establishes a framework of transparency and honesty that allows us to listen to our users, partners and market analysts actively. At the same time, it establishes our customers' satisfaction level and helps decision-makers make better choices based on the real experiences of their peers. That is why the results obtained here are included in our company's health metrics.

I would definitely recommend it for any type of company of any size that has a review program in place. To help them have more reviews, to manage and classify them efficiently, and to show the results to try to influence the decisions of potential buyers. I would also recommend TrustRadius for those companies that need an extra layer of intent data to help them qualify for their opportunities. However, I don't think it's a good option for those small and medium-sized companies that are not well known and expect reviews to come organically and effortlessly because they will need to invest time to achieve success.

TIBCO uses TrustRadius for vendors majorly for content generation, widget syndication, accessing premium content, campaigns support and intent data. TR aids in positioning our top solutions where they should be in the market and keeps us aware about our customer experiences in real-time. All of the content generated via TR reviews provides us with a social proof of our product capabilities and use cases directly from the customers. Being Top Rated or earning a Most Loved tag from TrustRadius gives a strong sense of achievement. With the widgets, Trust Quotes, customized questions, TR becomes our go-to-portal for building a relationship of "Trust" with the customers. It is really an extension of our Voice of Customer program. As a marketer, I feel TrustRadius provides very reliable vendor services with utmost transparency. TrustRadius not only impacts goals but also helps in building the right strategy and align their services, timelines and efforts towards our successes. Moreover, the turn-around time for any or each of the service or query is very efficient. I love how TrustRadius builds that "Trust" amongst both the vendors and their customers by their exceptional services. Additionally, the customer success managers are very proactive and efficient with their work! Be it the promotional activities once you've achieved a position on TrustRadius or helping us with the review generation tactics or enabling our internal teams like sales, ABMs etc, TrustRadius is always on top of it!
  • Review Generation Campaigns - I like the way they are planned on regular intervals with minimum waiting time and I love the content and statistics shared after to help us be aware of what's working and what's not!
  • Intent Data - TR offers the right integrations and detailed form of data on how viewers are looking at us as a provider.
  • Widgets and Promotional Content Kits - It is a great way of increasing traffic on our websites and also sharing our achievements with the industry.
  • Review Questionnaire and Custom Questions: We can align the content or customer quotes we are generating with our GTM strategy. The reviews generated on TR are so extensive of content that you can learn about any products/solutions from the customer in depth!
  • More automated capabilities for reference hand-raisers as those can be well utilized for other participating in advocacy activities. An automated emailing system, may be!
TrustRadius is well aligned with the marketing advocacy efforts and sales enablement and aiding them for creating stronger pitches for a prospect for a NBB/Cross-sell/Upsell opportunities. Additionally, it can be the best source for providing fresh leads to the system. Additionally it gives great competitor insights and aids in building a strong community that supports our GTM strategy as well! Moreover, its well established for providing support to the web design teams for embedding the widgets on the product webpage.

We monitor clickthrough rates of TR content on our website and intent data through TR. The tools provide helpful insight, and we are happy to promote our performance in periodic "Best of" and "Most Loved" reports.

As Customer Marketing Manager, I actively use the vendor portal to generate and monitor reviews - responding to customers, escalating feedback to internal teams, sourcing referenceable customer quotes, etc.

We currently partner with TrustRadius to drive peer reviews to our company's page, encouraging true, honest feedback from our customers. When people are researching our company or product, we want them to see customer use cases, true benefits and any potential issues they have encountered. TrustRadius helps drive reviews from our customers through various campaigns.
With the newly redesigned admin portal, we have access to so much more great information about our page, buyers activity, reviews and where we stand in terms of TR Awards. This is all highly valuable information when planning our strategy around peer reviews.

TrustRadius as a whole provides great content because of the way they structure their questionnaire. I appreciate how thorough each review is, it's a shame we are unable to use these without paying an additional fee. The new Vendor Dashboard is great, we really appreciate all the extra insight into our pages.
My only concern is that it's not clear how TrustRadius differentiates itself from other similar peer review vendors and how companies choose to divide who they send their customers to.

TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us generate more leads and reviews. We are able to effortlessly do review-generating campaigns multiple times a year.
  • It is great having a designated account manager that meets with me as often as needed and is always there to answer any questions that arise.
  • We appreciate the flexibility in using the award badges, review widgets, and quotes across our website.
  • I wish there were a way for vendors to set up all of their tags and categories without having to go through the account manager to do so.
As a software company, we use the TrustRadius vendor portal to generate reviews and quotes. Our sales and marketing teams then use these quotes, reviews, award badges, etc., to provide authentic feedback when promoting the product. It works for everything we use it for. We don't get many leads from the partnership, but I imagine that would be different if we also utilized the intent data.

Veracode uses TrustRadius for Vendors to collect non-bias reviews of our products and services. We then use these reviews as proof points in marketing content, a pipeline for our advocacy program, and even as a way to see what our customer's pain points are. TrustRadius for Vendors has helped us be more effective because we are able to collect these reviews without having to do extra work and setting up internal campaigns, etc., so we can then focus on how to best use these reviews.

TrustRadius for Vendors is well-suited for any company looking to collect valuable customer feedback to be used in multiple ways. It is user-friendly and doesn't require a ton of maintenance. It might not be worth it cost-wise for smaller companies.
