My primary worries are with the seemingly insignificant details, such the fact that when I link a project to an organization and then create a task under that project, the task does not immediately link to the organization. and also I have to maximize or zoom out to view the entire page, especially when reading emails or tasks with lengthy texts.

Insightly as an operating system is straightforward and easy to use. It give great accounts ability to employees and makes task setting easy. It also allows for straightforward access to pipelines and where you are at against targets set and forecasted. If you are in doubt, don’t be, the system is great.

It is very easy to use, I learned to use Insightly on my own! It has brought organization to our organization, now we have all the information in the same place. No more google sheets everywhere, now you enter Insightly, you can see a report, and manage contacts and leads! My coworkers and I are really happy with it because it has simplified our job a lot!

i think Insightly is very friendly to use, its simple, you can visualize everything in one page and you don't need long training sessions in order to learn how to work with it or to teach a new employee about the use of it. In our case, the different pipelines are fundamental to separate the candidates into academic years and that is essential to prioritize the inquiries

Insightly's systems are much more simple to navigate than other CRMs that I've used while still providing a level of complexity for customize solutions. From an administrative standpoint, there are some elements that take me a while to master, but overall I think the process is straightforward and easy to understand.

I was skeptical of using any CRM but Insightly is extremely easy to use once I learned the layout, the demo video helped tremendously. I have multiple bids for the same project that I must keep track of and it's easy to do so. I love how I can change the status of any project right from my opportunities page. I really like this CRM, it has made reporting of jobs bid and jobs won extremely easy. I highly recommend it!

I have used other CRM programs and this is the easiest. Again, it is not the product it is how it is used that does not work for the services we provide. I question on a daily basis why they spend the (limited) dollars they do in having the software. But I do not make the decisions; I use it, enjoy the features I can use and I knwo it is a great product.

Insightly organizes your client information and day by day updates for you, so you can pay more attention to what makes your company important. All of your new and existing projects can be located in one place, accessible at any place, at all times. Customers are quite pleased with how quickly we can get them an update when calling in.

As mentioned before, Insightly is a great CRM made to be used by companies that want to have their projects organized in an efficient way. Since our transition to Insightly 2y ago, we can make sure our projects are being taken care of, checking their timelines and creating new reports!

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, over the years of using it I have experienced minimal bugs and errors, the odd task has not been updated, etc. but other than this it has performed very consistently for us. The platform has a simple, but effective job to do for us and it does it well, there is no added "fluff" for us to go through and this allows us to be efficient when using the service.

Insightly is a platform that has really improved our business and provides a perfect level of use for our SME. We have 260+ clients so having a trusted resource to manage data and information is essential for us. There is no other platform we have used that is as simple but effective.

It's easy enough but not intuitive enough. It's a 1990's clunky feeling software. I didn't know this till I tried out some competitors and realized that the company hasn't kept up with the times. I rate it 5 because "it gets the job done".

Overall, the platform is user-friendly at a decent price point (~$30 per month). It has strengths and weaknesses but serves a small company very well. There is always room for improvement, but it provides value to my organization. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a basic CRM for their organization.

It is awkward to toggle between emails and their attachments which are saved as Files. Especially since the Png's mentioned earlier are saved as files.

If it weren't for the learner-friendly contact with Insightly, our team would be far behind in our successes. With illness and conflicts not [allowing] office time for some, Insightly has made mobile access the saving grace of our team. Anyone can learn this software and teach others to follow. Very happy!

Insightly is very user-friendly. I will say, the reporting feature initially can be a little tricky to operate, but after a single report is made it is easy to build out additional reports. The dashboard customization is easy to learn. Our team has had great success with learning the product and customizing reports and dashboards.

Very helpful for managing client interactions. For example, when I'm on a call with a client or potential client, I can take notes about what we discussed and bring it up later. I like to do bullet points so that I can bring them up later. It helps me to remember the most important topics for them and they see that I actually care about helping them.
