We manage multiple brands across our portfolio. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud helps as manage content on scale by helping us track and measure our organic and paid efforts across many platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc. It also helps us establish better relationships with our audience by helping us take care of comments across all of our channels.

We use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud mainly for scheduling social posts and monitoring our results by making reports of our social posts. Besides that, we also use it for community listening, later on also for user-generated content and social listening. In a spread out social landscape, it is very convenient to have a tool that collects all the data of the social channels in dashboards, in a similar way and very visual. There is a lot of insight and overview in this way.
  • Publishing: very easy to copy posts for multiple accounts
  • Reporting: making dashboards with the widget, everything is very clear and well structured, a lot of filters are a plus
  • I love the tags, they make everything so easy: the calendar filters, filtering on content in reports...
  • The visibility option for only 1 specific team, so that we are not cluttered with posts/content/labels that are not from our team or market.
  • I really miss the integration of Paid Instagram numbers in the dashboards, the same way it is done for Facebook
  • I would like a filter on post type to filter out the stories in the calendar (when i don't want to see the stories in my calendar)
Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is a very broad tool, where so many social tools are included, so you don't need extra platforms (not really) to do things. And they keep developing so they are innovative and up to date. They are also very good in working with bigger businesses but still keeping them separate where needed, but also comparative where needed. It would be great if boosting could be included in the platform too.

We are using it mostly for Social media purposes. Things like social listening, reporting, and KPI measurements on LinkedIn, Twitter, Insta, TikTok, and Facebook. (We are checking our post engagement rates, reach, impression rates, etc.) on a daily/weekly/ monthly basis according to internal pillars (AI, SEO, eComm, Dev content, etc.)

  • We're labeling posts manually; I'd hope the platform had this machine learning to suggest those relevant levels to posts with time. For now, we are adding them manually every time.

We use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud for a wide variety of tasks connected to social media management, ranging from social customer service and case handling, community management, social listening, paid and organic campaign analysis, link in bio functionality, competitive benchmarking, influencer research, post scheduling, reporting, among other uses. The tool provides a great all-in-one solution to help manage social media - previously, this was very fragmented for us, and a number of different tools were being used.

I believe Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud provides a solution that would be ideal for most social media marketing teams. It is easy-to-use with an attractive and pleasant user interface, and strikes a nice balance between being simple while still offering advanced functionality where required. Some competing products seem to needlessly complicate some aspects of the user interface and experience, but Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud feels just right for me in this sense.

Emplifi helps us to create awesome report on social media! I've also used other tools during the last few years and Emplifi looks like one of the best solutions I've ever used: easy to use, fancy dashboards, and reactive support when you have any problems! Hope they will continue to improve the tool and provide us with the best social media analytic tool!

I currently work with Emplifi to Social Media Management and Measurement, so scheduling and publishing, managing the incoming conversations with all the company social media profile, analysis, reports also help with relevant data to planning our strategy. There was a time where our subscription stopped working for a day. Experiencing a disruption in Emplifi was challenging, especially as we heavily relies on the platform for critical tasks like posting social media content and communicating with customers. With Emplifi not functioning for a day, we were unable to schedule and publish social media content as planned. This resulted in missed opportunities to promote retailers and brands and engage with our audience. The delay also caused in not being able to deliver timely and relevant content from our channels.

I really like the AI composer. If you have to come up every day with social media copies it can get quite repetitive or you'll lose some creativity. The AI composer helped me a lot to get new inspiration for texts.

We use Emplifi to manage social media accounts for IKEA. We can quickly check all the comments, and feedbacks we receive from our customers and are quickly able to resolve any issue, queries or even generally gauge their opinions on some of our products. It's very nifty in being able to do that for us so that we can see how to move on in the future.

Fantastic tool to start your social media listening; easy to build out dashboards to monitor and summarize performance vs competition, across various platforms and regions. We have found it to be optimal tool to measure various performance metrics by channel and all together. Also cost effective compared to other tools out there. Publishing is easy to use as well. Listening capabilities perhaps has to improve compared to others in the space.

The Socialbakers tool is a great help in making sure that our campaigns have optimal performance since it gives us access to invaluable insights such as the best time to post, best time to do boosting, etc.

Socialbakers is new to the University of Waterloo only starting back in December 2019. We are currently trying to roll it out to all departments. Most have begun to use it, but there are still some departments that are being trained and transitioned into it.
  • Ease of scheduling. Everything is very intuitive and icon based.
  • Analytics easy to read and use. Easy to export and use in reports.
  • In the publishing calendar. It seems like I have to change my filters every time I login. Would be nice if it could save our settings from session to session.
  • Dark posts parameters are set. Not having to be able to customize further has turned us away from using that feature in Socialbakers.
I feel in any business, having Socialbakers to help save time managing all your social media handles will improve productivity. The in-depth analytics will help any business target the audience they wanted, maximizing the interactions you get on your posts.

Socialbakers Suite is being used by our Social Marketing team for analysis purposes. We had trouble with getting a good and automatic overview of our social media efforts. We went with weekly/monthly reports that combined data from our social media(Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram and our own content marketing blog) sources. The report was compiled by hand and it took about 2 hours for each weekly report. We tried to automate the process by getting the data straight from social media platform APIs but that didn't work out because they are with quite limited use.

Socialbakers enabled us to combine data from Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram (we chose not to monitor Twitter) and display it on dashboards which were easy to use for our social marketing team.

  • Dashboard widgets are not flexible - you cannot create a custom widget.
  • Some basic functionality is behind a (huge)paywall - for example, API connection to get the data from Socialbakers to your own data storage.
  • Their pricing is rigid. Same pricing for big markets (Western Europe) and small markets (Eastern Europe). Even though the budgets and markets are way different.
  • Got a vibe of arrogance from customer support when asking for custom widgets and custom plan for extra modules. I'm not going to pay 2000€ a month for target group insights when my potential customer base is ~1 million people.
Socialbakers Suite enables users to get a quick overview of how your social media platforms are performing. The user interface is quite comfortable and clear. Analytics enables users to drill down into data to get useful insights.
We don't use the publishing tool, but that's only because we have other worked out processes already implemented - but I've been told by our social media managers that the tool seems good for managing content creators and publishing post across platforms. It also has a convenient calendar function - but we prefer Facebook own variant.
If you want to get some more insightful(custom) data on your dashboards then you can dream on. As far as I can tell Socialbakers is not interested in developing those options.

Socialbakers Analytics is heavily utilized by strategists across agency disciplines. This includes integrated planning, social, research, analytics, PR and new business personnel. Socialbakers is helpful in providing a mix of basic reporting, owned and competitive content analysis with specific post and brand labeling, and paid optimization insights. Their analytics suite is essential when providing clients with a sense of their place within the social competitive landscape.
  • Post Performance Prediction helps you lower your CPC as well as increase the amount of engagements you receive on your Instagram posts.

We're using Socialbakers to analyze owned social media performance for our channels, as well as our competitive set. We decided to use Socialbakers instead of native tools or our CMS analytics because it allows us to look at our own performance as well as competitors' performance on the same levels.

This tool has helped me diagnose, and even catch, some things that we were not expecting to see. Once, I determined that a product feed API was down and not generating pins for us on Pinterest because I saw that our content count had flatlines for longer than normal.

I have use several features in Analytics to help me sort and analyze content on the fly, like post tagging and account tagging and analysis is straightforward and user-friendly; you can easily look at performance in whichever way you prefer, in the visual UI, Excel, Dashboard. I also find the output from Socialbakers to be fairly reliable and accurate; I have compared outputs from native and other analytics platforms and the numbers are usually within a reasonable margin.

The predictive analytics on Facebook and Instagram are interesting and can help us understand how to make better creative decisions. They are always taking my feedback on board and always working towards integrating newly available platform data and metrics, though sometimes they are a bit late to the game with new metrics.

  • Not easy to synch post tagging from CMS.
  • Sometimes difficult to make comparisons with previous time periods (not that this is always the best idea, but we like to look at what we did previously).
  • Benchmarks feature is a bit weak.
It delivers what it promises - to deliver consistently and regularly. The entire platform is quite easy to use and they are improving it all of the time.
