It's definitely much more thorough content and contains a lot more in-depth feedback than other review generation sites which typically just cover base-level pros and cons. We especially like the alternatives/competitors and ROI feedback.

Overall, the review content that TrustRadius has collected from our clients is detailed and specific. Occasionally, I do see reviews that don't provide much insight into the client's experience, but those don't happen very often. I like the questions that TrustRadius asks and think that it provides a good overview for prospects when they check out our reviews.

TrustRadius has provided great review content that we utilize in our marketing materials (website, emails) and content we can direct prospects to. It provides the prospects real-life feedback --- and a lot of it -- that they can trust. It also lets prospects focus in on reviews for their specific verticals and many times addresses their specific issues.

The reviews have been really great. However, our challenge is getting more of our customers to write a review. We know our customers are happy, but they are also busy and may not be focused on providing reviews of every tool in their stack. Including a recommendation to leave a TrustRadius review in a customer email is a helpful way to gain more reviews.

The quality of the reviews has been quite good. We also included custom questions to provide specific insight into the buying process and our product to provide additional feedback to both our product marketing and sales teams. The majority of the feedback has been consistent and has helped us to build use cases to address those needs.

We did not use custom questions due to internal issues. But a colleague has described content as a 'treasure trove' and another as a 'goldmine' (that applies to the negative comments too). The content is better than some sites (TrustPilot) but comparable to others (G2, Peer Insight). What sets TR out from other platforms is a focus on product feature and attributes.

The reviews feel well vetted and have more detail than other review sites. The quality of content that TrustRadius collects from our customers is phenomenal: It is typically detailed and is clearly unbiased. I'd have to say the quality really depends. You can get some phenomenal in-depth reviews that almost mirror a true case study, but at the same time you can get anonymous ratings without any context or ability to probe further which can really hurt your overall ranking. It's definitively great to be able to customize questions as our product has many different use cases. This allows us to capture all relevant use cases and provide relevant reviews for our different buyers.
