Very simple and easy to use! Bigin by Zoho CRM is a software that is really very easy to use, there is no need for training, everything is really instinctive. It can be used quickly without complex settings. Those who are less experienced or less comfortable with computers will also easily find their feet! it is very easy to use the application and the synchronization of contacts, calls and calendar is a real plus

I tried few difference CRM systems (Hubspot, AMO, Zoho, etc.) Bigin -is the most simple and user friendly from that list. I'm happy, that I found that solution, which helps me everyday to achieve my targets and manage all processes. Also, I actively use an app and integrated my Google account and any other sources

I definetely woul like to reccomend BIGIN as a CRM system. Really like it because of user friendly interface. Easy going installation. Adaptive and flexible integration with different services. I also like the Bigin mobile app. Use it every day. When I had a problem with the CRM, a technical support representative really helped me fast

I am a new staff member here. We are a B2B food bank. We have 142 pantries and we are in continuous contact with them. They contact us almost daily to place their food order for either pick up or drop off. We currently use Google Sheets to keep track of everything, however, it is not efficient and we can risk the spreadsheet being deleted as many hands have to 'touch it'. Bigin by Zoho CRM is the perfect tool for us to keep everything in order, at our fingertipes with out the fear of losing our information.

  • A customizable dashboard regardless of the industry you're in.
  • I'd prefer a dashboard where I can see my calendar, others' calendars as well
  • I'd prefer a dashboard where I can see the upcoming activities or tasks for me to do
I really like the Tag feature. We have clients that get travel reimbursements every year. With Bigin, you can create a tag for every year and later, we can create lists as reports to document the amount of funds that was distributed by year.

We started using Bigin to manage our daily contacts and opportunities. It is very simple, yet does everything you need it to do. For the cost, it is hands down the best option. If your staff can use email and a calendar, they can use this CRM. The mobile app is also intuitive and easy to use!

It is great for a stright forward, no nonsense simple CRM. If you need extensive customization or integration into many types of ERP programs, this isn't your best choice. There are plugins to extend the capabilities of Bigin, and they do help solve many users needs. Larger organization would be better suited with a larger CRM program.

I use Bigin by Zoho CRM for deal tracking for my business and managing sales processes. all pending deals client follow ups and overall meeting scheduling. It is a great tool which centralized all my client contacts in one place. Tracking meetings and scheduling calls tasks, events and calls with my clients. So far so good.

Bigin by Zoho CRM is a great CRM for start-ups. it's reasonably priced and allows for streamlining deal tracking at a great price point giving small businesses a competitive edge over larger businesses. There are limitations with third-party integrations since they support the Bigin by Zoho CRM system. But I am happy and will be using it for the foreseeable future
