(76-100 of 1591)Hubspot High Level Review.
- Create and manages tasks.
- Creates follow ups.
- Allows for customizable workflows.
- Allows you to make calls easily and track emails.
- I could use more automation to move noninterested leads out of my prospecting network.
- Sometimes, the program slows down for periods and could use improvement on that end.
- Some phone transcripts aren't accurate as to what is actually said on the call.
I'm a fan of HubSpot.
- Tailored reporting functions.
- Ease of use.
- Stores data very well.
- When sending emails inside of HubSpot, I would like the ability to use my true email signature with the company logo.
- Sometimes, accounts are duplicated due to multiple email addresses, creating redundant accounts and confusion.
- Connecting to the external email is excellent, but sometimes it populates accounts, that weren't meant to be added into HubSpot.
HubSpot will grow your business
- Keeping track of leads
- Keeping track of current deals in progress
- Managing contacts
- Allowing us to enter data, we can pull at a later date
- Nothing, that we cannot alter or change to meet our needs
Fantastic CRM
Our business loves using it to create, import and export any kind of lists, to give our managers an insight into our day and what we are doing, to send reminders to do tasks, to call phone numbers abroad, to send bulk emails etc.
- Storing customer information
- Easy calling abroad
- HubSpot Academy is a great tool
- Easy importing and exporting lists
- It can look messy when there are a lot of contacts
- The most advanced version is expensive
- It needs constant updating of info etc to record activity
Big fan of HubSpot!
- I appreciate that it's very modern looking and very user friendly
- It's very easy to input and track information
- It's easy to pull lists and filter them by particular tags
- It's very easy to merge profiles if needed
- I personally don't use the function where you can link email to HubSpot. Instead, I manually input notes with relevant information. I've heard that linking email isn't always helpful because there's a lot of unnecessary fluff in an email chain that you can't delete from HubSpot.
Great product!
- Connects with email service.
- Connects with zoom info.
- Create follow up tasks.
- Import/export information.
- Activity tracker.
HubSpot is our tool of choice
- Sales Pipeline tracking and reporitng
- Marketing email automation
- Sales sequencing automation
- Reporting is a bit clunky at time.
- Some of the data features are missing compared to some of the bigger players
Great CRM
- Sequences
- Easy to use
- Knowledge guides are useful

Great CRM to start your expansion
Also, it makes it a lot easier for us to add or update client's information.
Before we used to do all of this with Google Sheets, now, we have the need to use a CRM since we are growing, also, we can make it work with our phone system to always know who's calling and have the information ready.
- User Friendly
- Straigh forward
- Intuitive
- I've been having issues to add my Payment information and they don't know why this happens.
So far, I haven't encountered any issues using the platform and my team is happy that we switched to this CRM, we are thrilled to have 1 place for all the information we need.
HubSpot CRM for tracking deals
- Lets the sales team know what stage the clients are at
- Great for communicating in between internal departments
- Great for reminding sales to follow up on certain dates
- I like colours - I want to know certain things about a client just by seeing a different colour.
- To elaborate on the color - if a client is cash or finance I'd like to know by seeing what colour the deal is.
Highly Recommend HubSpot for your Organization!
- Pipeline management
- Email sequences/campaigns
- Tasks/Meetings
- Reporting
- Onboarding can be long
- Pricing
- Customized reporting
Review of HubSpot CRM (Small Company)
Our problem was the sales team would send out our emails manually, limiting the number of contacts and touchpoints we could hit per day. HubSpot CRM now allows us to hundreds (if not thousands) a day with a few clicks. In terms of scope: We are a small but growing company, so the upgrade happened at the right time.
- Organization of deals in the pipeline
- Email automation
- Identifying qualified leads
- Contact database storage
- More features available in the mid-tier of pricing
- More accurate tracking of sales document activity
- It experiences outages on occasion, although that's simply tech sometimes.
HubSpot is the Best CRM so far!
- Workflow
- Chatflow
- Deals
- Qoutes
- Integration
- Customer Support
- Knowledge Base
- Conversation
- Reporting
DEEPLY Regret Migrating to HubSpot - DON'T!
HubSpot is awesome!
- Providing alerts
- User friendly
- Very clean
- It can use color coding for tasks
- having the email and note tab open at the same time
- Easier way to create meetings
HubSpot CRM Review- Happy Clients!
- Sends emails
- Grouping by company
- Task tracker
- Deal tracking
- Less layering
- Add a language filter
- Ability to link more than one email per profile for user to send lead emails
Choosing your First CRM should be a No Brainer with HubSpot
- Contacts Management
- Companies Management
- Integrations
- Chatbot
- Mobile App
- Missing Project Management features
Highly intuitive and makes my sales life easier
- Easy to use tasks
- Easy to use data analytics (with a wide variety of options)
- Easy contact and company uploads
- Overall intuitive and easy to pick up. Not a huge learning curve even for someone with no CRM experience
- A way to organize deals under multi-location companies
- A way to better organize the feed on a company page. To filter what shows up, so it doesn't get bogged down by multiple contacts
- Multiple task reminder options. Or a 15 minute reminder option
Wow
- Create tickets
- Delete tickets
- Search tickets
Great CRM System for Deal Making
- Follow up system to show when was the last time we connected with a contact
- Customize the CRM system to really change it based on how we like to use it
- Email templates
- It would be great to bring some of the Apolo type features into HubSpot to find contacts within a company
- A system to see other similar companies
- A place to see what events we can go to based on the companies
Loving HubSpot so far
- Templates
- Lists
- Scheduling
- I wish I could more easily pick the time for scheduled emails
A HubSpot Opinion!
- Statistical Dashboard
- Contact Management
- Robust funcionality
- Help options
- Switching of "hiding insights" to "Seeing insights" in deals section.
- Improved contact input function
