Reviews
(1-25 of 180)PandaDoc is a Game Changer!
- Templatization of different documents
- Reminder system to remind clients to view and sign documents
- Easily save different pages as templates to add or remove them from future documents
- Easily collect signatures from clients and view the progress of all documents in one dashboard.
- The design of the documents is a bit limiting when compared to something like word or Google Docs.
- It's not immediately clear on how to add custom images
- The learning curve to design documents is steep at first but becomes easy after a couple designs.
The Ease of PandaDoc
- Filling in information for HubSpot
- Ease of use for those who are technologically challenged
- Ability to create several templates for all different instances
- Once a document expires, I wish it was a little easier to renew it.
- Recently, delivery has been failing, even though email address is correct, so I have to go in and generate a link to send them. Hopefully this is fixed soon!
PandaDoc is all you need for effective contract management
- Contract Management
- Template Language

- N/A
PandaDoc is best for esign
- Signing documents
- Confirmation of wanted documents
- Confirmation of completed documents
- User friendly
- Cost effective or no costs involved
- Some of the features are not there which should be include e.g circle as appropriate in monthly, biweekly or weekly
- If we use check boxes more than one than it will not finish the document if only one check box clicked.so optional check boxes are not working.
other ways more than one check box should be available and if only one check box clicked (as required) than it should allow finish the document.

- Reporting on page views for insights - it's there but could be more robust.
Panda Doc is great
Panda doc makes it easier to sign on new clients abroad quickly with minimal hassle, without having to send an agreement via mail.
It's also great because you get notified if someone has viewed the document and of course signed the document
- Sign new contracts for new clients
- Renew contract with current clients
- send out proposed contract to potential clients
- improve user interface
- make it easier to to upload pdf documents
- make it easier to copy and reuse old ontracts
it is less appropriate for in-person clients as I can have them sign their contracts in person during their first personal training session with me.

Easy and inexpensive to use...
- Ease of use on client end!
- Seamlessly incorporating payments.
- The site has become 'glitchy' lately; cannot properly edit or add email addresses easily
Panda Revolution
- Complete or modified access to the platform which reduces contract errors.
- Incentivize accuracy and empowers team members to help during spikes.
- Overcome obstacles by valid modification of contract.
- Reduces number of stalled or failed deals and increases CSI
- Provides accurate take of the tape for sales review post completion
- Integration of a more robust offline functionality as maintenance, rolling restarts etc can prohibit usage until resolution.
- More robust reporting options
- Seem less integration going from desktop to mobile
Very Satisfied Long-Time Customer
- very user friendly
- easy to add and remove contributors
- great for stylistic uniformity in documents
- even after most recent major update, occasionally have trouble finding correct line breaks between pages in longer documents
Use Panda to double your business.
- Signatures.
- Date of contract.
- Able to fill in credit card information.
- Able to include descriptions of the products being sold.
- when filling in credit card information, the cc must match the the person's name, this is a problem when the wife signs the contract but uses her husband cc. there should be flexibility here.
- "TEXT" box needs explanation, clients don't know what this means.
- click boxes don't allow me to put in any explanations
Satisfied.
- Selection of fields. Ex. Text, signature, date, checkbox, etc.
- Allows users to send reminders.
- Notifications letting users know when a signer has viewed and completed the document.
- Maintaining a history of previous recipients' emails and names when I'm ready to documents.
- I am completely satisfied with PandaDoc.
Ease of use
- Agreements
- Ease of use
- Visually appealing software.
- Safe to use
- Incorporate a charging sytem to it
- Incorporate a review system to it
- Enable deal rooms made up of different members of the sales team, sales management, legal, etc.
- Center align the text within pdf file
My Favourite Digital Signature Tool
- Contract Signature
- Legally Valid
- Notifcation and followups
- The AI that automatically assigns the fields is a cool feature, but not yet perfect.
Serious Review but Written Casually
- Consolidates Salesforce data
- Quickly generates links to send to customers
- Recognizable name so new customers don't freak out thinking it's some sort of scam
- Random, but I'm a huge fan of the color scheme
- I like the name and logo a lot lol
- Its ability to download in other formats than PDF is helpful. Lotta ppl in my industry, AEC, prefer software like Bluebeam and this works with that
- Could be a bit quicker, overall. Generating docs and links. A very miniscule request because it's virtually perfect. Remember what I said first, I'm a product of this instant gratification society
- I log into PandaDocs every single day I'm at work. No exceptions. Only days I don't log on are Saturday and Sunday. Occasionally it'll make me retype password info and be like "just verifying it's you"
- Ya'll ask me to review it a lot. I like ya'll so I am. But I bet others get annoyed? idk
Less appropriate? I'm not really sure. One could say "it's not appropriate at a funeral" because it's not. But I don't see any circumstance where it's not acceptable/well-suited for the business world. Only place that would unequivocally NOT have it is DocuSign-esque competitors.
- Create library of branded elements and templates to use in documents.
- Manage signers and signatures.
- Match corporate style guides, including custom fonts and colors.
- Interweave variables in templates and documents to speed up sending new docs.
- Layouts for multi-column design are based on tables and feel a little constrained.
- Pricing better suited for small, boutique teams would be nice. It's just a little pricey. Worth it though.
It's not as great for simple word processing. Use Google Docs or Microsoft Word for that.
We also found it too constraining for very detailed, complex design brochures. Use graphics design software for that.
When you need a well branded, moderately design, but highly templated document to reuse, Pandadoc is a gem.
- Signing clients digitally together
- compliance with digital signature requirements
- Ease of use and implementation
- sometimes the system glitches when signing on the phone or ipad
- auto placing signature spots and fill spots is finicky and we dont use it much
PandaDoc as more than a sales tool!
- Quick document creation
- Friendly user interface
- Excellent customer support
- Mobile app could use some work
- Quoting system does not fit my industry
- Website is sometimes slow
Digital Signature for a Small Consultancy
- Remote contract signature
- Tracking of document views or interactions
- Live notification of actions on documents
- Name, I don't find PandaDoc a particularly corporate name so speaking to clients they generally give you a funny look if they've never heard of it.
- Amending of existing documents can be a little complicated, it needs more versatility to change one small detail rather than re-start the whole document.
Sometimes you get a client who is less 'tech savvy' that wants to download and print the document, then wet sign and send it back.
