The pay grid is super easy to use and importing timecards from time and attendance is simple. I’m able to preload information in the pay grid and run additional payruns with no additional cost.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
It's hard to quantify the amount of time saved for our team as we are pretty small. In the day-to-day functionality of Payroll and onboarding, we are saving time in that employees can onboard themselves and do all of the paperwork on Paycor instead of on paper with our office. However, the time saved is completely negated by the amount of time we are waiting for resolutions to issues when we need assistance or something isn't working as intended.

We are no longer needing a third-party company to do payroll which was costing us each time we processed. With the ease of Paycor payroll system, we are able to bring it back to doing in house and it gets done in less than 30 minutes. We are also saving time by not having to wait to review payroll journals from the third party before payroll can process.

It would take significant effort to do this all by hand / with no templates or guidance. We do not have a dedicated HR employee or department. When W2 season comes around, a click of a button takes care of hours of totaling pay, taxes, deductions, etc. We don't have to question whether or not our data is accurate throughout the year.

Our Director of Human Resources has directly stated that Paycor streamlines her job and makes processes easier and more straightforward. Through the platform, we are able to view historical data to propel our team members forward with their objectives and ensure that those objectives are aligned with the company's goals.

Paycor is any easy system to integrate with. We have saved time by integrating with our benefits administration system as well as our 401K program. It has definitely saved us time being that we do not have to manually enroll or make changes in multiple systems now.

I was able to realize the time savings by the amount of time I was logging into Paycor to respond to task-based issues. By adding in some natural workflow improvements and encouraging employees to make their own changes, I found myself with more time to dig into project work. My inbox has felt some relief and I am able to address things on a bigger organizational level when I log in to Paycor.

We are just now launching so I can't speak to this for my current employer. I do know for a prior employer, without Paycor or something similar, HR would not have been able to function. We were growing out of control with 50 terms and 100 new hires per week at times. At MOST times.

I am a department of one. Our payroll coordinator retired in March before implementation. Our plan was to move this all to me and move some of the payroll functionality to Paycor. So payroll requires a little more of my time now but some of my HR functions have become electronic and easier to do which has freed up some time. Our biggest change is the online applicant tracking. My managers now have access to the resumes when they apply so I don't have to source them all and send certain ones to them. They can start contacting them immediately by email or text (or phone call). This has taken me out of that middle-man position and freed up my time. They can make decisions on candidates quicker. We now have a database of applicants with notes and history.

I would stake this on the lower end, and unfortunately in may ways where we have saved time by using the platform, we've re-consumed that time on service calls with Paycor when unexpected issues arrive, and the push to get them resolved timely. The ability is there! The platform has many reaching capabilities, but the lacking service makes it very hard to truly realize any time-saving gains.
