Why Zoom is the future of business connecting
- Zoom made it possible to increase collaboration among teams and cross functions.
- It was hard to get technology laggards to hop on as they could not get past the "where is my webex login information".
- It absolutely added a great pofessional feel to our webinar training's. They become dramatically more professional and well run. Less "everyday" and pedestrian feeling like when you use webex or goto.

Why Zoom was the right video conferencing platform for our organization
- Definitely cost savings compared to other solutions we have tried in the past. It is all based in the cloud, so no infrastructure to support locally.
- Bringing groups of busy people together can be extremely difficult. This tool helps get those people "in a room" much more easily by removing many of the logistical challenges, as well as the technical ones.

Best of the 4 Solutions I've Tried
- Zoom has allowed us to have more stability/reliability during external collaboration with prospects, customers, and more.
- Zoom has given us the ability to record meetings that we lacked in our last tool (UberConference)... we've even utilized this functionality for internal trainings.
- Zoom has given us the ability to host our very own webinars with collaborating with a partner, a functionality we never had prior to using Zoom.

Zoom - Straight forward!
- Zoom enables remote teams to collaborate using multiple screens. Sure, there are other solutions out there that are free (Skype, Google Hangouts), but if you want to present and see those being presented to at the same time, you need to step up to a solution like Zoom.
- Our internal users were restless and selecting their own solution before Zoom was brought in. We are now down to a single video conferencing system for all users in the business.
- We find that we are buying more Zoom Rooms, and having to be careful about buying too many licenses for our user base. Meetings under 40 minutes are free, but we have to be a little creative to minimize our license count.
