I use Webexpenses for my corporate credit card receipts, and my travel expenses like mileage etc
  • Mileage is easy to enter by selecting post code. Route can be altered from default
  • receipts are easy and quick to enter
  • claiming business mileage: when changing the suggested route, by dragging the point on the screen, it's not possible to delete that point if the wrong selection was made.
  • It would be good to be able to delete that point/added stop
Great for entering travel expenses on the go. Very intuitive and good for receipt matching against card statements

It's used throughout the company I believe. It helps from an outside perspective as the app is useful for expenses not recognized or listed by our control processing system that we normally use.

We all use it and it makes life on business so much easier and quicker to sort when wanting to claim back expenses. [It is] so easy to scan, upload invoices and receipts, and instantly update which is [fantastic].

It is used to authorize a range of expenses across the organization, It solves the problem of having to fill in paper forms and send them to multiple recipients by just submitting one claim that is then approved by the appropriate route. All queries and evidence of the expense can be resolved in the platform in an easy way.

It is well suited to handle all claims and direct them to the respective approvers. It also provides a good platform to submit invoices and tickets and particularly well suited to submit mileage claims as it is easy to input the postcodes and automatically have the total mileage to be claimed.

It is used by anyone who wants to manage expenses. I am using it to claim a mileage allowance. It is not super difficult to use but also you need to know what you are doing. It could be good to use for other than claims but this is what I'm using for.

Webexpenses is good to use for claiming mileage and claiming business expenses. I have not used it for anything else but it is probably not too good to manage my dog's food expenses.

  • Finding post codes for underground transport costs can be frustrating. Is there a way to select an underground station and it pull through the post code?
It is well suited for large or small numbers of claims under the same heading. It is less appropriate when looking to add underground stations [postcodes] to a journey.

Webexpeses is really good for capturing expenses and is good as [I] use it on both my site PC and the IOS App on iPhone which [makes] it easy when uploading receipts etc. I haven't had any issues and it keeps you up to date with the status of your claims[.]

I think Webexpenses does everything that is required and is very good at doing what I need, although I believe navigation and adding receipts could be easier. But the history of all the records of previous claims is very well done and would highly recommend this platform to others.

Webexpenses is used across the company as an easy way to pay employees for their expenses. Webexpenses allows me to provide written evidence and upload scanned PDF receipts when making a claim. I typically use Webexpenses to cover my travel expenses between sites and I am usually paid in a matter of days after making a claim.

  • It's not very fluid or intuitive, I find I often need to save and then re-open the claim[.]
Webexpenses is well suited if you are regularly traveling i.e., using a personal vehicle, the train or claiming for food but only doing single trips. Perhaps I don't know how to use it well enough, but typically I find I have to make a single claim for every part of my expenses, e.g., 1 for travel, 1 for food, 1 for entertaining, I can't lump these all under a single claim with a date or a series of dates.

Webexpenses is a great tool for financial reimbursement from my employer. The interface makes it so simple to add receipts, describe details of the expense, and submit it to my manager for reimbursement. This is the easiest tool I have used for this purpose. I highly recommend this to any business in which their employees expense travel and expenses.
  • Submit receipts for reimbursement.
  • Navigate the website.
  • Easily communicate my expenses to my manager.
  • When I try to email my receipts via the webexpenses email address, they don't appear in webexpenses.
  • The website sometimes doesn't do a good job at guessing the receipt amounts.
  • I would like to edit different lines on an expense without having to save each one. It should auto save.

Our company uses Webexpense to reconcile expenses and also to reimburse for mileage. Not all staff use it, as not all staff have company credit cards. It makes it much easier to get expenses reconciled and keep track of spending without the hassle of having to bring paper copies up to our corporate office.

It is used on a daily basis by all staff to process [expenses]. We all work remotely, so having one easy-to-use system is ideal for us all to share and use. It overcomes the issues of having to bring together different streams of receipts and claims by having everything in one place.

I think it is well suited to day-to-day use. There is also an app that is easy to download and use, so it can be used on the go, without always having to access a laptop. Though It does take some time to add multiple claims, so I think the uploading process for receipts, etc could be easier.

Webexpenses is used across our business and everyone who uses the service benefits from auto Credit Card upload and to easily submit expenses on a monthly basis without any fuss. The service is easy to navigate, informative, and responsive GUI make adding new expenses a real breeze.

This is used across the business to reimburse expenses paid by members of staff within each department that was work-related. I am a user who can oversee multiple employees' profiles and ensure they get their payments processed. During COVID-19, advance payments for petty cash can be arranged and managed via Webexpenses.

  • Loading times between pages can be slow on times.
