Adobe Campaign is a perfect solution to manage all the parts in a project which relate with the interaction with potential customers and already clients. I used the platform a lot in the past year and the ease to use makes it perfect for a vast audience and needs. The fact that it gives you the possibility of so many tools integrated in one, well organised platform, it’s ideal.
  • Newsletter.
  • Distribution.
  • Mass marketing.
  • Simplification of workflows creation.
  • Remove some redundant functions.
  • Simplification of newsletter pages creation.
It would be perfect to organise a mass market campaign, but totally wrong for managing single interactions with the customers. Still, one of the good thing is the possibility to customise the platform to your needs, even if in the last versions became basically not possible (for what I know).

I am a coder on the Infrastructure team and we are integrating ACC for the first time and we find the support team to be very helpful. The Client Console has infinite functionality and with that comes a bit of a learning curve but there is training and documentation provided from Adobe that can assist with any questions you may have.
  • Online forums with answered questions for the community
  • Client relationships and assistance
  • Email tracking
  • Online documentation BEFORE license purchasing
  • Speed of response to forum questions
  • Clarity in the documentation: some phrases are used interchangeably.
If you need to track user behavior, which honestly everyone should want to do in order to deliver customized responses, campaigns, and feedback, this is the right tool for you.

Being a part of the marketing and sales department, it's a very hectic task to keep track of follow-up with my suspects and prospects. On a frequent basis I have to send customized mails, SMS and other promotional offers to various accounts. This has been simplified with the use of Adobe Campaign which is a very good tool for marketing to send emails and other promotional material to multiple users.
  • customized information to customer
  • Gathering of customer behaviour online
  • automation of email, social, offline marketing
  • UI can be more friendly by using dashboards
  • Price is very high
  • Support and updates
It is very well suited for entire lifecycle of customer starting from gaining customer behaviour to convert then into customer and after purchase communicating with them regarding future launches or any other promotional activities. It helps in providing a 360-degree view of the customer starting from the prospect phase to the customer phase. It helps in providing relevant information to customers rather than providing irrelevant ones.

We use Adobe Campaign across the Digital Marketing team, with Paid Search, Email Marketing, SEO, and Social Media. Campaign helps the teams to communicate effectively and coordinate aspects of campaigns like ad copy, emails, and keywords to focus on. Campaign also provides features that integrate with AEM personalization, which allows us to tailor the message for the specific customer we are targeting.
  • Integrates well with AEM and third party apps
  • Excels at personalization
  • Helps coordinate all aspects of a campaign
  • The UI can at times be difficult to navigate
  • There is a strong preference (obviously) for other Adobe products. Better integration with other tools
  • Not as many research-oriented opportunities
Adobe Campaign excels in coordinating integrated marketing campaigns that utilize 3 or more channels. It can be used for singular channel campaigns, but that's not where its full abilities lie. In addition, organizations that use campaign would benefit from using other Adobe products, as it integrates best with them.

Adobe Campaign is one of the most stable and cost-effective services when working with online marketing oriented operations, so that sending newsletters to your company's subscribers takes much less time than it would take regularly, with highly scalable segmentation tools, and with many campaign design tools.
  • If we already have a list of subscribers to whom we want to send private newsletters about certain updates in our products and services, it is very easy to import them into the platform through text document formats, or directly from cloud platforms that have allowed us to save their information
  • It integrates very well with platforms oriented to the development of help desk operations, as in the case of Zendesk, where we store all the information of the customers that communicate with us to improve their user experience through technical assistance, and to have a better feedback with them.
  • Adobe Campaign allows us to create our own forms that can be added to the company's page, so that depending on the type of potential customer that is accessing them, we can show personalized information that is of interest to them as customers, and thus ensure more business.
  • Adobe Campaign does not have a high enough sales intelligence to let us know which landing page format would be the most optimal for the proper development of our mass marketing operations, which in the long run would also help with customer collection.
  • Does not directly track the number of people who enter our website, beyond sending them automated messages depending on whether they entered a certain section of the site. This problem is important, because it does not allow us to get complete tracking results in that area.
  • The platform does not do social media marketing extensively enough to let us create dynamic evaluations on the results of interactions that are obtained within social networks, which creates a huge margin of error in our analytical results messages, and so we have stopped applying social marketing.
Working with CMS tools would be of great benefit, due to the enormous facilities that are achieved with adobe campaign after its integrations with services such as WordPress, which allows us to expand our website in a way that better retains customer contact information, from any section of the site. If you are going to work with entirely personalized campaigns Adobe Campaign offers many different modalities, which is excellent depending on the type of customer or target we are trying to reach, and thus ensure better results for the development of our marketing. Depending on whether it is a website with constant activity or not, the marketing operations we execute are varied, so we can work on the basis of different marketing goals based on our current traffic level, so that the targeting functions are more accurate.

Adobe Campaign is used by the 4 business units of the Global enterprise I worked for. It is the official marketing automation tool across the business used to send out email and SMS communications to its prospects, customers and stakeholders. It is also used as the platform backend for online website forms. The business problem it solves is that when it was rolled-out, the company's direction was to unify the 4 business units into a single marketing automation platform. The goal was to have a unified view of the prospect or customer so it will be easy for us to acquire net new business leads, and convert those leads into a closed/won sale. For existing customers, the goal was more efficient cross-sell and upsell.
  • Big transactional data (eCommerce Transactions)
  • Data segmentation and aggregation
  • Third-party data enrichment
  • B2B enterprise nurture marketing with long sales cycles (6 months - 18 months)
  • Artificial intellgence
  • User Interface
Adobe Campaign is well suited for:
1.) Sending email marketing communications to big email lists (over a million records).
2.) Businesses with short sales cycle - 3 months or less. Businesses that are fast moving and transactional in nature. Examples of companies which may benefit from this platform are financial services, consumer businesses; pure eCommerce websites with direct online sales of fast moving goods and repeat buys.
3.) If you would like to activate email, SMS, direct mail campaign as well as social media like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn in one marketing automation platform.
4.) If you have a specialist Adobe Campaign developer/technical resource as an average/ non-technical marketing manager, [they] may struggle to maximise all its features as some programming is needed for data related activities; setting up API connections and building of templatised automated workflow journeys.

Less appropriate:
1.) Longer B2B sales cycle - if it takes more than 6-18 months for a lead to convert into a sale as its lead nurture capabilities where you build content tracks and streams are harder to setup
2.) If you'd like to track your prospect or customer behaviour through cookies on your website. It's not straightforward to setup.
3.) If you like to keep changing your email templates (as the AC email is sometimes not easily rendered on Microsoft Outlook and other email platforms)

Adobe Campaign (ACS) is used by the "digital marketing group" to handle multiple clients to use as a marketing automation tool to handle multiple scenarios/ Use cases.
It help[s] teams to leverage customer to run transactional email and use multiple communication channels like email, SMS, etc. It also helps to run welcome email campaigns for multiple brands and to run promotional campaign[s] [...] occasionally.
  • HTML Support - Use of AEM
  • Automation - for Transactional Emails
  • Ease Integration with other adobe tools - Analytics
  • Less activities availability compare to ACC like JS activity is not available
  • HTML to text feature is not available
As a[n] Adobe tool, it is easy to integrate with other Adobe tools like AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target compare to other tools. Also, it is an effective marketing tool to manage campaigns for multiple markets for multiple brands at a time very easily and effectively.
Could be less appropriate for [the] small organization as the onboarding of [the] Adobe Campaign tool is [quite] expensive.

It is an application that is perfect to have a marketing [tool], [that] [controls] and [manages] advertising campaigns to generate redirects in our favor. It has helped us to make important decisions before any new market scenario or opportunity. It is a little difficult to use completely at the beginning, but it is very effective in its functions.
  • What we like most about this application is that it provides us with the creation of ads to generate presence and impact on different channels at minimum cost.
  • It has a section where [it] [helps] us determine our preferences in terms of marketing by private messaging and offer a report of actions.
  • It also provides analysis with percentages to determine how many customers actually received our e-mail advertising.
  • We have had problems with the usability of their platform. When we communicate with the integrated technical support via e-mail, it takes hours to respond.
  • On the other hand, the application does not allow us to multitask, your platform becomes very slow.
  • Also, it is a bit complicated to adapt to using the application completely.
We recommend Adobe Campaign as it is suitable for advertising and marketing our product, or service to get more demand and customers. It is an excellent alternative to analyze those customers and perform actions that make them feel that we are perfect to fulfill their needs.

Used by one department, Adobe Campaign helps in carrying out email campaigns and other similar operations. Adobe Campaign helps us keep our marketing campaigns going without having to do a lot of manual labor, saving hours, which allows employees to be more productive. It is a little complicated but it definitely leaves other mail merge or campaign platforms behind.
  • HTML support
  • Mail campaigns
  • Automation of marketing services
  • Customer service could be better
  • Confusing UI at first, takes time to understand
  • Price is a little higher for small businesses
Adobe Campaign offers some really nice templates that can be used for marketing purposes. It helps in the automation of marketing, which is of great help as it saves a lot of time and offloads monotonous work. HTML support is a big life saver, as it gives so much more control over the campaign, which would otherwise be troublesome.

Adobe Campaign is being used as a marketing software to automate much of our marketing efforts and ensure consistency in our messaging cross-channel, including SMS, email, social media, etc. This tool helps us to improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts by focusing on what works and remaining consistent. Most of our organization uses this software as we are almost all typically involved in our client's marketing process in some way.
  • Increase efficiency
  • Save money
  • Improve consistency
  • Market easier
  • Email marketing automated funnels.
  • List management (email and SMS).
  • Templates could be better.
  • Interface could use some improvements.
Adobe Campaign is great software in terms of functionality. It offers features that are really not offered by any other competitor. It is most well suited for companies that do a lot of marketing efforts across a lot of different platforms, or even for other clients. If you have a small enough marketing team it may not be well suited, as you can likely use a cheaper tool to keep everything consistent.

A great tool for aligning all of our marketing efforts through email, push notifications, SMS marketing, etc. By managing these campaigns all in one place we are able to make sure that all of our messaging is aligned. We use this across our whole organization though it is definitely concentrated in our sales and marketing team to complete marketing and sales materials. It solves the problem of keeping track of all of our different marketing efforts through different platforms.
  • Email notifications
  • Push notifications
  • SMS marketing
  • Automated marketing
  • Convenient email marketing
  • Slow as a whole
  • Interface takes some learning
  • Expensive
Adobe Campaign is well-suited for a cross channel marketing campaign that takes place over several different channels and needs to be aligned. An example would be a campaign that utilizes an SMS list, email list, social media, etc. If you are just wanting to create a very detailed email campaign with automation, for example, this may not be the best tool to use.

It controls marketing or advertising campaigns to identify customers and allow direct communication, so we are efficient between departments and customers worldwide.
  • Used to work, edit and track ads on channels.
  • You can use it to send private messages with your preferences and needs.
  • Helps create operational reports to track campaign impact and find solutions.
  • Customer support has to be faster.
  • Tutorial with simple language, as it becomes difficult to use without prior knowledge of the software.
  • The software has many bugs.
Adobe Campaign is recommended for merchants and is not appropriate for the areas of Logistics and Transport, at least from our perspective.

Adobe Campaign is used in our organisation to automate the email and social campaign. It is mostly used by the Salesforce team to increase the sales of the company. It helps us to grow and build trust among the customers which indirectly helps us to a profitable business throughout.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Best service.
  • Ease to use.
  • Needs improvement on deployment technique.
  • Costly solution.
  • Integration can be made more smooth.
For a large scale company like us it is more recommended to use Adobe Campaign as it is most useful to grow our business in an exponential way. For other small industry it is not suitable as it is a bit costly solution for them and Adobe Campaign might not be suitable for them.

  • The experience that this service provides to any marketing specialist when working with this software, allows it to have a wide efficiency and comfort.
  • Their campaign automation system is very good, because in a very short time you can see the increase in sales in the organizations.
  • Its availability in mobile devices is perfect so that your users can access the service at all times and have information about everything that happens in each implemented campaign.
  • The service has several templates with very good designs to design the campaigns.
  • Adobe Campaign needs to make some updates to its system and especially to its interface, as it has an old look.
  • Their support is very slow when it comes to solving problems.
For people who are looking for a solid service to implement marketing campaigns and grow their sales Adobe Campaign is the best opportunity to acquire, it has an excellent price for its service, offers a great guarantee and above all it works great for any organization. Adobe Campaign is used by several major departments in our organization. Our Digital department uses it frequently and it is our main email marketing tool. It addresses the needs of effectively managing thousands of users and storing master profile IDs of our users and audience. It also is useful for gathering sign ups from our website.
  • Dynamic content - allows for customizing emails
  • Powerful workflows - allows for segmentation and other complex queries
  • Managing tens of thousands of users
  • Steep learning curve
  • Duplication of user profiles has been a problem
  • The new creative design editor has some quirks
Adobe Campaign is well suited for large companies that have massive email marketing needs and need to manage tens of thousands of users, especially if they need to sync those settings with other master person IDs. It is useful for companies that need to send dynamic/personalized emails and need complex workflows for managing their email campaigns. It is less appropriate if you need a very simple and streamlined tool.

It is used by the Marketing department (about 700 hundred people within). It was tested primarily as a cross channel marketing tool, and the department used it for 6 months as a trial run to see if it met our needs compared to the programs we have used for years.
  • The email marketing functionalities are amazing, in particular being able to send dynamic content along with AI-driven emails.
  • The segmentation feature assists with audience analytics, segmentation, and profiles specific to customers as well as data connectors.
  • The time it takes to set up the program is both a blessing and a curse. It's amazing that it can be so customized, but in the beginning set aside a lot of time for the initial set-up.
  • Occasionally when working with the same (amazing) live/realtime data, it can begin to slow down the program, as well as during the start-up of it.
Adobe Campaign is not a program for beginners, but it is well suited to launch a wide variety of multi-faceted, multi-channel, highly targeted email campaigns successfully. It also works incredibly effectively for social media and other digital marketing professionals as a social media management system. A smaller company may not find this the most suited program for them.

From the interface, I can access from our dashboard where we have the possibility to process the information of our contacts and can segment them according to different criteria such as lead score, demographic profile, sales stages, and behavior.
The main advantage of this is the fact of having specific data about our leads such as how many times they have visited our website or what are the email campaigns they have opened. It allows us to give them more personalized service and with that, increase the possibilities of making a sale.
  • Clear and easy to use and understand interface.
  • Adobe environment that provides response at all times.
  • We offer a multi-channel experience to our customers.
  • The cost per acquisition model is fair and profitable.
  • Coverage and new advertising spaces are increased.
  • You don't pay for clicks (CPC) or impressions (CPM).
  • It allows to attract new customers and have a high impact.
  • It is complicated for companies or brands with little margin on the sale.
  • We must monitor the spaces that are approved, as some may be of little interest to the brand.
  • In some cases, it is not possible to control ad impressions, since it depends on the affiliate and the traffic it has.
It is a perfect tool for creating elegant, personalized and adaptive emails in multiple ways, whether for creative and coding actions internally or working with partners and agencies.

The tool has helped us with marketing issues and manages the communication channels of our clients. We can treat each customer as unique, which is essential in today's marketing world.

  • Measure ROI.
  • Client profiles.
  • Realtime monitoring.
  • Email creation.
I particularly like the fact that it is cloud-based, making implementation a streamlined process. I think it is quite expensive if you have a small or medium-sized business, which could be a hindrance.
