Groove makes my work easy. It helps me tracks all the emails I send and receive. With Groove, I can check who viewed my emails so I know if I successfully reached my clients. Also, I can make templates so it's easier to send email with just a click. Faster response to email and efficiently can manage all the emails I'm working everyday. I can recommend Groove to all my friends most especially to those who works on emails. This is life changing!

If you're working on emails and would like to keep track of it, this is the best option as this will let you manage all the emails that you send or receive to your clients. Less appropriate I think just to lessen the notification each time an email is viewed. Can make it as a bulk I think on how many times the email was viewed like a counter.

I normally used Groove every single day. We cannot start things in work without Groove. In Groove, I always tracked my emails sent to my restaurant partner. I tracked all the details needed in work especially when I need yo document everything. In Groove I can always organize what we need to do first . Groove has improved the quality of work of employees like me. It is a great tool for Salesforce integration. It logs automatically all the activities done related to the customer/client's profile like calling them and sending an email. It also shows us how many times the email has been viewed so allowing us to count how many clients have been reached.

I could say that Groove really aims for the real time updates for the user. It pings me right away when someone views my email, and not only that, it also shows me how many times it has been viewed. I had this client once, he was not interested to proceed but after a few hours, my Groove add on has been pinging me for a few times already. So I checked in on him, turned out he changed his mind and I was able to close the sale.

What I love about Groove in our organization is it makes my job more efficient and more easier. Groove allows me to finish consuming tasks such as email logging, outbound call logging, activity capture, and meeting scheduling without data latency or sync errors on a timely manner. I think above all though, the customer support at Groove is best. Friendly staff, and extremely responsive. Big kudos to the staff at Groove.

It can provide granular data insights about the performance of our sales outreach campaigns. It allows us to track, edit and adapt as we go and we are also able to tell exactly if all the hard work we put into these campaigns is paying off or not. I would definitely recommend Groove to anyone I know.

We use Groove in a lot of ways. It allows users to track if someone has read their email thus helping them to know what approach they should use to their clients. It also shows how many times the email has been viewed. It allows recipients of emails to schedule a future meeting and it automatically logs to calendar.

For this use case, financial advisors wanted to elevate their customer service. Using their Salesforce-native triggers (field changes, list views), we were able to automate Birthday, Anniversary and other celebration messages, Insurance Premium reminders, and service-level meeting booking reminders. Advisors needed something simple and the ops team needed something that wasn't too technical to manage after implementation.

Groove is used daily across all teams within the Sales department. Personally, I use Groove daily for the amazing flows and templates. These tools allow me to automate a majority of my outreach, which allows me to save A LOT of time. I also use Groove integrations within Salesforce and Gmail to save time because it allows me to stay on 1 tab rather than switching from tab to tab.

Groove is well suited for organizations and/or occupations that require a lot of outreach. I have used other platforms that hold email templates, but Groove is amazing because the integration across different platforms is extremely efficient — saving me time everyday! Another scenario where Groove would be well suited is for tracking the outreach you are doing. I love seeing how much activity Groove is helping me achieve regarding outreach (emails, calls, and texts).

Email is considered the bread and butter in the line of our work. Thus, it is very important for us to monitor and secure the details that we put into it. As customer sales representatives, we call different customers or partners to ask them if they can join us. Groove helped us to monitor and see if our clients were able to see, read, and check the links that we sent them. It also gives us an idea of when and where they read our emails to them. Thus, gives us a hint of when can we send follow-up emails and makes our communication pretty easy.

Groove is an amazing product! We mostly use Groove to track emails we send to our clients which may seem small but it definitely impacts our day-to-day routine big time. For example, this helps us in deciding on the best time to do a follow up on our clients and so far, this strategy, with the help of Groove's useful features, has brought nothing but positive results on our overall team performance in the past year that we have used it. Definitely recommend it!

  • Groove helps us save a lot of time on typing long letters when we explain our products to our customers with the help of their Templates feature.
  • I wish they would add the ability to nominate a shortcut for certain templates.

  • I wish the software would learn from our everyday tasks and be able to make recommended shortcuts.
I simply don't miss my clients anymore in terms of trying to catch them when I need to do a follow up regarding product sales, and even after sales. This is because, if I am unable to get an appointment time from them for next steps, I usually just use their viewing trend on Groove and come up with a timeline. Best tool for this specific purpose out of all the software we have tried before!

We use Groove to send emails and track activities like calls and emails, and we also have the visibility on our scorecards through Groove, We can see the number of our calls made, emails we send and the number of customer who viewed and replied to our emails. We can also link Groove to our main tool which is Salesforce.

Groove is perfect in case such as sending emails to customer that you are handling on a given time. You can set up flows to properly send emails to customer accordingly. You can also link it to other tools like Salesforce that allows you to document the account through Groove

I currently use Groove to prospect via email, track my email opens, schedule meetings and track my activity. The Groove functionality that is most beneficial to me is the fact that it is integrated with Salesforce so I can easily see my previous communication with my clients.

Our team of business development reps use Groove to manage their daily prospecting activities. Calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches are organized into specific flows targeting personas and verticals, with an emphasis on kicking off engagement with potential customers. From a leadership standpoint, we use Groove to monitor rep activities and provide coaching, as well as homogenize and control messaging team-wide.
  • Integration with Salesforce is the best in the industry.
  • Automates compliance with CCPA, GDPR, etc.
  • Flexibility to use the tool across multiple platforms - Groove can be used in multiple ways!
  • Reporting - their focus is on Salesforce reporting, so built-in reporting is not as robust as other platforms
  • Bounce rates need to be finessed out of the platform, they are not readily visible.
If you are looking for a sales engagement platform that is completely integrated to Salesforce, Groove is the best. They make it so much easier than any other competitor I've used (and I've used them all!). With Groove, I can create a report on event leads and add the filter "View MY leads." At that point, I can send that report to all my reps, they can open it in Groove, and instantly add their leads to a Flow - no one else makes it this simple. You can even pull leads directly from the Campaign object!

From a data privacy standpoint, your leads never leave Salesforce. There is no separate database inside of Groove, so one less compliance issue to think of.

If you need tons of analytics directly in the platform, Groove isn't there yet, but they are currently in beta on some stronger analytics, but even with that they won't have the power of some of the more legacy platforms in the space.

  • Creating/Viewing/Updating account, lead, contact info from Salesforce without having to leave Gmail.
  • Inserting email templates into messages
  • I wish the "pick a timezone" piece in scheduler tool was easier to search/scroll...or I could set my more regular choices (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific) to populate at the top of the list by default.
  • It would be nice if I could schedule send all emails in a Groove flow at the beginning of the flow.
  • I would like to have multi-select fields, not radio button so I can select multiple objects in SFDC (opps, contacts, accounts, leads) to log an email to.
Groove is amazing if you are looking to log emails, make it easy for clients to schedule, set up tasks/reminders and action leads and opportunities without ever having to leave Gmail. I used Cirrus Insight for years and love it. But, Groove started as a "required app" I had to use with a new employer and has switched to a "never want to leave it" app.

I can create many templates and i can send them to a huge number of clients which really help me in time saving. In addition to that i can track who opened the email and from where. so I can easily target audiences while working with experimental products.However, Sometimes the Salesforce integration is glitchy and it's hard to diagnose why. Would love a better diagnostic feature here.

In sales, one of the hardest things to determine is if your outreach via email is getting thru to anyone. Groove solves that issue by notifying the sender when the recipient opens your email. Additionally, Groove will show number of times the email is opened which can provide valuable insight as to the interest level regarding the subject matter of your email. Groove ALSO shows if your original send is opened by others, indicating that it was forwarded to other individuals/decision makers within the company to review.

  • Groove enables the EASY use of templates to maximize your sales time
  • Sometimes the send process takes a bit longer and can sometimes stick and not send
  • Once in a while, an error will occur without any adequate explanation
  • When sender opens an email they sent - Groove will notify you that "someone" just opened your email. If you are not aware of this--it can be confusing.
Knowing where to spend your energy and especially time in a sales world where "time is money" is of great importance. Groove and its incredible insight of each email sent, frees up your time to focus on more likely prospects. While due diligence still needs to be done with your prospecting, using Groove keeps you from "barking up the wrong tree" for longer than needed. The automatic logging of your outbound prospecting also saves a TON of time. Productivity has jumped for me and for the other users of Groove within our organization.

Groove helps us in making sure that our restaurant partner received the emails that we send to them and securing an assurance that they have the information that we need them to know. And as we are part of the acquisition team knowing that the targeted restaurant partner is opening the email that we send it means there is an interest, that is the perfect time to call them and penetrate a sales pitch. It is like Groove opens a shallow window on the part of our sales journey.

I cannot imagine when Groove is inappropriate to my work but Groove really help me do my work much faster as we have the footprint and reminders on every productivity for both calls and email. To be honest, I'm freaking out if the Groove is not integrated that is why it is necessary for me.

What do I like with Groove? it helps me to track all the emails that I sent to my clients and be reminded. We use Groove to book a calendar for the availability in most convenient time of our prospects. It helps us increase our sales, through the tracking of the emails. Groove has feature where if someone opens your email or even clicking the link inside of your email, we are being notified. It helps us reaching our prospects easily specially if they are unreachable, which is most of the time. Best thing is the email integration too, easy to use, one click away.

I use Groove to help with the challenge of both sending hyper targeted messages + enough messaging at scale to carry relevance with what is often a large multitude of stakeholders that could purchase our product. Sending one off emails or inmails to all my sourced contacts + having to log those activities in our CRM takes considerable amount of time and Groove helps me do this far more effectively.

  • The UX is extremely easy to operate when it comes to building out your own campaigns or cloning a flow created by a colleague.

  • Opportunity to display (by company) specific notes so that messages can be easily tweaked before sending (if not automated).
Groove is fantastic for sending out invitations for upcoming networking events or for instance marketing events and webinars. It is also great for those that want to meet a specific goal or number of activities for the day.
