We selected Live Advisor Go In Store because at that moment, it was complete and more useful. However now our brands are looking for something different, something that will help the Live Advisor to make things better and easier. We are looking for solutions more into 1 to 1 chat and AI and customer care. We expect to have new technologies that give more personalized experiences to our customers while also helping our live advisors to sell more without interrupting their work in the stores.

We find the suite of products from Emplifi more diverse for our needs. Cost is fairly similar, depending on your needs, but we have come back to Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud time and time again.

Live Advisor for B2Bs in the Building Material Sector
We are assessing new functionalities to bring retail attention to our website. Within the scope of this vision we found a product in Emplifi's portfolio that could help us on moving in the right direction. At the moment is on hold because it is not a priority in our strategic roadmap, but could be an opportunity in the near future.

Emplifi - love their UGC component to drive strong engagement and connection with customers.
We have used Sprinklr to source UGC content as well, but found the platform to be much more time intensive when searching for the desired images. Additionally, Emplifi's UGC tool has incremental tools the other platforms do not provide, including the ability to share images on digital screens within the property and put carousels on our websites.

User friendly and helpful tool for multiple social platforms
Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud has better social media management features vs. the competitor. It helps us with multible brands/geography with all other campaigns we have. Our CS and Marketing teams are able to utilize this platform better.

E-Commerce Dream: Combining the Best of Graphic and Social Media Features for Seamless Purchase Opportunities.
Pixlee is unique in the ease of use it offers for product/purchase integration. I've used other similar graphic and social media tools, but not one like Pixlee, that combines features from both. With the great UX, shallow learning curve, and other perks of Pixlee, I recommend looking into it if you're a brand with a social media presence.
