We use PandaDoc to draft and submit Business Proposals as well as send clients our terms and conditions prior to them signing up with us as customers. The reminder system and templatization greatly speeds up the drafting and sending of these documents, and the collection of the digital signatures ensures we are compliant legally. This helps us send proposals much faster and easily keep track of the progress and viewing of the documents by our potential clients.
  • Templatization of different documents
  • Reminder system to remind clients to view and sign documents
  • Easily save different pages as templates to add or remove them from future documents
  • Easily collect signatures from clients and view the progress of all documents in one dashboard.
  • The design of the documents is a bit limiting when compared to something like word or Google Docs.
  • It's not immediately clear on how to add custom images
  • The learning curve to design documents is steep at first but becomes easy after a couple designs.
PandaDoc is well suited for companies that send proposals and terms and conditions to customers for collection of digital signatures. It really helps that you can templatize your documents and have collaborators help you finish the document for you. The dashboard is also a game changer as it gives you one place to view all your active documents and the status of them. You can even use this to collect payments as it integrates with software like QBO.

It makes sending enrollment agreement super easy, especially since it works with HubSpot. Most of the time I don’t have to enter in numbers myself, so it makes for a much quicker turn around. I also love being able to change the expiration date since everyone has different enrollment deadlines! This way, they’ll know when things need to be completed.
  • Filling in information for HubSpot
  • Ease of use for those who are technologically challenged
  • Ability to create several templates for all different instances
  • Once a document expires, I wish it was a little easier to renew it.
  • Recently, delivery has been failing, even though email address is correct, so I have to go in and generate a link to send them. Hopefully this is fixed soon!
The functionality is endless and could be used for mirage of things. Since you can create your own templates, it opens a world of possibility. You could use it to create waivers, enrollment contracts, freelance contracts, leases, etc

We use PandaDoc for all of our client contracts including the contract and payment integration with Stripe. It allows us to seamlessly interact with clients and eliminates all paper. For the most part we use it on desktop but have used the app to monitor signature and payment status as well as generate simple contracts.
  • Contract Management
  • Template Language
  • Payment Integration API
  • User Interface
  • Competitive Pricing
  • N/A
I'd recommend PandaDoc to any small business that executes contracts. It's very straight forward to use, allows you to duplicate contract language for similar clients. and the dashboard has just about everything a business owner and/or executive would like to see. I cannot think of a better document management system.

It’s fantastic esign software for signing documents.its very fast reliable and it’s with certificate because sometime without certificate some authentication is not allowed so it’s very good.
  • Signing documents
  • Confirmation of wanted documents
  • Confirmation of completed documents
  • User friendly
  • Cost effective or no costs involved
  • Some of the features are not there which should be include e.g circle as appropriate in monthly, biweekly or weekly
  • If we use check boxes more than one than it will not finish the document if only one check box clicked.so optional check boxes are not working.
Very nice in user friendly and fastest possible plus confirmation of each document has been viewed and completed.

other ways more than one check box should be available and if only one check box clicked (as required) than it should allow finish the document.

I use Pandadoc to prepare NDAs, Professional Services Agreements, Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work (SOW). I have used it as well to invoice with and receive payments from clients. It helps me with templates, and as well, it is integrated with Hubspot, my marketing and sales platform, which means I can generate most documents directly from a contact record and it will fill in all the fields I have predefined using tokens.
  • Integrates with Hubspot
  • Stores reusable items in a content library
  • Accepts payments (greatly reducing payment friction)
  • Provides many useful templates.
  • The table builder could be a little more robust.
  • It can be difficult to figure out which token to use so it can grab the info from Hubspot
  • It could offer better integration with meeting tools so you can go over proposals with clients.
It is ideal for going from phone call (or even while on a phone call) to sending an NDA or SOW out to a client. I have done this often, and have found the faster I get them out, the higher the likelihood of getting a signature. While it is more than capable for many proposals, for very complex proposals, numbering in the 100s of pages (not uncommon for complex ERP proposals), it is not the right tool. If you incorporate Powerpoint Slides in your proposals, it is not great for that either.

Use it to complete agreemetents with new clients, or to change the terms of our service.
  • Pulling information from hubspot
  • auto fillig accurately
  • quick edits and approvals
  • easy for end use to, complete and .
  • variables can be a little wonky to use
  • not always clear how to make edits
  • doc recovery is hit and miss
Well suited for smaller orgs with simple contracts. Not sure how it works with other docs.

Our company relies heavily on efficient, secure, and user-friendly solutions for sending documents to our clients for signatures, and PandaDoc has consistently exceeded our expectations. What stands out most is the ease of use. The interface is intuitive, making it straightforward to prepare documents for sending and signing. This user-friendly aspect is not just limited to us as senders; our clients frequently commend how simple and hassle-free the signing process is on their end.
  • Easy to customization to each customer
  • Ability to combine one or two documents in a go
  • Documents are safe to deliver to the clients
  • Integration capabilities
  • Mobile App functionality
  • Pricing flexibility
PandaDoc is highly effective for streamlining document workflows that involve signatures in contract and agreement, sales processes, HR documentation, real estate transactions, financial services documentation and many more. However, for complex legal documentation, real-time collaborative editing, and scenarios requiring extensive offline access or sophisticated text editing, other specialized tools might be more appropriate.

I use PandaDoc for my entire sales process starting with NDA's, then proposals, then contracts. It enables me to execute assignment selling that keeps my customers active in the process, while providing them with an easy experience and high quality documents to consider at the various levels of execution.
  • Embed dynamic content like videos, images, tables, etc. into proposal documents
  • Drag and drop signature and field organization
  • Templating for future use
  • Reporting on page views for insights - it's there but could be more robust.
PandaDoc doesn't overcomplicate things when it comes to building documents - but also creating signing orders. It's so easy to choose the order documents get signed, that there's zero additional coaching required once a document is out there for circulation. Additionally, the tools for dynamic document creation are amazing. One of the best things I do is embed existing video content into proposals so that I can provide the content without making a document unnecessarily long via text, while at the same time my customers don't have to link off the page to watch the video. It's a huge element of my proposals.

With online clients, I can't have them sign new agreements in person.

Panda doc makes it easier to sign on new clients abroad quickly with minimal hassle, without having to send an agreement via mail.

It's also great because you get notified if someone has viewed the document and of course signed the document

  • Sign new contracts for new clients
  • Renew contract with current clients
  • send out proposed contract to potential clients
  • improve user interface
  • make it easier to to upload pdf documents
  • make it easier to copy and reuse old ontracts
Panda sign is well suited to signing new clients abroad, sending them documents that can be digitally signed is really useful, it makes the onboarding process for me way more streamlined and hassle-free.

it is less appropriate for in-person clients as I can have them sign their contracts in person during their first personal training session with me.

- E-signature tool - Beautiful proposals - Complex quotes - Workflow automation - API for integrations - Salesforce integration - Central repository for documents - Bulk sends (mail merge) - Document analytics - view if proposals were seen by the recipient & tracking of stages for documents - Forms to collect data and export to CSV - Canva design integration - Presentation mode - (like Powerpoint).
  • Complex quoting.
  • API integration for cross platform communication and automation.
  • Easy signing experience.
  • Easy user interface.
  • Excellent engagement and willing to partner with clients.
  • Fantastic training resources (1:1 sessions, webinars, micro-videos, on-demand, articles).
  • Beautiful proposal designs.
  • Integrations - HR, CRM, Payments, CRMs. (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Greenhouse, Lever, etc).
  • Online Notary.
  • Online Fax.
If you run a business, then you must use PandaDoc. You can use it for HR, IT, Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, etc. Excellent for complex proposals with a beautiful design. Document analytics helped me track the status (sent, viewed, and completed). If a document wasn't viewed, I'd follow up to help close the deal quicker. The integrations allowed for a seamless experience. I can create and send a document from the CRM and when it's signed, it saves the opportunity. There are triggers to change the status to complete and automation to save the document to a folder for accounting to process and operations to proceed with deliverables. It helped with cross-departmental communication and allowed for more team productivity.

Overall i think Panda Docs is excellent for document collection and onboarding. The process from start to finish is so easy that anyone could pick it up. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a business that wants to be fast and efficient with everything they do. Panda Docs have saved us so much time and money in our few years we have been using them.
  • Efficient
  • Easy to Use
  • Reliable
  • Remembering clients details
  • Easier to amend details
  • To send docs out pre stacked
I use Panda Docs daily and it is so efficient and useful. Its saves us sending loads of documents via post and then waiting for them to be returned. I would say we send around 100+ Panda Docs and it makes like so easy for our clients. I would highly recommended using Panda Docs.

Before PandaDoc, we utilized conventional products like DocuSign. As we began to scale our sales team, having a product that wasn’t license or usage restrictive and still allowed on the fly modifications became much more important. Now instead of static contracting, we are able to incorporate, modify and provide incentives and overcome objections, all part of the sales process. This has led to fewer misunderstandings regarding “we owe”, faster turnaround on agreements, more sales, and sped up vendor onboarding with large auto groups.
  • Complete or modified access to the platform which reduces contract errors.
  • Incentivize accuracy and empowers team members to help during spikes.
  • Overcome obstacles by valid modification of contract.
  • Reduces number of stalled or failed deals and increases CSI
  • Provides accurate take of the tape for sales review post completion
  • Integration of a more robust offline functionality as maintenance, rolling restarts etc can prohibit usage until resolution.
  • More robust reporting options
  • Seem less integration going from desktop to mobile
This is really a wonderful product and the deployment team and support have all been supercalifragilisticexpialidoscious! While PandaDoc can function locked down, it thrives and drives sales when there is room for originality. The only issue I’ve experienced has been related to the modification of the actual price in the agreement. It is easy to update signers and agreement-specific items but money..no I have to start over…but even that is only a 2-minute process. And twice the tool locked up for an afternoon..offline access to our forms may resolve that from repeating.

I use PandaDoc to send contracts to my clients. Using PandaDoc makes it very easy for my clients to sign up online. Many clients do not have scanners and printers and do not have the ability to print out, scan and email back contract documents to me. This makes it very simple for my clients to be able to sign online. It is very efficient and allows me to be more productive, make more sales and earn more money.
  • Signatures.
  • Date of contract.
  • Able to fill in credit card information.
  • Able to include descriptions of the products being sold.
  • when filling in credit card information, the cc must match the the person's name, this is a problem when the wife signs the contract but uses her husband cc. there should be flexibility here.
  • "TEXT" box needs explanation, clients don't know what this means.
  • click boxes don't allow me to put in any explanations
It is Well suited for getting signed documents fast It is not well suited for those without computer knowledge/savvy.

Due to the covid 19 pandemic, we stopped seeing our clients in person. To continue serving them while remaining contactless, we began using PandaDoc to receive electronic signatures.
  • Selection of fields. Ex. Text, signature, date, checkbox, etc.
  • Allows users to send reminders.
  • Notifications letting users know when a signer has viewed and completed the document.
  • Maintaining a history of previous recipients' emails and names when I'm ready to documents.
  • I am completely satisfied with PandaDoc.
PandaDoc is well suited when you are unable to meet with an individual to receive a signature.

We use it to quickly and efficiently build quotes for customers. The business problem the product addresses is having to drag and drop every single customer's contact information/contract number information from Salesforce onto PandaDocs. It does all of that for us within 10 seconds. Sometimes less. Never instantaneously, but more than quickly enough to make it well worth it. We live in a world of instant gratification, so when someone clicks a button these days they expect an immediate result. The scope is massive. We don't quote customers on anything else. And we have a ton of renewals. Thousands a year. Saves a ton of time and I have yet for it to make an error.
  • Consolidates Salesforce data
  • Quickly generates links to send to customers
  • Recognizable name so new customers don't freak out thinking it's some sort of scam
  • Random, but I'm a huge fan of the color scheme
  • I like the name and logo a lot lol
  • Its ability to download in other formats than PDF is helpful. Lotta ppl in my industry, AEC, prefer software like Bluebeam and this works with that
  • Could be a bit quicker, overall. Generating docs and links. A very miniscule request because it's virtually perfect. Remember what I said first, I'm a product of this instant gratification society
  • I log into PandaDocs every single day I'm at work. No exceptions. Only days I don't log on are Saturday and Sunday. Occasionally it'll make me retype password info and be like "just verifying it's you"
  • Ya'll ask me to review it a lot. I like ya'll so I am. But I bet others get annoyed? idk
10/10. It is perfectly suited for a company that has renewals managers that manage renewals (aptly named, eh?) all year long. It really is just so ridiculously cohesive that it'll make your head shrink. Really, any document that is going to be generated an insane amount of time, but just with different contact info/pricing, this is the software for you.

Less appropriate? I'm not really sure. One could say "it's not appropriate at a funeral" because it's not. But I don't see any circumstance where it's not acceptable/well-suited for the business world. Only place that would unequivocally NOT have it is DocuSign-esque competitors.

We needed to decrease the amount of time it takes to create proposals, turn them into contracts, and get deals signed. Pandadoc allows me to create a library of a) content, and b) branded design elements that perfectly match our corporate brand style guide, even including custom fonts. We are able to quickly put together proposals for complex SaaS solutions that are tailored for specific prospects, but pulling from our libraries and end up perfectly branded. In our case, we append plain English agreements to the proposals, matching the brand, allowing us to seamlessly move from proposal to contract. Managing signers and getting digital signatures is easy with Pandadoc. The amount of time it takes us to send a new agreement is down from hours to minutes; we are sending and closing deals so much faster with Pandadoc.
  • Create library of branded elements and templates to use in documents.
  • Manage signers and signatures.
  • Match corporate style guides, including custom fonts and colors.
  • Interweave variables in templates and documents to speed up sending new docs.
  • Layouts for multi-column design are based on tables and feel a little constrained.
  • Pricing better suited for small, boutique teams would be nice. It's just a little pricey. Worth it though.
Pandadoc is really excellent for creating branded, reusable templates. The investment of designing and configuring documents is well worth it in this case.

It's not as great for simple word processing. Use Google Docs or Microsoft Word for that.

We also found it too constraining for very detailed, complex design brochures. Use graphics design software for that.

When you need a well branded, moderately design, but highly templated document to reuse, Pandadoc is a gem.

We use Pandadoc to obtain digital signatures from our clients on legal documents. The system has been excellent so far and has been used widely firm wide on a variety of use cases and legal documents. We never had any issue with the system and it is an efficient platform for us to sign clients remotely the documents that are required to complete their legal matter. We give it a full rating as it is easy to use and easy for our clients to use. It stays out of the way and we can see signatures go in live when we sign together with our clients over webcam. Its a great system.
  • Signing clients digitally together
  • compliance with digital signature requirements
  • Ease of use and implementation
  • sometimes the system glitches when signing on the phone or ipad
  • auto placing signature spots and fill spots is finicky and we dont use it much
Pandadoc has been well suited in our workflow as we can sign clients efficiently with the same. It is well suited to sign multiple documents and the ease of use makes clients feel comfortable with using it to sign documents with us. It is not as well known as other signing platforms so it does take some explanation to the client on what the system is but ocne they get on it, its smooth sailing.

We used PandaDoc to send out quotes to potential clients as well as the onboarding process. Clients need to submit information to us in a specific format, which this software allows us to do and validate. Finally, it has clear indication of which parties filled out which information. We use it daily.
  • Quick document creation
  • Friendly user interface
  • Excellent customer support
  • Mobile app could use some work
  • Quoting system does not fit my industry
  • Website is sometimes slow
PandaDoc is excellent for onboarding and document collection. It is easy to create templates for even the most inexperienced users (I was able to get the hang of PandaDoc in less than a week). Even though I use PandaDoc to send out custom PDF quotes, the quote builder from the system is not good for creating quotes that have items with different frequencies. It still needs a lot of work.

We use PandaDoc to send engagement letters to clients for review and signature. We also use it for internal documents that need signing remotely. We needed a solution that was better than printing, wet signing, scanning and then sending back documents. It also negates the need to have all parties present in one location.
  • Remote contract signature
  • Tracking of document views or interactions
  • Live notification of actions on documents
  • Name, I don't find PandaDoc a particularly corporate name so speaking to clients they generally give you a funny look if they've never heard of it.
  • Amending of existing documents can be a little complicated, it needs more versatility to change one small detail rather than re-start the whole document.
Great when you want to get started on a client's work, the speed you can get a contract signed or an NDA in place is fantastic.
Sometimes you get a client who is less 'tech savvy' that wants to download and print the document, then wet sign and send it back.

We use Pandadoc for quoting and invoicing. It integrates well with our Hubspot software so it pulls across all contact and business data and puts it straight on the quote. This saves a lot of time compared to our old process where we had to prepare each quote from scratch.

  • Invoices
  • Hubspot integration

  • Tables
  • Calculating totals
It is very well suited if you use it in the way we have; quoting and invoicing. It is also really well suited if you use hubspot because of the strong integration. It is probably less suited if you don't have the integration and have to manually edit sections of the document.
