  • Adobe Analytics comes with an in-built workspace, which is a drag-and-drop canvas for custom analysis and visualizations.
  • This tool is always being improved to provide the most up-to-date features and ways to make work easier and effective.
  • I like the approach and we'll planned and organized training session from each specher.
  • Unparalleled support available 24/7.
  • My only concern is that individual customizations has a limited range of options. It's okay for any user to organise his own segment according to his taste or needs.
  • The report feature speed of loading should be enhanced with high refresh rate and speed.

  • Complex Segmenting made easy.
  • Preset templates.
  • Visual graphs.
  • It's hard because each event has to be predefined in adobe, and that takes more engineering lift.
  • b/c of the reason above, it's hard to get product engineers on board with using Adobe A.
  • It doesn't retroactively collect things - you have to know what you need upfront & things change so fast it's hard to know that.

  • Tracking Dashboards and very convenient to create and to be shared with business users.
  • The same can be scheduled periodically.
  • Adobe Analytics is very easy for business users to understand and use.
  • Few areas like custom video tracking can be improved.
  • There should be some default data layer defined in Launch to integrate with Adobe Analytics - it would be very helpful in setting a consistent standard across different implementations.
  • There are few features like async JS loading and integration with other tag management tools like Tealium, which needs some improvement.
