        First of all, I did explain to my daughter's orthodontist how much BirdEye has helped us with the growth of our client base. The orthodontist did purchase it. Most importantly to us and our growth, our practice has been open for a little over 2 years and we have nearly 300 5-star reviews.

                      It is used in various departments including Sales Chat, Printer Chat, Camera Chat, Repair, and Social Media. It gives us another method to communicate with customers, other than just phones. Most of our customers prefer nonverbal communication and this allows us to give them that.
