The product allows me to track and manage my opportunities. It also automates outbound workflows for me to generate new leads. Overall, it is straightforward to use and very efficient as well. I would say that without it, I would not be able to keep track of all my opportunities in such an organized manner. It allows for everything you need to save the sales pipeline moving and flowing.

Hubspot is well suited for scenarios where you are dealing with multiple accounts that you need to keep track of. It assigns contacts to companies and it does a good job of it so you always know who you are dealing with. I wouldn't recommend it to small organizations but I would say it is perfect for medium sized companies.

HubSpot is a great CRM tool that easily stores customer information, pipeline data, reporting information, etc. I have only touched the surface of what this tool is capable of. The add-ons and integrations simplify processes and create efficiencies that I didn't even know were possible with today's tools. As a user of the product, I appreciate having both a desktop version and a mobile app to use when I'm on the road.
  • Tailored reporting functions.
  • Ease of use.
  • Stores data very well.
  • When sending emails inside of HubSpot, I would like the ability to use my true email signature with the company logo.
  • Sometimes, accounts are duplicated due to multiple email addresses, creating redundant accounts and confusion.
  • Connecting to the external email is excellent, but sometimes it populates accounts, that weren't meant to be added into HubSpot.
The ease of use is the best part. It didn't take much time to learn the basics and start using the HubSpot. Other CRMs I have employed in the past required extensive onboarding and training sessions before you could begin using the program. Granted, there are a lot more advancements that HubSpot has, and that having training would be great to capitalize on all of the additional functions, but in the normal day, it is easy to use and has everything I need.

We are currently in the process of dialing in HubSpot to fit our business needs, it is a work in progress. So we are fine tuning it to run effectively for us.

In a business where it is constant interaction with customers, HubSpot allows you to keep track of where youre at with deals and what steps of the process youre in with a certain customer. It allows you to enter data quickly under a customers name, it allows you to set up meetings, it allows you to attach documents that will be needed for certain functions pertaining to your deal.

We use it as a CRM - we store data about our customers, we call our customers, we send out marketing emails, we set up tasks and pull out records of our employees.
Our business loves using it to create, import and export any kind of lists, to give our managers an insight into our day and what we are doing, to send reminders to do tasks, to call phone numbers abroad, to send bulk emails etc.

HubSpot is great for a bigger or a smaller company, to store any and every data, and to me personally, it is easier to use than some other CRMs. The downside is that it can be quite pricy for a smaller start up with a smaller budget, although some essential functions are also available on a cheaper version.

We use HubSpot to keep track for corporate member and sponsor records. We Are able to see current and past corporate members and sponsors, track conversations we've had with company point of contacts, track membership expirations, and keep a list of company contacts for each member,
  • I appreciate that it's very modern looking and very user friendly
  • It's very easy to input and track information
  • It's easy to pull lists and filter them by particular tags
  • It's very easy to merge profiles if needed
  • I personally don't use the function where you can link email to HubSpot. Instead, I manually input notes with relevant information. I've heard that linking email isn't always helpful because there's a lot of unnecessary fluff in an email chain that you can't delete from HubSpot.
It's very easy to use for tracking membership and keeping client records. I would recommend it for its modern and easy to use user interface.

Currently, I am using HubSpot to log all activities executed on a daily basis. Through HubSpot I am able to set tasks and follow up with any previous communications sent out. The only issue I have with HubSpot is that, I wish it had the ability to look at what who I’ve contacted. I can only see who I’ve contacted via my outbox in my connected email or if I had a follow up task created. If I only called a potential client and set no follow up, I will not be able to track previous activities.

We use HubSpot for our marketing automation, sales pipeline automation, tracking and reporting. We also use HubSpot for our customer account management. We use HubSpot to help us reduce our time spent on remedial marketing and sales tasks by automating much of the process. We also use HubSpot to help us report on our marketing and sales goals.

I love how HubSpot helps me maintain and organize client profiles. It is easy to stay on top of touchpoints, timelines, deals, etc. It has made life so much easier!

CRM HubSpot is a time saver when it comes to collaborate with my team members.

Also, it makes it a lot easier for us to add or update client's information.

Before we used to do all of this with Google Sheets, now, we have the need to use a CRM since we are growing, also, we can make it work with our phone system to always know who's calling and have the information ready.

  • I've been having issues to add my Payment information and they don't know why this happens.
Adding client's contact information, of company's information is really easy and it helps a lot when you just add the website and HubSpot gives more public information.

So far, I haven't encountered any issues using the platform and my team is happy that we switched to this CRM, we are thrilled to have 1 place for all the information we need.

I use HubSpot CRM to track deals - I move them into different funnels as they progress through the sales journey from a qualified lead all the way to closed deal. I also use to to log support query tickets.
  • Lets the sales team know what stage the clients are at
  • Great for communicating in between internal departments
  • Great for reminding sales to follow up on certain dates
  • I like colours - I want to know certain things about a client just by seeing a different colour.
  • To elaborate on the color - if a client is cash or finance I'd like to know by seeing what colour the deal is.
The calendar settings could be better. I would suggest using the Calendy model

We needed a CRM that allowed us to manage all of our clients, sales, and emails. We were able to set up unique workflows, tasks, deals, and sequences. HubSpot has been great to help with all of our needs and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a CRM.

We use the Hubspot CRM to automate our email marketing, track deals, identify qualified leads, and ultimately build the pipeline.

Our problem was the sales team would send out our emails manually, limiting the number of contacts and touchpoints we could hit per day. HubSpot CRM now allows us to hundreds (if not thousands) a day with a few clicks. In terms of scope: We are a small but growing company, so the upgrade happened at the right time.

  • More accurate tracking of sales document activity
  • It experiences outages on occasion, although that's simply tech sometimes.
It's well suited, at least in our case, for sending out email marketing sequences and tracking leads. We also use it to track and close deals. It is less appropriate for creating individualized messages with specific talking points in them that relate to one specific contact. For that, I'd recommend usual email.

Uploading and extracting data from and to HubSpot are very easy but sometimes we encounter some issues where in the date is not as what we expected, we need to create to formula just to get the date format we want.

We migrated to HubSpot from Active Campaign under the impression it was more robust and could offer greater integrations. Wrong. So wrong.
My team and I have had a range of issues - everything from getting a simple email formatted correctly, to DNS records not coded correctly, to embed codes also not integrating correctly on our website, and most of all - the turnaround time from submitting a ticket to getting resolution takes a week or more with repeated meetings. Waste of money, time, and efficiency. The product is highly flawed. I strongly recommend other alternatives.

I actually use HubSpot CRM in several organizations I am part of. One use case is getting our leads in there and tracking their conversion along the marketing / sales funnel. Inside you would find all communications like emails and notes from the sales and business development teams on the contacts / companies associated. We no longer need to keep track on a spreadsheet and we setup automations to automatically fill up certain fields in the database. Moreover, we integrate HubSpot with other tools like our WordPress website and other marketing tools as well. Further, reporting is very efficient once you have setup everything in your database and the fields are filled up completely.

For a Sales focused organization, HubSpot is perfect for tracking the leads conversion performance of the team. As a sales representative, I use HubSpot to create, keep track of, and follow up with leads. It is the heart of my day-to-day work. Everything I do is either on HubSpot to to be uploaded to HubSpot. The sales teams as a whole keeps tracks of 100,000 if not more leads in a day.
  • Easy to use tasks
  • Easy to use data analytics (with a wide variety of options)
  • Easy contact and company uploads
  • Overall intuitive and easy to pick up. Not a huge learning curve even for someone with no CRM experience
  • A way to organize deals under multi-location companies
  • A way to better organize the feed on a company page. To filter what shows up, so it doesn't get bogged down by multiple contacts
  • Multiple task reminder options. Or a 15 minute reminder option
HubSpot is very well suiting when you're dealing with 1000s of leads at a time. The lists capabilities make organization endless. So for sales, this is an ideal CRM. For the operational ends of a business, I don't think it is as suited. Particularly for staffing and hiring and keeping track of contract employees is not as easily organized

We are using HubSpot as our primary CRM base to organize leads and our sales funnel for acquiring companies. It's a centralized system for us to track companies in different verticals and also to do follow-ups on contacts. We also monitor each deal through a customized funnel to see where each of the deals stand.
  • Follow up system to show when was the last time we connected with a contact
  • Customize the CRM system to really change it based on how we like to use it
  • Email templates
  • It would be great to bring some of the Apolo type features into HubSpot to find contacts within a company
  • A system to see other similar companies
  • A place to see what events we can go to based on the companies
Great for managing contacts within your universe. Not so great for discovering contacts.

Our company uses HubSpot to effectively capitalize and expand our sales and marketing efforts by reaching out to our customer base through communication to them. We have several initiatives and high expectations for the successful accomplishment of our efforts. It has helped us to gain more of our market share.

HubSpot is a great contact manager that can become automated, which is great when sending out a newsletter or marketing items. However, I would use automation cautiously when sending multiple tasks over a span of time with regard to sequence and workflows. I would also like to see where HubSpot can trach multi year sales.
