  • Sales Analytics is a useful tab to keep track of your performance.
  • HubSpot tasks be filtered (e.g. Due today , overdue , due soon).
  • 'Search box' could show more options, which consist of letters being put into the search box.
  • Data put into a company's profile does not automatically sync with the 'ticket' created against the same company. For example, we deal with customers.

  • Organizing and keeping track of where everyone is in, in their sequence
  • I wish for the calling aspect, we could add the outcome of the call if we connected with them. We can select connected, busy, no answer, etc. but if they answer, were they interested in the product, did they book a tour, are they no longer interested, etc. We typically put these in the notes, but our department loves to track calls, so for now we have to use a separate service
  • Now that the texts are automatically logged, that has been so wonderful! It'd be nice if on the activity log I can filter to just show texts, like I could for emails and calls.

  • Many of the template emails get sent straight to spam
  • Provide 100% accurate reports/lists when sending emails - active clients were included with inactive clients on an email campaign.
  • When emails are sent through outlook but tracked with the HubSpot email address, it would be nice to see if those were opened.

  • It tracks emails including opens, clicks, and keeps a great log.
  • I love how they give you options to build your own reports as well as some templated reports as well.
  • It creates an easy way to work with your colleagues even if its remote positions.
  • There are some limitations on report building. They need to have more options to add to the x/y axis
  • There needs to be a more simple amount of time zones. They don't just have one per time zone currently which doesn't make a ton of sense.
  • It seems to go out a lot. It usually doesn't take long for it to be fixed but still concerning seeing how I need it or else I can't do my job.
