Pros: Good for remote and in office workers to meet to stay up-to-date on projects with no travel costs involved. Good for meeting with customers to cover upcoming projects/updates/troubleshooting sessions Cons: Some users have difficulty navigating during a meeting if they are not familiar with the product. Updates lately have had a number of "bugs" and caused issues with customer environment making the user experience poor for their employees.

The available auto-transcription capabilities, as well as integration with various virtual whiteboard applications, makes Webex Meetings absolutely the better option for fast-paced ideation and brainstorming sessions. Rather than having to pause to take notes, the Webex Assistant can capture it all and provide a transcript of the meeting after it is over. The polling and visualization tools from the integrated Slido capabilities make it easy to have impromptu votes and group input. The ability to have Adhoc breakout rooms for sub-teams to gather without exiting the original meeting keeps the pace of work fast and energized. The only meetings where I would suggest Webex Meetings is not well suited, are ones where the purpose of the meeting is to be fully immersed in a physical environment. As good as VR and AR devices are, it's still not a full-sensory replacement for actually being somewhere to appreciate a place or object in person.

For all kinds of meetings, training, support sessions, and, even some virtual events Webex Meeting has all features we need. There are many tools to interact and share content. People from anyway can participate and give their contribution in many ways. The assistant function can help you with the follow-up of important topics discussed that will need to have further action. The real-time translation facilitates the participation and understanding of all people regardless of the language they can speak/understand.

Businesses that have multiple locations, or have clients that cannot come to the office, or even businesses with hybrid working environments where employees are mobile or work from home. It is an exceptional video collaboration suite and provides numerous features and great audio and video quality on any device.

Webex Meetings is great for larger meetings, especially involving people outside the organization. The ability to just send a link and then open the meeting right from the browser is very convenient. Webex now also has more options for things such as Webex Events (where one can broadcast a meeting, such as a staff announcement event or a speaker series). As per my discussions with IT, Webex Meetings also has an advantage in terms of meeting security and access control. This is part of the reason Webex has been the product of choice for our staff meetings. Webex's interface has improved, but there is room for some more improvement. I think this is one place where some competitors have a slight edge.

I think Webex Meetings is 9 out of 10 in terms of over all performance. Easy to use, highly scalable I have seen more than 200 folks in a meeting without any issues. On mobile app need more work to make it light and better.Sometimes with video it acts slow and choppy video event with good internet.

I give this product the best rating due to its great performance throughout the working journey. My marketing department has highly benefited from this product since we mostly convene our meetings through online video. Direct engagement with our customers has boosted our performance in marketing enhancing close relationships with potential clients. ->As an organization, you need a conference tool to let your employees communicate with each other and attend calls so Webex is a leader in this platform.
->Webex offers Andriod/IOS mobile applications which is a great boon as you can join the meetings on the go so it's well suited if the employees are often traveling.
-> Webex is less appropriate if we want to use that as a collaborative tool because it doesn't have such a great chat option.

The scenario it is better suited for was interaction with colleagues and adding the important chat shared with multiple people. It has great user compatibility and I love the product. It's really difficult to think of an example where it is less appropriate. I have no issue with the Webex Meetings - it has been a great tool for many scenarios.

No matter which plans you choose, Webex protects all of your data. Up to 3,000 people can attend a meeting at a time, with up to 40.000 people able to view the forum via video streaming. Webex integrates with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Google Cloud. It is possible to use Webex on any platform, and you can join with any device. Call quality is excellent, and noise reduction is better than any other tool. WebEx has virtual backgrounds available, but not as many as Zoom. In terms of window layouts and color schemes, WebEx is a letdown.

Webinars and seminars have been more effective with Webex, it has started practice sessions before the event is started. we can brief the user and host that is invited without affecting the meeting itself. and we can also coordinate, and send chat and instruction during the practice session. with Webex we can also dial a meeting using a US phone number, to make our experience more mobile for webinars.

as I explained before, this application is easy to access anywhere and anytime. Webex provides convenience such as being able to make calls or video calls so that when other people in the meeting explained, it is very easy for participants to accept. also when discussing business processes can explain business processes directly by using the whiteboard feature. then various documents can also be accessed, can also be presented directly to clients.

When I work on a project I often have several meetings in a row. Thanks to Webex Meetings and its features, I can organize these meetings easily. I invite my colleagues via the plug-in or directly on the website. I can share my personal room and stay in it for several meetings. On the website, I can save meeting templates so I don't have to redo the settings. Once in the meeting, I can easily share my screen, lock it and invite other people.

Webex Meetings is great for multiple users using different devices, ei conference rooms, laptops, phones, etc. Each attendee feels they are actively part of the meeting no matter what type of device they are using. It may be beneficial to add default backgrounds when the owner is not presenting, or some kind of notification to let attendees know they are the "primary" video feed for the group or call. I have seen in large conference rooms attendees do not realize they are being featured on the main screen for the rest of the group.

I mentioned this prior, but Webex Meetings is a really great tool to use for larger conferences and meetings, especially their phone line option, however for smaller meetings or one-on-one virtual meets they may not be quite as efficient or even effective to use in comparison to other tools on the market.

The audio and video quality of meetings is generally very good. Joining meetings is often confusing requiring what I feel is an extra step. I often sit meeting entries waiting to be let in when I really needed to click join again. This could be due partly to my advanced age.

Enhanced security features, where end to end encryption is also offered. Support for HD video, and audio can be sourced from your phone or computer. File sharing is fully supported. The system menu and user interface are not that friendly. Connecting over non Webex platforms, you may experience audio issues. Webex Meetings is more expensive than its competitors.

It is best suited to work with end customers remotely and guide them and help them to accomplish things that will be difficult without a proper communication channel, which WebEx provides to us. Providing training sessions to end-users, it makes easier for them to understand the screen sharing feature.

Webex Meetings is great if you only have a handful of people needing to converse. With a lot of people connected to a meeting, i.e., five people or more, it can start to lag. It also suffers severely in the whiteboard department compared to Microsoft Teams. A simpler interface (think Zoom) would also be extremely helpful.
