I don’t feel it’s very customisable, if it is the options aren’t clear enough to allow for this. You can switch between list/grid views but they’re not very helpful and a cleaner design would be beneficial. Also not a fan of the orange and white design, a dark mode would be preferred.

There is definitely a learning curve however I use Insightly every day and now it's like a part of my daily routine. I've been able to customize and adapt our CRM over the past few years and if I've ever needed assistance the support team has been excellent. With that being said, I wouldn't say that it is the most intuitive platform I have used as a CRM.

It takes some time to learn it, understand it, and determine the best way to implement it. Again, I don't have a lot to compare against, but overall I've found that some aspects are not very intuitive or easy to grasp.

It's an easy-to-use and excellent tool for low-to-intermediate coding experience users. That said, the data visualization tools lack some of the variety of customizable features compared to programs such as Microsoft Excel and Google sheets.

I love everything about Insightly as a CRM!! In the past, my company used to have this outdated CRM that would complicate our lives and not allow us to properly keep track of our projects. With Insightly, everything has changed! It is extremely easy to use, and the ability to customize everything, create your own reports, and make changes without saving just for a quick look at other projects is incredible. I believe Insightly is the best CRM solution for all types of industries.

Overall the CRM works well. Our biggest struggle is managing 40 different client campaigns and the lack of integration between contacts and accounts. I think any company utilizing this for their internal sales process would find it easy to use and adequate.

The reason why is that one of the main benefits of Insightly is its ability to streamline workflows and improve collaboration between teams, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency. great CRM overall, many highlights of this program that i like is that it integrates with Twilio phone service and Gmail pangea and panda docs . the reports are excellent and info is quick and thorough.. the speed and accuracy is impressive and concise. the information and overall project management is impressive.

Insightly is pretty easy to learn and use. I've had an overall positive experience working with it, with only a few issues, and always have felt like our Insightly rep was there to support us if we needed help. Super grateful for what Insightly has been able to provide for our business overall.

Insightly's addition of Workato (AppConnect) has made it the most customizable software I've ever worked with. I find myself asking why other software companies we deal with why they don't have some of the same features as Insightly. The automation capabilities are very strong. Overall a very good software to work with.

Insightly has been an invaluable tool for Reedy Press. The only issue is occasional lag and delays when updating reports. Most everything else has been extremely helpful, especially for someone like me, who manages large amounts of contacts and needs the ability to track results easily. The compilation of reports is also essential, as I can easily visualize my progress.

Insightly is very user-friendly; after just one meeting with our Insightly administrator within our company, each individual is set up for success. Insightly can never be fully learned, as it is always customizable to a user's needs which makes it even more valuable. That being said, there is also always something to be learned.

For a certain age group, many of them cannot let go the post it note. Teaching an old dog new tricks is sometimes harder than the job itself. While many of us are excited with options and new and faster ways, there are those who will not give it a try. They refuse to put in the time even though it would save them time in the long run.

Like previously stated, it is easy to use, and helps us keep track of everything that any agent in the company is doing. It could be cleaner and faster, but it almost flawless as far as I can say. I cannot think of many other complaints I have had since my start on the company, and I also say that taking my agent's opinions into consideration.
