- Occasionally heap reports will not match the data in our database, which lowers my overall confidence in Heap.
- I'm not 100% certain what is triggering certain events due to event visualizer difficulties.
It allows us to make confident product decisions based on data, and we can get this data very quickly with Heap.
Without heap, I think we would be a lot slower to make decisions as we would nee to wait on engineering or a data analyst to report on the data we need.

- Unique user ID can provide you a single point of contact to fetch complete customer journey despite of which product he's using
- Flexible and allows you to create a wide variety of queries
- UI of the dashboard is very intuitive and customizable
- Mobile access could be better. Sometime's you don't need complete analysis but it could be handy if you can access using mobile and get only important informations like dashboards and live status of running queries
- Getting a start differs from most of other similar products. This could be a good thing, but non-tech people who manages product may feel little discomfort in the beginning
- There should be multiple boilersplates to start with instead of configure at each step
- There should be easy way to segment user based upon some parameters instead of creating environment. Each product have different kind of audience so there should be a wasy to differentiate between them
- Tracking quantity of users at certain points of drop-off for signup forms.
- Quantifying how many users have activated using our product.
- Figuring out how successful our referral program is.
- Reports can be limited to the extent to which you've integrated different parts of your product cues.
- Some menus are not super intuitive to navigate/can take some time getting used to.
- User-level data is more easily parsable vs. something you have to sift through one by one.
