for sales and customer service. Problem i incur daily is trying to copy and paste from pdf's, word, or excel and the format is off when you paste. No access to lists on phone app either.

This is the first time i have used HubSpot for a job. I do not think it would be well used for the insurance industry as it does not have the ability to integrate to our broker management system.

Hubspot is great to email, call, and leave notes on customer accounts. There a lot of automations I can set up to help me organize my tasks and keep my customers happy.

Something that would be very helpful is adding a texting feature. Many of our customers prefer texting.

I have been using HubSpot for the past four months. I would like the following: 1. Click into the account from a voicemail left. 2. Send an email from the account, there is an option to do so but it doesn't work. 3. Send a text message from the account, there is an option to do so but it doesn't work. 4. More options for calls. 5. If an account has been deemed DO NOT CALL, we should be able to mark it or see it without having to click in the file. 6. Create a filter within a filter ... example, If I want to first filter a program, then the NO ACTION in that program, then last touched. 7. The copy phone or email button does not copy, you have to highlight what your want to copy

HubSpot CRM is well suited for any organization with lead generation and if fine tuned could be useful for customer data base follow up as well. This CRM is not well suited for any type of billing or financial record keeping.

We also use HubSpot for sales and marketing performance and forecasting. HubSpot helps our team to maintain the most relevant and up-to-date information keeping us actively engaged with the right folks at the right time.

Probably the most accurate CRM I have ever used. saves me a lot of time in organizing my leads and made it easier for me to connect to my customers.

We use HubSpot for reporting and tickets. This helps us to be able to see what is going on with our customers and track what we are doing. We use tickets to track how many calls we are doing with our customers. The reports are used to show us what our customers are doing and what their health score is.

We deal with many accounts, this can be current customers, new customers, or even new leads. HubSpot CRM allows us to organize all of these brands, companies, accounts, customers, and leads. The Deal Stage feature allows us to see an overview of where our clients are in their process. Staff members and employee emails are grouped together within the company's profile page. HubSpot CRM makes it easy to contact who we need to, and when we need to!
  • Set up scheduled tasks to ensure I follow up with customers

  • The search functionality needs heavy improvement! There are times the search function doesn't even work, and I'll need to refresh the page. There are times that you're required to be so specific with how you type up the customer email or company name that it doesn't recognize or pick up related results based on keywords.
  • When I manually create a Deal, if the Deal closes, it will automatically update for me, however, it changes my selected filters (for example, it'll change from 2023 Upsell to Complete Shopify sales pipeline).
  • Some things don't get grouped together or suggested to get grouped together as often as they should.
  • It'd be nice to have the email thread contained within the Deal, and not in another HubSpot CRM URL.
HubSpot CRM is pretty much relevant for 75% of my job. I send out my emails via HubSpot CRM and Gmail. I schedule calls and follow-ups within HubSpot CRM and I'll use Google Meets for the actual call. HubSpot CRM allows me to track not only leads and sign-ups, but it also adds up the total value.

Hubspot is good for following the bread crumbs of the deal. When I need to refresh myself before a meeting I will find the user and review all of our email correspondence to get a better idea of how I can best serve them on a call.

We're a non-profit working in a business improvement area. We use HubSpot to track all the businesses in our assigned area, organize them into categories and industries that suit our needs, track our communications with the businesses, their locations, and any other additional relevant details. HubSpot allows us to stay up to date on who's communicating with what businesses without having to constantly cc people on emails. We can also map out businesses based on their locations, categories, or industries so we can see where we need to concentrate services, communications, etc.

  • The mapping feature is based on the company having a primary contact which can be inconvenient when you don't have a contact for a company. This feature is a work in progress, so I don't think it will always be like this.
  • If you're company isn't sales focused, you will most likely have a few features that you will have to pay for but not use, unless you creatively re-purpose them.
  • The "remember me/stay logged in" features don't always work, and you sometimes have to re-enter your login info.
HubSpot is good for scenarios where you have multiple clients/companies that your business works with and centralizing that clients/companies info all in one place. It's especially good when you don't always have the same staff working with a company each time or if a staff member has to fill in for another staff member when they're away, since you can look over the past communications/notes with company all in one place.

we can customize our properties to what we need with dates, names, whatever your need we can also set up calls emails and they work with Outlook so your emails sync directly calls with Avoxi can be tracked and reported in HubSpot by again syncing i love this CRM user friendly and if you need help they are always right there to help with anything your need

I use HubSpot to keep track of all my meeting records, prospective clients, and on-going deal negotiations. This helps simply and consolidate my entire workload.

I'm able to quickly pull customer data over from their website, and seamlessly integrate details from meetings into follow up tasks.

I can't think of how this system could not be well integrated.

Once a client interacts with our Website then there contact details are saved in HubSpot and as such it's easy to communicate with clients from there. Very easy to track as well once we interact with the client

I use Hubspot everyday for keeping my sales pipeline in tact and to relay information between Zoominfo. Zoominfo isn't very good at documenting information and meeting so I use Hubspot to keep track of all information as well as call logs.

HubSpot is our CRM and used throughout the entire customer lifecycle from Lead through customer. It has saved us time and money with the ability to manage a high volume of prospect and customer data. Because of the way it centralizes all activity under the company, we are able to work more effectively.

The best thing HubSpot has provided is organization with our growth team. My team has seen drastic improvements in our pipeline. We have full insight in every deal and where they are at in the process. Because of this we are seeing great improvements in both time and volume of closed deals.

Sales adds prospects. Eventually if the prospect becomes a client the CSM will take over the account and update their profile: attachments, renewals, comments. <br><br>We use emails for everyone to see and to continue conversations without missing gaps of information. <br><br>We also use it to submit support tickets to our dev team.

We use HubSpot to track our deals, activities and updates on current and new prospects. The problem it solves is having everything in one place and it being very intuitive. I love how easy it is to navigate. When using it every day, I typically start with tasks and click through all of them as they get put in order. I love this feature!
