Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio can be set up to serve industries and companies of any size. However, it can be very costly, so we typically recommend it to our larger clients. SFMC has a great a-la-carte style selection of add-on features, meaning it is easy to tailor it to your specific needs, and it is a platform that can evolve with your company, meaning it is not a tool that your organization will outgrow. If you're big on reporting, the analytics offering is quite robust.

[Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio] is absolutely not for Marketers trying to do marketing at scale. It is good for one off sales email and that too specifically for product promotions, seasonal discounts etc.

Overall Pardot is fine, but there are much better tools out there. Marketo seems more advanced as a marketing automation tool offering tracking link redirects and is easier to segment lists. Pardot is very limited on the marketing automation aspect side of things which can be very frustrating when you're trying to come up with a workaround.

If your company uses SalesForce, then Pardot is the best recommendation for you. The integration here is really the strongest and allows for easier notification of inbound leads/prospects. In the past, we used HubSpot and even though there is a SalesForce integration, we were always finding workarounds to getting the right information to the sales/accounts team. If you don't use SalesForce, then I think going with HubSpot is a better solution, as their UX/UI is geared more towards marketers and marketing users.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio is a well-suited tool to handle multiple different requirements for different clients. Its capability to build personalization mails is a win-win for all the stakeholders and the organization. Also, easy integration with other CRM's and salesforce cloud, Journey builder, A/B testing features make it the best choice for most of the email marketers.

Scenarios where it well suited
- Creation of segments based on profile data to increase engagement
- Scheduling email messages, distribution of reports, and imports of data from any source.
- Building emails using drag and drop builder is easy
- Strengthen the customer relationships with email conversations that drive every stage of the customer lifecycle.

Not well Suited
- Mobile optimization and responsiveness involved

It is perfect if you want custom emails that can give you data that you can then use to build a better marketing platform with targeted campaigns but if you are just trying to simply set up an email exchange server then I would suggest with going more basic and less costly. The beauty of this is in the personalization.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio is especially well-suited for enterprise-level companies of at least 500 employees. Prior to reaching that point, we had looked into the tool, but it always seemed to robust and too pricey for our needs. Now that we've grown into the enterprise level, we need and utilize most of its features.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio is a well-suited tool for the organization that wants to target multiple clients with their unique requirement use case in one shot. It can help creative agencies to build and send personalized emails. The tool is empowered enough to build simple to complex campaigns. Also, A/B testing ensures the agency and the client hit the right set of targeted audiences for each and every campaign.

It is good to set up an email campaign to go out to certain list of people. It may not work if you have a unique template or files that aren't compatible. Sometimes I had trouble editing the email list. Connecting it to our main website for lead tracking is helpful. I recall some disconnects here and there. I'd like it fully integrated.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio is suited for large companies that send a lot of emails. If not, it's quite expensive for a small business or someone that doesn't do this to utilize or benefit from it. We use it to send out dynamic monthly newsletters and it has allowed us to effectively target specific audiences.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio is well suited in situations for broadbased communications that require personalization, segmentation, and a detailed marketing strategy. It is less useful when it is a generic email and communication for internal stakeholders that does not require personalization and perhaps requires follow up from other parties.

When I need to create very specific segments, Pardot is not the easiest to use. It takes a long and convoluted process to be able to segment to the degree I like to.
But if your PII data is not too sophisticated and you are focused on being able to send mass emails, Pardot it great. Particularly if you would like to do A/B testing.

Pardot is amazing for creating dynamic lists that sync well with Salesforce. It is honestly a bit limited as far as design buildout if you don't have a ton of coding knowledge, but most people don't buy Pardot for ease of design. It also kind of struggles with social integrations as those features are a bit dated. If they updated their integrations, it might make it a more widely used tool.

It is well suited if you would want to use Pardot for emailing SME's with a limit of up to 1.000.000 contact records in one business unit. It is less appropiate when you need to email over 1 million contacts as the bandwith of the system simply isn't up to par and it doesn't have the proper server capacity to have thorough cleaning/automation, this shows in their email deliverability settings and the degree of limitations when it comes to the capabilities of the engagement studio inside of Pardot.

If you have to manage a great volume of mentions and you don't require a specific model of dashboard, or if you don't have the budget for a AI based platform, this is a very good option that could cover your needs. Also great if you have to manage a great volume of users and projects, to have the flexibility and agility to setup your own monitoring.

Datorama is a well balanced data visualization or business intelligence tool. If your organization has the budget and is just establishing such a tool then I would suggest this over others in the marketplace especially if the analyst isn't a senior as they have an excellent support team. Datorama should be able to meet the needs of most companies as their visualizations can be used out of the box or customized with css/html/js code. Additionally, if a data stream connector is not readily available then there are options to create a custom stream.

Overall, software is straightforward to use, and the interface is excellent. Salesforce Advertising Studio (formerly Social.com) is a tool that is quick to learn with opportunities to evolve and master. The best lean-in feature is maximizing data at scale and creating unique messages based on the consumer journey. Unfortunately, the platform takes a more broad-stroke approach. This means that to help your business, you do have to invest a significant amount of money in customization.

Salesforce Advertising Studio is the best application for big organizations where we have tons of customers. To maintain the relationship with the customers we have to be interactive, so by this platform, we can easily send emails or newsletters to the customers so that they will be aware of our offerings. It also helps us to generate good leads for sales from our old customers, as well as from new customers.
