HubSpot CRM is very useful in the way it integrates with gmail and allows for custom forms to be created and synced with google calendar. It keeps things organized for our team in a way that is very helpful and seamless. I find it clunky when using it to organize contacts.

It's not easy to integrate Hubspot fully into a business, but once done well, you can say goodbye to many other systems that are often more work. CRM is well suited for businesses looking to scale but do not want to rely on employees to do every bit of contact and accounting.

I typically use HubSpot CRM for ways of tracking the contacts I have met with certain companies. It is helpful for when returning so I remember the name of the person I will be looking to talk to on that visit. It has made an impact on remembering the "little" things when re-visiting.

HubSpot CRM is well suited for businesses with lots of records that need to be tracked and cannot be tracked unless there is a crm for backup. Also, from a sales perspective, HubSpot allows me to keep track of all my prospects and when I need to follow up with them.

For a Sales operation like ours, HubSpot is a powerful and user-friendly CRM that enables us to see all the key bits of information we need. We can automate sequences for inbound and outbound contacts, respectively, and integrate other tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, within contact pages themselves to manage everything centrally.

I use HubSpot every day to track and send out emails to students. It makes it easy to log the emails that have been sent. When I can't find something or my other CRM isn't working correctly, I can locate my students and see the emails and tasks I have done and are coming up.

Hub Spot can track whether potential clients have opened the emails and whether anyone has clicked on possible links. For this reason, when providing several contacts for a potential client, it makes it easy to move on to the following contact. If the client has opened, then choose the correct wording to ask and see if they have questions.

Hubspot is a great, all encompassing CRM. It's great for entire sales and revenue operations team to use to remain on the same page. I think it's especially powerful for pre-sales, it's great to utilize the tool for prospecting and I genuinely believe a tool like Hubspot can contribute to ARR and revenue growth.

I like it for tracking notes when I have someone that has made it to a meeting. I don't really love the email features & completing tasks within the platform. I typically go to my email tab to send emails rather than through HubSpot.

We started using HubSpot CRM to organize our outbound efforts. HubSpot has helped us to create organized prospecting lists, which allows for proper ownership of contacts and less crossover from sales reps. HubSpot CRM has also helped to automate our outreach through sequence campaigns.

Scenerios for a small BD team, where clients are overlapping and there is a mix of big and small clients is something HubSpot does great. Tracking and communicating abilities through out your internal team, as well as any cold outreach on call and email is very well suited for this CRM and must continue.

As mentioned, Microsoft integration is just not that great. Having to manually log emails for a team the size of ours is troubling. Especially working in a fast paced environment where tracking should be seamless, its nothing short of annoying.

Well suited across sales and marketing to help define campaign, outcomes of campaigns etc.

The limit of marketing contacts 2,000 a small company doesn't have the budget to allow the purchases needed which enterprise level has and it limits us to be able to bring in more opportunites to create that budget to spend

From what I know of HubSpot and what I have been using it for thus far, I think I would be quite likely to recommend it to someone else. It is fairly easy to use and offers a lot of different capabilities. It is really great for an individual or company that does a lot of Sales work because the sequences and tasks make it very easy.

When you have a lot of incoming and outgoing projects and you need to manage all the deals and keep a record of them and also want to save the conversation with that specific client. You need Hubspot CRM kind of software which helps you track all the stuff related to that contact.
