Zoom for corporate training
- Overall easy and intuitive for a non-IT person to use
- Allows for easy screen sharing - especially for sharing video content
- Cost effective
- Some of my clients who use Cisco Webex have trouble understanding how to connect
- Some of my corporate clients do not permit employees to download Zoom on their desktops / laptops

Nice way of capturing Customer feedback and importance of survey
- Amazing connectivity never dropped out of any calls so far
- Very robust and flawless tool
- Great video conferencing tool and highly appreciated by all our organisation and recommended to lot of our clients
- The screen should be able to display the check-in details which is missing as of now and shows only on controller or scheduler
- The Zoom Rooms could have more MDM option to operate and use a single way to update all the zoom rooms devices to same version of Zoom
- More improvement on alerts and Zoom Room status displayed and able to control through the Zoom Room status dashboard to rectify the issues or set the status as solved

- With a company our size, hosting dual meetings is an essential feature for executives and their assistants, and right now it is a large burden we are having to support.

- Lots of choices for customization
- More available options compared to other products on the market
- Webinar has some limitations related to muting and unmuting attendees if the need arises
- UI is very simple and easy to understand. Beginner to Zoom can jump right in and start using it easily.
- Frequent updates available
- Video and sound qualities are always being improved.
- Webinar entry (Registration) form could include more functions.
- Participants management could be more detailed
- Japanese localization (Even it is already excellent.)
- Collaborate with more online payment service to provide seminar participants more payment methods for paying registration fee. (There is only PayPal available currently.)

- Great documentation. Detailed enough and addresses most use cases. Easy to find.
- Great metrics via the dashboard. Easy to monitor the quality of the VC's.

- The ability to host multiple concurrent meetings under the same host would really help EA's.

Happiness is real with Zoom
- Video quality.

- Weak Commercial Support in Spain.
- The User-find tool doesn't work good, missing filters.
- Desktop and mobile apps are simple enough to use without instruction but powerful enough to satiate power users.
- Zoom is quick to respond to bug reports and feature requests are handled transparently (and usually promptly).
- Outlook integration is a key feature for our org, and the plug-in reliably performs well, without dragging users into the weeds.
- Zoom Rooms matches the desktop experience in many ways, increasing comfort for the less tech-savvy.
- Screen sharing couldn't be simpler in Zoom Rooms.
- Screen sharing on a desktop does not work as smoothly as sharing in a Zoom Room. For example, when sharing from desktop, users must opt to share computer sound and optimize for video, at which point the still images are too blurry. hitting "share screen" in a Zoom Room does not present these same obstacles.
- Screen sharing frame times are all over the place, even with a wired connection. The video feed, however, is perfect. Why the discrepancy?
- Camera control in Zoom Rooms is jumpy for some camera models, where smooth panning was possible previously.
- The Whiteboard function on the touchscreen is different from the whiteboard you'll find in a meeting.

Great product , very easy to set up and use
- Zoom makes it easy to connect through the calendar by adding the make it a Zoom meeting option and it sends the participants the link to connect with.
- Whether on a laptop camera or a full DTen setup it is very clear and seldom has problems with the connection.
- in our Zoom Rooms, you can set up a meeting on the fly and use the code for the room to allow others to connect.
- Setting up accounts is simple and easy.
- Invitees don't need a full account to join a Zoom meeting.
- We have had issues that users are experiencing laptops rebooting after launching a Zoom meeting with a camera.

- When I used Zoom while conducting some administration tasks, it wasn't quick to switch back and forth between the one providing support and the user for the copy/paste function. When I spoke to the one providing support they said it happened all the time.

Zoom, The Speedier Solution to Web Conferencing
- Ability to change between different types of views, hiding yourself, etc. is really ideal depending on the type of meeting setting your in.
- Screensharing and annotations make it easier to get everyone following along to what you're talking about.
- Waiting room functionality is great for overlapping meetings - no more awkward interaction between your next meeting participants jumping in while you're finishing up with your current.
- Easy to switch between different mic/speaker inputs you have - clearly labeled within the platform.
- I wish the software notified you when people on your call are having connectivity problems. This might help mitigate the issue where participants ask others if they can hear them or not.
- Wish there was a very quick onboarding process for those using Zoom for the first time - I find folks are a little confused when I have meetings with those who have never used the platform before.
- For those with free Zoom accounts - I wish the counter was in view the entire time of the meeting, rather than just the last 5 minutes or so.

Zoom is great for virtual meetings and classes
- Video and audio transmission is fairly smooth and relatively free from interruptions.
- Zoom makes it easy to invite other users.
- Users can join via computer, a mobile device or by phone. It is very flexible.
- The ability to share the screen is tremendously helpful for presentations.
- Make it easier to install plug-ins.
- Reduce the number of ways to start a meeting. Having multiple options can be confusing.
- Provide better user guide for first-time users.

Zoom Creates Collaboration
- Provides opportunity for seamless contribution from more than 50 people in a meeting.
- Provides options for video or audio or a combination of both.
- Provides options for multiple presenters and sharing screens from different presenters during the same presentation.
- Using the multiple windows in Zoom is not as intuitive as I would like them to be. For example, I can never find the Chat button or how to mute the computer vs. the Zoom audio to eliminate feedback. I click around but it could be easier to find the tools for the presenters vs. tools for the participants.
- Exporting the chat conversation would be a great tool because many times there is valuable information provided in the chat if I could save it. I may be able to but may not know how to save it.
- Sometimes the presenter has trouble sending a Zoom link that functions properly. This may be operator-error but this process should be easy and clean for the user.
